Dieses Trainingsgerät läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Montage ist leicht. Zwei 19er-Schrauben müssen angezogen werden. Ich habe das mit zwei Maulschlüsseln in 2 Minuten gemacht. Die Bodenplatte ist recht groß. Daher steht es stabil in der Ecke eines Raumes - oder auch frei, wenn man es etwas beschwert, z. B. mit einer großen Gewichtsscheibe. Ein wichtiger Hinweis: Das Gerät eignet sich nur für 25er- und 50er-Langhanteln. Langhanteln mit einem Durchmesser von 30 mm kann man ggf. mit Hilfe eines Adapters nutzen, falls es so etwas gibt.

This training device leaves nothing to be desired. The assembly is easy. Two 19mm screws need to be tightened. I did this in 2 minutes with two open end wrenches. The bottom plate is quite large. Therefore, it stands stable in the corner of a room - or even free if you weigh it down a bit, e.g. B. with a large weight plate. An important note: The device is only suitable for 25 and 50 barbells. Barbells with a diameter of 30 mm can be used with an adapter if there is one.

Zusammen mit einem Squad Rack gekauft. Mehr als 65kg plus LHS hatte ich bisher nicht drauf. Ist gut verarbeitet. Kam schneller als im Angebot beschrieben.

Die Landmine ist sehr gut verarbeitet und wirkt robust. Alle Durchgänge der Bolzen, sind mit herausnehmbaren, gehärteten Buchsen versehen. Alles hat sehr wenig Spiel und bewegt sich völlig wiederstandsfrei. Beim Zusammenbau habe ich an alle Durchgänge/Buchsen etwas Lagerfett gegeben. Wenn man nicht grade eine Raumecke nutzt, kann man auch bei glattem Boden eine Gummimatte unterlegen und die Landmine beschweren, siehe angefügtes Bild. Habe eine ausrangierte, gummierte 20kg Scheibe drauf liegen, so bewegt sich die Landmine beim Rudern auch auf glattem Untergrund nicht. Für andere Übungen muß ich testen, ob der Wiederstand reicht, sonst legt man halt Scheiben drauf, oder nutzt die dafür vorgesehene Raumecke.

The landmine is very well made and appears robust. All passages of the bolts are provided with removable, hardened bushes. Everything has very little play and moves without any resistance. When assembling, I put some bearing grease on all passages/bushings. If you are not using a corner of the room, you can put a rubber mat under it and weigh down the landmine, even if the floor is smooth, see attached picture. If there is a discarded, rubberized 20kg disc on it, the land mine will not move when rowing, even on slippery ground. For other exercises I have to test whether the resistance is sufficient, otherwise you just put discs on them or use the corner of the room provided for this purpose.
