Habe eine Supreme 9000 für mein Schlafzimmer gekauft! Ist superleise, sehr viele Funktionen und leichte Montage! Anschluss erfolgte von einem Fachmann! Ist ratsam da man in der Regel weder über Vakuumpumpe noch Lecksucher oder Drehmomentratsche verfügt! Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden! Was die Haltbarkeit anbelangt kann ich natürlich noch nichts sagen.

Sehr schlecht und teilweise irreführend. Elektrischer Anschluss und Vakuumanschluß korrekt beschrieben, Rest muss man sich denken. Mit Nachdenken bekommt man alles hin. Innengerät steht unter Druck (Schutzgas), einfach ablassen und die Dichtgummis (wegen Plastikkappe) nicht verwenden für Kupferleitungen. R410A ist im Außengerät enthalten. Ohne Vakuumpumpe geht nichts, alle anderen Meinungen im Internet sind falsch. Installation im November, Gerät hat eine immense Heizleistung. Kühlung kann erst nächstes Jahr getestet werden. Fazit: geübte Handwerker haben kein Problem. Gerät ist leise und effizient = bin sehr zufrieden.

Very bad and sometimes misleading. Electrical connection and vacuum connection correctly described, the rest you have to think about. You can get anything by thinking. Indoor unit is under pressure (protective gas), simply drain and do not use the rubber seals (because of the plastic cap) for copper lines. R410A is contained in the outdoor unit. Nothing works without a vacuum pump, all other opinions on the Internet are wrong. Installed in November, unit has immense heat output. Cooling cannot be tested until next year. Conclusion: experienced craftsmen have no problem. Device is quiet and efficient = I am very satisfied.

Gerade jetzt, wo die Temperaturen wieder extrem hoch sind (in Berlin werden es heute wieder 38 Grad) kommen Glücksgefühle hoch, wenn man so ein Gerät hat. :-) Die mechanische und elektrische Installation hab ich selbst erledigt und war auch nicht wirklich schwer. Das Evakuieren der Leitungen hat gemäß der Anleitung hier bei der anderen Rezension leider nicht geklappt. Ich wusste halt nicht, dass sich das Kältemittel sofort verflüchtigt, wenn man die Ventile aufschraubt, ich hatte erwartet, dass Flüssigkeit austritt. So hab ich es halt verbockt. Nach ein paar Telefonaten fand ich eine Klimafirma, die dann sogar innerhalb einer Stunde vor Ort war und innerhalb von ca. 10min das Kältemittel komplett ersetzt und die Anlage mittels Vakuumpumpe entlüftet hat. Hätte man das Kältemittel nicht erneuert, dann wäre es durch meinen Entlüftungsversuch wohl mit Sauerstoff vermischt gewesen, was Schäden am Kondensator im Außengerät hervorrufen kann. Der Kostenpunkt für die Klimafirma war mit 97,- inkl. An- und Abfahrt okay für mich. Da ich die Anlage hier bei Amazon über Elektronik-Star für 349,- Euro gekauft habe, die Gesamtkosten somit bei 446,- Euro liegen, kann ich mich wirklich nicht beschweren. Sowohl Innen- als auch Außengerät sind sehr leise – da kenne ich von diversen Hotels richtige Krachmacher – und die Kühlleistung ist hervorragend. Vor ein paar Tagen hatten wir noch 30 Grad im Schlafzimmer und gestern hat meine Frau gemeckert, dass ihr so kalt ist. :o) Der Service von Elektronik-Star ist auch sehr gut. Es dauert zwar manchmal ein, zwei Tage, aber alle Fragen werden beantwortet und mir wurde die fehlende Anleitung für das Außengerät per Mail zugesandt.

Unfortunately, the evacuation of the lines did not work according to the instructions here in the other review. I just didn't know that the refrigerant evaporates immediately when you unscrew the valves, I expected liquid to escape. So I screwed it up. After a few phone calls, I found an air conditioning company that was on site within an hour and within about 10 minutes completely replaced the refrigerant and vented the system using a vacuum pump. If the refrigerant had not been renewed, it would have been mixed with oxygen when I tried to vent it, which could cause damage to the condenser in the outdoor unit. The cost for the air conditioning company was okay for me at 97 including travel to and from the airport. Since I bought the system here from Amazon via Elektronik-Star for 349 euros, so the total costs are 446 euros, I really can't complain. Both the indoor and outdoor units are very quiet - I know real noisemakers from various hotels - and the cooling capacity is excellent. A few days ago it was still 30 degrees in the bedroom and yesterday my wife complained that she was so cold. :o) The service from Elektronik-Star is also very good. It sometimes takes a day or two, but all questions are answered and the missing instructions for the outdoor unit were emailed to me.

Dieses Gerät ist absolut empfehlenswert,jederzeit würde ich es wieder kaufen. bei mir mußte ich es auf's Hausdach montieren was nicht ganz einfach war da von dieser Fa. keine Dachkonsole angeboten wird, was aber keinen abbruch tut,den nach etwas suchen fand ich die passende . Die befestigung der Konsole erfolgte mit Schneegitter Haken was dem ganzen den nötigen Halt und stabilität gab. Zuerst Innengerät montiert und Leitungen nach aussen geführt damit an den Leitungslängen ersichtlich ist wo das Aussengerät zu montieren ist. Vorsicht mit den Kupferleitungen( nicht zu sehr knicken ) sprich nicht allzu kleinen Radius wählen. 2 Mann benötigen ca 5-6 Std bis das Gerät läuft (die Dachmontage in einer Höhe von ca 7 mtr erschwerte das alles zusätzlich,da ich das Dach Teilweise abdecken mußte) und auch wieder zu decken :-) Bei richtiger vorgehensweisse wird keine Vakuum Pumpe benötigt und das Gerät kühlt absolut Super und läuft nahezu Geräuscharm, innen sowie aussen ! Sollte ich jemanden mit Montagetips behilflich sein können ..Einfach Fragen !

