Without getting up

Ich hab den Ventilator jetzt knapp zwei Jahre und bin begeistert. Er ist leise, ich schlafe bei Stufe eins die ganz Nacht damit, zu keiner Zeit war irgendwas unrund oder lauter. Die Fernbedieung is essenziell, da man nicht ständig aufstehen und was verstellen möchte. Das war auch der Grund, warum ich Klarstein kontaktiert habe, da meine kaputt gegangen ist. Da die Fernbedienung alleine nicht verfügbar war, habe ich anstandslos einen komplett neuen Ventilator bekommen. Der Kundendienst war hier mehr als zuvorkommend, ich kann deshalb die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen.

I've had the fan for almost two years now and I'm thrilled. It's quiet, I sleep with it all night at level one, at no time was anything out of round or louder. The remote control is essential because you don't want to get up all the time and change something. That was also the reason why I contacted Klarstein because mine broke. Since the remote control alone was not available, I got a completely new fan without hesitation. The customer service here has been more than accommodating, so I can't understand the bad reviews.

Dieser Venti ist einfach toll. Er ist leise. Und er sorgt für eine gute Luftzirkulation. Die Fernbedienung ist auch einfach erklärt, und funktioniert sehr gut. Er ist leicht aufzubauchen. Und vom Gewicht her nicht schwer. Ich kann diesen Venti nur empfehlen.

This valve is just great. he is quiet And it ensures good air circulation. The remote control is also easy to explain and works very well. He is easy to build up. And not heavy in weight. I can only recommend this valve.

Der Ventilator hat mir das Leben im Homeoffice erleichtert. Die zuströmende Luft ist angenehm Kühl. Die Lautstärke hat mich nicht gestört, aber das ist ja extrem Subjektiv. Mich persönlich stört sowas eigentlich nie. Nach genau einem Jahr und einem Tag war der Ventilator dann defekt. Der Kontakt an den Support verlief super. Der Ventilator wurde dann angenommen, obwohl ich weder die Originalverpackung, noch wirkliche Polsterung für das Produkt hatte. Großes Lob an den Support. Klare Kaufempfehlung meinerseits.

The fan made my life in the home office easier. The incoming air is pleasantly cool. The volume didn't bother me, but that's extremely subjective. Personally, that doesn't really bother me. After exactly one year and one day, the fan was defective. Contacting support was great. The fan was then accepted even though I didn't have the original packaging or actual padding for the product. Kudos to the support. Clear purchase recommendation on my part.

Der Ventilator ist doch lautet als erwartet, macht aber ordentlich Wind. Ich glaube wir haben ihn bisher nur bis Stufe 2 benutzt, da wir sonst wegfliegen würden Die Fernbedienung ist super. Endlich ein Ventilator für faule Menschen. :D Auch die Funktion dass er sich nach einer gewissen Zeit abschaltet ist genial! Wenn ihr einen guten Ventilator haben wollt, dann solltet ihr diesen kaufen! Standfuß ist schwer, sodass nichts wackelt oder klappert!

The fan is louder than expected, but makes a lot of wind. I think we've only used it up to level 2 so far, otherwise we'd fly away The remote control is great. Der Ventilator selbst überzeugt mit sehr stabilem Stand, und äußerst kräftigem Wind, bereits ab Stufe eins. Die Lautstärke dabei ist etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig, und für sensible Menschen im Schlafbereich sicher kaum erträglich. Leider hat meine Fernbedienung einen Schaden, insofern, als dass, wenn die Batterien eingelegt sind, das Computermodul am Ventilator ununterbrochen diese schrecklich hohen Piepstöne von sich gibt ....... Beim Amazon Kundendienst wurde mir angeboten, das gesamte Gerät retour zu senden, dies kam in meinem Fall aber nicht in Frage, da viel zu aufwendig. So wandte ich mich direkt an den Klarstein Kundendienst - und ....... KEINE Reaktion dessen! Zu erwähnen, dies war bereits vor viiiielen Wochen! Fazit: *PLUS* Gerät sehr Leistungsstark, läuft auch auf Dauerschleife über Tage hinweg ohne Probleme. Lautstärke dementsprechend auch etwas lauter, als bei anderen Geräten. *MINUS* Fernbedienung (um die es mir bei dem Kauf ging) Fettes Minus dem Kundenservice der Firma Klarstein Kaufempfehlung? Unter Vorbehalt, da ich nicht weiß, ob die FB bei anderen Modellen intakt ist.

