With the auna MD-550BT MP3 car radio & moniceiver, you can not only complement your fun with the right soundtrack of radio, USB stick or smartphone, but also with full-colour video support!

The auna MD-550BT car radio brings the modern media landscape together in a compact way and, thanks to shortened installation depth, even fits into cars with limited space. Easy to access front-mounted USB and mini-SD slots are available to listen to MP3 and WMA libraries from mass storage devices. All other audio sources - from CD players to laptops to tablet PCs - can find a suitable connection point via the jack-AUX input or connect completely wirelessly via Bluetooth. Of course, the device is also equipped for classic FM radio, including RDS reception. The RDS information, which includes ID3 tags of audio files, is reproduced on the extra-large 3” TFT colour display, as are simple texts and sharp video files in MP5, MP4, AVI, RMVB, MPG or MOV formats or pictures in JPG format. A back-side camera input also makes it easy to connect and playback a live feed from a rear-view camera.

The deckless radio confidently goes without a built-in CD player. This is mainly to allow a more robust, less vulnerable mechanism of high durability and a reduced installation depth. With a 1DIN standard size and a shortened installation depth of just 13.5 cm, the Bluetooth car radio also fits on mobile shelves with only a small amount of space.

With 4 x 45 W max. power, the auna MD-550BT car radio provides sufficient amplifier power to deliver rich sound to the connected speakers. Two RCA (line-to-RCA) outputs connect it with 2 or 4-channel power amplifiers to achieve an even higher power level. To make the radio match the rest of the cockpit lighting, light colours can be selected for display and buttons in 7 different colours.
