The Fractional Plates from the Crumb Set from CAPITAL SPORTS allow you to optimise the training weight on your barbell. This 5kg set consists of 4 pairs of weight plates in 0.25kg increments. This gives you two discs each of 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1.0kg weights, with which you can load up your dumbbell with below the usual 1.25 heavy weight plates. This allows you not only to adjust your optimal training weight, but also increase your personal records in small increments in height.
All eight discs are made of chromed steel and have a 50.4mm opening. They are simply inserted onto the sleeve out of the weight clamp, with non-slip shots preventing sliding down during training. For storage and easy transport, CAPITAL SPORTS delivers the Fractional Plates of the Crumb Set in a handy black bag.

Alors qu'en général on trouve des poids de 1,25kg ou 2,5kg au minimum, ici avec ce set, on pourra avoir une précision permettant de travailler les charges avec une progression idéale. Le petit sac qui contient les poids est solide et les disques sont précis et très esthétique. Rien à redire, c'est un produit parfait !!
While in general we find weights of 1.25kg or 2.5kg at least, here with this set, we will be able to have precision allowing us to work the loads with an ideal progression. The small bag which contains the weights is solid and the discs are precise and very aesthetic. Nothing to complain about, it's a perfect product!!