Amazon customer service offered me to return the entire device , but this was out of the question in my case, as it was far too complex. So I contacted the Klarstein customer service directly - and ....... NO reaction from them! Not to mention, that was many weeks ago! Conclusion: *PLUS* device very powerful, also runs on a continuous loop for days without any problems. Accordingly, the volume is also a bit louder than with other devices. *MINUS* remote control (which I was concerned with when I bought it) Fat minus to Klarstein's customer service Buy recommendation? With reservations as I don't know if the FB is intact on other models.

It took me all of 10 minutes to build and just from holding the parts and putting them together I can say the quality is pretty good. Once I plugged them in I tested every speed, I was happy with everything. On the higher speed levels is it a bit noisy? Yes, but not in an obnoxious way. I've definently had more expensive fans that were even louder. I really appreciate the remote so I don't have to get up every time. All in all I was very happy with my purchase, I even bought a second one!

Weder das Amazon eigene Produkt, noch irgend ein anderer Ventilator in dieser Preisklasse kann diesem das Wasser reichen! Weder optisch, noch von der durchdachten Konstruktion. Ob es der Standfuß ist - schwer und sehr stabil, oder der leise Motor - der aber richtig Power hat und nicht heiß läuft oder die Flügel, die nicht einfach, wie bei vielen Konkurrenzgeräten eben nur Flügel sind, sondern hier ist ein dreidimensionales Konstrukt, dem man die Wertigkeit beim anfassen schon anmerkt und das nebenbei der dezente Hingucker ist. Ich habe mich in diesem "Jahrhundertsommer" vor ein paar Jahren so geärgert, als es nirgends mehr Ventilatoren gab - oder dann, wie auch hier, zu Wucherpreisen! Damals habe ich für je fast 40 € pro Stück die letzten zwei Stück Standventilatoren irgend eines asiatischen Herstellers bei einem Händler hier auf Amazon gekauft und mich nur geärgert! Schon die Dreistigkeit überhaupt so etwas herzustellen, keinerlei Ingenieurstolz usw. und unsere tolle EU, die so ein Produkt nicht rausfischt und den Verkauf verweigert - oh, ich gleite in's Reich der Fantasie ab... Na ja, mit genügend Duct Tape, Spagat, Lüsterklemmen und viel Zorn - ich kam mir vor wie MacGyver - kam ich mehr schlecht als recht durch den Sommer, aber das durfte sich nicht wiederholen! Dieser Ventilator zeigt in jedem einzelnen Detail, wie man es besser, viel besser machen kann! Den einzigen Punktabzug gibt es für die fehlenden Batterien für die Fernbedienung - die müssen heute Standart sein!

Whether it's the base - heavy and very stable, or the quiet motor - which has real power and doesn't run hot, or the wings, which aren't just wings like many competing devices, but here is a three-dimensional construct, the you can already tell the value when you touch it and it is also a subtle eye-catcher. I was so annoyed in that "summer of the century" a few years ago when there were no more fans anywhere - or then, as here, at exorbitant prices! At that time I bought the last two pedestal fans from any Asian manufacturer from a dealer here on Amazon for almost 40 € each and I was just annoyed! Just the audacity to produce something like this, no pride in engineering etc. and our amazing EU, which doesn't fish out such a product and refuses to sell it - oh, I'm slipping into the realm of fantasy... Well, with enough duct tape, splits, Terminal blocks and a lot of anger - I felt like MacGyver - I got through the summer more badly than well, but that must not be repeated! This fan shows in every single detail how to do it better, much better! The only point deduction is for the missing batteries for the remote control - they have to be standard today!