This device is highly recommended, I would buy it again at any time. I had to mount it on the roof of my house, which wasn't easy because this company doesn't offer a roof console, but that doesn't detract from the search for something I found the right one. The console was attached with snow grid hooks, which gave the whole thing the necessary support and stability. First the indoor unit is installed and the lines are routed to the outside so that the line lengths show where the outdoor unit is to be installed. Be careful with the copper lines (don't bend too much), i.e. don't choose a too small radius. 2 men need about 5-6 hours until the device runs (the roof assembly at a height of about 7 mtr made it all more difficult because I had to cover part of the roof) and also to cover it again :-) If the procedure is correct, there will be no vacuum pump required and the device cools absolutely super and runs almost noiselessly, inside and outside! Should I be able to help someone with assembly tips...just ask!

Wir haben dieses Gerät gerade rechtzeitig gekauft, da der Sommer Anfang dieses Jahres kam. Es funktioniert wirklich gut, kühlt die Luft richtig ab. Die Installation war ein bisschen schwierig und Sie brauchen definitiv jemanden, der Ihnen hilft, weil das Gerät sehr schwer ist, aber ich denke, das ist bei allen Klimaanlagen auf dem Markt so. Es ist sehr einfach und intuitiv zu steuern und hat auch eine wärmende Funktion!

We bought this unit just in time as summer arrived earlier this year. It works really well, cools the air down properly. The installation was a bit tricky and you definitely need someone to help you because the unit is very heavy, but I think that's the case with all air conditioners on the market. It is very easy and intuitive to control and also has a warming function!

Endlich habe ich keine Probleme mehr mit den hohen Temperaturen im Sommer in meiner Wohnung. Die Klimaanlage von Klarstein funktioniert! Ich kann sie mit der Fernbedienung steuern und auch programmieren. Es war zwar etwas Aufwand sie installieren zu lassen, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Falls die Heizung ausfällt kann ich sie auch als Heizung nutzen. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden.

Finally I no longer have any problems with the high temperatures in my apartment in summer. The Klarstein air conditioner works! I can control them with the remote control and also program them. It took a little effort to get them installed, but it was worth it. If the heating fails, I can also use it as a heater. I am more than happy.

Zuerst mal muss ich mich unbedingt den vorherigen Kollegen anschließen. Das Gerät muss fachmännisch in betrieb genommen werden alles andere macht keinen Sinn. Aufstellung bekommt vielleicht jeder hin. Stromanschluss und da ist Punkt 1 sollte bei dieser Leistung bereits von einem Elektriker gemacht werden. (Stichwort Trägheitssicherung eigene Leitung mit 16A). Einfaches selbstbasteln wäre grob fahrlässig. Dann empfiehlt es sich grundsätzlich die Leitungen auf Dichtung überprüft werden (Stichwort Stickstoff). Zu guter letzt noch die Leitungen richtig evakuieren! Ich habe die Anlage mit einem befreundeten Klimafachmann installiert und muss sagen Top gerät für diesen Preis aber Bitte nicht ohne Fachmann installieren, das kann dazu führen das das Gerät nicht bzw.so wie es soll funktioniert. Es mag hier bestimmt wieder einige geben die denken das bekomme ich hin, glaube ich auch aber Sicherheit steht nach Funktion! Sonst volle Kaufempfehlung

First of all, I absolutely have to agree with the previous colleagues. The device must be put into operation by a professional, everything else makes no sense. Maybe everyone can get the setup. Power connection and there is point 1 should already be made by an electrician with this power. (Keyword inertia fuse own line with 16A). Simple do-it-yourself would be grossly negligent. It is then generally advisable to check the lines for leaks (keyword: nitrogen). Last but not least, evacuate the lines properly! I installed the system with an air conditioning specialist friend of mine and I have to say that it is a top device for this price, but please do not install it without a specialist, this can lead to the device not working or working as it should. There may be some here who think I can do it, I think so too, but safety comes after function! Otherwise full purchase recommendation

Die Anlage muss vom Fachmann installiert werden (oder mit einer Vakuumpumpe wenn man sich auskennt), allerdings gestaltet sich die Suche nach einem Fachmann der eine Fremdanlage einbaut zumindest in Südbaden als sehr schwierig, da die Firmen größtenteils nur ihre eigenen Anlagen einbauen (mit der Begründung dass der Handwerker auf eine Fremdanlage keine Gewährleistung geben kann). Es waere gut wenn die Herstellerfirma sich zumindest in Gegenden wie hier eine Partnerfirma sucht an die man sich wenden kann, den ohne den Fachmann, der die Anlage installiert, ist diese nicht nutzbar. Da dies nicht der Fall ist und der Hersteller sich da auch nicht als hilfreich erwiesen hat nur drei Sterne. Ich empfehle daher sich schon vor dem Kauf nach einer Fachfirma umzusehen, die die Anlage montiert. Ansonsten funktioniert sie bisher prima.