Wir haben diesen Ventilator für knapp 30€ erstanden. Die Lieferung erfolgte prompt und ohne jedwede Beanstandung. Der Zusammenbau ging auch sehr einfach und die beigefügte Beschreibung, die nicht unbedingt benötigt wird, ist sehr gut gegliedert und gibt detailreich die einzelnen Schritte wieder. Das Einzige was wir, wenn überhaupt, zu bemängeln hätten, ist dass der Schriftzug nicht gerade ist. Das ist aber Meckern auf allerhöchstem Niveau und es ist uns lieber, dass der Ventilator die Umgebung mit einem frischen Wind versieht, als dass der Schriftzug gerade ist. Einzig und allein die Batterien müssen noch vorher besorgt werden und dann kann es auch schon losgehen. Der Ventilator hat einen schicken und sicheren Standfuß. Der Geräuschpegel ist absolut angenehm - auch nachts. Die Fernbedienung ist natürlich der Hit, somit braucht man nicht immer extra aufzustehen um irgendwas am Ventilator zu verändern. Kurzum: Der Ventilator macht einen wertigen Eindruck und sorgt mit angenehm leiser Lautstärker für die richtige Abkühlung und das auch in einem Abstand von ca. 2,5 m.

We bought this fan for just under €30. The delivery was prompt and without any complaints. The assembly was also very easy and the attached description, which is not absolutely necessary, is very well structured and describes the individual steps in detail. The only thing we would have to complain about, if anything, is that the lettering is not straight. But that's complaining at the highest level and we'd rather that the fan freshens up the environment than that the lettering is straight. Only the batteries have to be bought beforehand and then you can start. The fan has a chic and secure base. The noise level is absolutely pleasant - even at night. The remote control is of course a hit, so you don't always have to get up extra to change something on the fan. In short: The fan makes a valuable impression and ensures the right cooling with a pleasantly quiet volume, even at a distance of approx. 2.5 m.

Kam einige Tage früher an als erwartet. Ausgepackt und macht einen stabilen robusten hochwertigen Eindruck. Aufbau ging problemlos. Einziges Manko - die winzige Schraube und die Mutter dazu, die man für den Ventilatorkäfig benötigt liegt lose in dem großen Karton drin, hatte sie schon vermisst und sie erst bemerkt, als ich im leeren Karton noch etwas rumrollen hörte. Warum man die nicht in die Tüte der Fernbedienung packen kann, verstehe ich nicht, aber gut, war alles komplett. Womit ich allerdings nicht gerechnet hatte, im positiven Sinn, selbst auf kleinster Geschwindigkeit macht der Ventilator schon wirklich ordentlich Wind, deshalb kann man auch kein flüsterleises Gerät erwarten - ist aber meiner Meinung nach verkraftbar.

Alles kann über die Fernbedienung betrieben werden. Auch das hin und her schwingen. Aussehen ist top. Einziges Manko, sind die Kontrollleuchten die sehr hell sind. Auf Standby ist nur eine an. Bei Geschwindigkeitsstufe 2 z.B., ist dias "An" Lämpchen und das Geschwindigkeitsstufenlämpchen an. Bei An, Stufe 2, schwingen, Timer, der eine Stunde geht, sind es schon fünf Lämpchen. Mehr geht aber nicht. Sonst ein tolles Teil, Lautstärke ist auch OK.

Bis jetzt kann ich absolut nichts Negatives sagen. Das Geraet war jedoch noch nicht im Dauerbetrieb Der schnelle Versand inkl. Zustellung der seperaten Rechnung durch den Verkaeufer war absolut Spitze!!!! Klare Empfehlung!!! Im Testlauf macht das Geraet, genau wie beschrieben. Die Lautstaerke empfinden wir als nicht stoerend. Dirch den Fuss hat es einen sehr sicheren Stand. Naja, das Highlight fuer meinen Sohn, ist die Fernbedienung Alles funktioniert bisher einwandfrei, klare Empfehlung, besonders auch fuer den Service vom Verkaeufer!!!!

The fast shipping including delivery of the separate invoice by the seller was absolutely great!!!! Clear recommendation!!! In the test run, the device does exactly as described. We don't find the volume disturbing. It has a very secure footing. Well, the highlight for my son is the remote control. Everything has worked flawlessly so far, clear recommendation, especially for the service from the seller!!!!

Bei Ankunft war das Gerät einwandfrei verpackt. Auch die Kunststoffteile, sowie das Standrohr waren einzeln in Folie. Lediglich die kleine Schraube und Mutter flogen lose im Paket herum. Leider war nach dem Entfernen der Folien auf allen Bauteilen Schrammen oder Macken zu sehen. Lediglich der Standfuss war optisch einwandfrei. Der Zusammenbau war in kurzer Zeit erledigt und der Lüfter lief einwandfrei. Allein der Fuss ist richtig schwer. Auch wenn er auf höchster Stufe läuft, finde ich ihn in keinster Weise laut. Klarstein bot mir sofort auf Grund der optischen Mängel einen kostenlosen Austausch oder Preisnachlass an. Alles verlief völlig problemlos. Ich kann den Lüfter nur empfehlen.

Unfortunately, after removing the foil, scratches or quirks could be seen on all components. Only the stand was optically flawless. The assembly was done in a short time and the fan ran perfectly. The foot alone is really heavy. Even when it runs at the highest level, I don't find it loud in any way. Klarstein immediately offered me a free exchange or price reduction due to the optical defects. Everything went smoothly. I can only recommend the fan.

Mit dem Ventilator ansich bin ich sehr zufrieden. Er macht das was er tun soll und das gut! Ich habe ihn im Bad stehen und da verrichtet er sehr gut seinen Dienst. Ich kann keine störenden Nebengeräusche, auch beim oszillieren, wahrnehmen. Etwas geärgert habe ich mich über den doch stark schwankenden Preis. Ich hatte den grauen Ventilator bestellt für knapp 65€. Er kam, ich war zufrieden. Kaum einen Tag nachdem ich ihn hatte fiel der Preis auf knapp 40€. Wegen 5€ hätte ich ihn gewiss nicht zurückgeschickt, aber 25€!? Also wieder zerlegen, zurückschicken und neu bestellen. Der neue kam auch recht zügig. Hat aber ein paar kleinere "Dellen" im Standfuß und ich glaube der Griff zum tragen ist falsch angeschweißt, er sitzt schief. Aber dafür, dass ich jetzt 25€ gespart habe, nehm ich diese kleinen Makel in Kauf. Wirklich störend ist es nicht. Alles in allem bin ich zufrieden und würde ihn auch weiterempfehlen.

I am very happy with the fan itself. It does what it is supposed to do and does it well! I have it in the bathroom and it does its job very well. I can't hear any disturbing background noises, even when oscillating. I was a bit annoyed about the strongly fluctuating price. I ordered the gray fan for just under €65. He came, I was happy. Barely a day after I had it, the price dropped to almost 40€. I certainly wouldn't have sent it back because it was €5, but €25!? So disassemble it again, send it back and order a new one. The new one came pretty quickly too. But it has a few smaller "dents" in the base and I think the handle to carry it is welded on incorrectly, it sits crooked. But for the fact that I have now saved 25€, I accept these small flaws. It's not really annoying. All in all I am satisfied and would recommend him.

Aufbau: Beim Aufbau kommt man komplett ohne Werzeug aus, lediglich die kleine Schraube mit Kontermutter des Lüfterkäfigs muss mit einem Kreuzschlitzdreher fixiert werden. Der Aufbau war in weinger als 10 min. Geschichte und das Gerät konnte in Betrieb gehen. Betrieb: Die Funktion der Rotordrehung (3 Stufen) mit Oszillation funktioniert ohne störende knackende Geräusche. Die Fernbedienung (ohne Lieferung der Batterien) ist von der Haptik dem Preis geschuldet und i.o. Man muss sie immer auf den Lüfter richten, dann funktioniert sie aber einwandfrei. Geräusch: Der Lüfter ist schon hörbar, auch in der untersten Stufe, aber es ist haupsächlich das Rauschen des Luftstroms, andere mechanische Geräusche konnte ich bis jetzt nicht ausmachen. Qualität: Natürlich kein Rowenta, aber beim Preis von ca. 65.- € mit Fernbedienung (Schalten der Drehzahl, der Oszillierung und Setzen von Zeitvorgaben) als Gesamtpaket i.o. Weinger schön: Die vordere Lüfterblende ist einseitig eingedrückt und der (schwere) runde Standfuß ist mit Haochglanzplastik überzogen, das bei Anlieferung Kratzer hatte. Auch das Gehäuse des Lüftermotors sieht aus, wie die Ventilatoren vor 10 - 20 Jahren. Aber wie bereits geschrieben, wenn das Teil weiterhin "silent" ist, dann bin ich zufrieden und habe den Kauf nicht bereut. Danke fürs Lesen, hoffe ich konnte helfen!

Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme des Standventilators ist problemlos innerhalb von 10 Minuten machbar. Die Verarbeitung geht in Anbetracht des Preises völlig in Ordnung - nur das glänzende Finish des Standfuß lässt Staub und Fingerabdrücke sofort sichtbar werden. Die Fernbedienung funktioniert gut. Die Beleuchtung des Bedienpanels am Standventilator ist in rot ausgeführt. Für uns ist die Leuchtstärke in Ordnung, da wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen und es im Zimmer eh hell ist - ich kann mir jedoch vorstellen, das die Beleuchtung für einen völlig abgedunkelten Raum zu hell ist. Gerne möchte ich noch ein paar selbst gemessene Eckdaten ergänzen, da diese mir zum Artikel gefehlt haben. Stromverbrauch (gemessen mit VOLTCRAFT ENERGY CHECK 3000): - Eingesteckt = 0,0 Watt (erst ab 2,5 Watt misst das Messgerät) - Low (ohne Oszillation) = 36,9 Watt - Low (mit Oszillation) = 39,9 Watt - Mid (ohne Oszillation) = 41,3 Watt - Mid (mit Oszillation) = 44,1 Watt - High (ohne Oszillation) = 45,0 Watt - High (mit Oszillation) = 48,8 Watt Lautstärke (gemessen mit SL-418 35dB-130dB Klasse II ±1,5 dB, Abstand 1 Meter vor dem Lüfter): - Low 45,5 dB(A) - Mid 50,2 dB(A) - High 54,0 dB(A) Das Stromkabel ist insgesamt 1,70 Meter lang - wir brauchen für unseren Einsatz dadurch ein Verlängerungskabel. Im "Low"-Modus lässt sich meiner Meinung gut nachts (ein)-schlafen, "Mid" und "High" verwende ich nur tagsüber. Auf allen Stufen ist kein störendes Lagergeräusch des Lüfters zu hören.

Der Standventilator kam erst einmal in ein paar Einzelteilen an und musste von mir aufgebaut werden. Dank der Anleitung ging der Aufbau auch ohne Schwierigkeiten und ohne Hilfsmittel gut voran und binnen kürzester Zeit stand mein Standventilator auch schon einsatzbereit vor mir. Der Fuß besteht auch aus einem schweren Klotz, sodass der Ventilator nicht bei einem kleinen Anstoßen oder ähnliches umfallen kann. Mit Kind und Katze im Haus geht es mal schnell, dass etwas umgestoßen wird. Und hierbei bin ich nun aber beruhigt, dass der Ventilator eine schöne Standfestigkeit hat. Dieser nimmt auch nicht viel Platz weg und findet in jeder Ecke einen Platz. Für eine gezielte Ausrichtung des Luftstroms lässt sich der horizontale Schwenkbereich auf 80° erweitern und der Ventilatorkopf um 20° vertikal neigen. Mithilfe einer Fernbedienung kann man 3 Geschwindigkeitsstufen auswählen. Da mein Wohnzimmer sehr groß ist, hatte ich Bedenken, dass selbst die stärkste Stufe nicht ausreicht, aber ich wurde eines besseren belehrt. Auf mittelster Stufe ist der Luftstrom völlig ausreichend und auch die Motorengeräusche sind kaum hörbar. Damit ist der Standlüfter für die Verwendung in lärmempfindlichen Umgebungen wie Büro- und Schlafräumen auch sehr gut geeignet. Mit 50 Watt Leistungsaufnahme sorgt der Standlüfter äußerst sparsam für angenehme Luftverhältnisse. Besonders praktisch ist die einstellbare Timer-Funktion. Je nach gewählter Einstellung sorgt der Klarstein Summerjam für eine erfrischende Luftzirkulation in einem festgelegten Zeitraum. FAZIT: Der Standventilator ist jeden Cent wert. Er hat eine äußerst gute Qualität und mit all seinen Funktionen ist er für mich ideal. Ich kann gemütlich von der Couch aus das Gerät bedienen und dank der geringen Geräuchkulisse bekomme ich fast gar nicht mit, dass das Gerät Luft in den Raum bläst.
