Ich bin zufrieden. Sieht wirklich geil aus und erfüllt ihren Zweck. Man kann die Zieltemperatur einstellen und die Heizung heizt bis dorthin und stellt sich dann ab bzw. heizt wieder an, wenn die gewünschte Temperatur unterschritten wird. Ausserdem erkennt sie offene Fenster und stellt sich dann ab. Ein nettes Gimmick sind angebrachte LEDs auf der Rückseite, die verschiedene Lichtstimmungen an die Wand projizieren. Mir gefällt's! Oft wurde hier die absolut unzureichende Gebrauchsanweisung kritisiert. Und ja, die Funktionen sind tatsächlich mies beschrieben. Auch ich brauchte ne gute halbe Stunde, bis ich wirklich kapiert habe, wie sie funktioniert. Musste einfach viel rumprobieren. Aber gut, egal. Für mich kein Grund das Gerät scheisse zu bewerten, denn wenn man weiß wie es geht, tut es was es soll und das mehr als vernünftig und auch noch extremst leise! Ich bin super zufrieden mit diesem Kauf

I am happy. Looks really cool and serves its purpose. You can set the target temperature and the heater heats up to there and then switches itself off or heats up again when the desired temperature is undershot. It also recognizes open windows and then turns itself off. A nice gimmick are LEDs attached to the back, which project different lighting moods onto the wall. I like it! The absolutely inadequate instructions for use were often criticized here. And yes, the functions are actually poorly described. It also took me a good half hour until I really understood how it works. Just had to try a lot. But okay, never mind. For me there is no reason to rate the device as shit, because if you know how to do it, it does what it should and more than reasonable and also extremely quiet! I am super happy with this purchase

Ich habe das Produkt für meine Schwiegermutter (85) gekauft. Da sie jedoch mit dem technischen Aufbau überhaupt nicht zurecht kam, habe ich gebeten, das Produkt wieder retourieren zu können. Dies geschah schnell und unkompliziert. Über das Produkt selbst kann ich nichts sagen.

Sehr gutes Gerät, schnelle Lieferung. Habe darum gleich noch ein 2. Gerät bestellt. Aber: Den Start macht einem Klarstein schwer: Dier Anleitung ist komplett falsch (scheinbar für ein anderes Modell), auch der Download von der WEB-Site liefert das falsche Manual. Vom Support kam nur eine allgemeines Mail, aber nicht, wo man die korrekte Anleitung bekommt. Hätte das erste Gerät beinahe zurückgeschickt, weil ja zunächst wegen falscher Bedienung (nach Anleitung!!) nichts funktioniert hat. Weiter: Die Füße haben messerscharfe Grate, so dass zuerst Abschleifen nötig war. Und: Montiert man die Füße wie vorgesehen, drückt der Fuß auf das Glas. Bei einem Gerät lag ein Fuß dann voll auf der Glaskante auf. Hier ist zu befürchten, dass bei Erwärmung das Glas springt. Abhilfe: Habe die Füße mit Beilagscheiben montiert. Also Leute, das solltet Ihr ändern, es vermiest einem den Start mit dem Gerät.

Very good device, fast delivery. So I immediately ordered a second device. But: Klarstein makes it difficult to get started: The instructions are completely wrong (apparently for a different model), and the download from the website also provides the wrong manual. Only a general mail came from support, but not where to get the correct instructions. I almost sent the first device back because initially nothing worked due to incorrect operation (according to the instructions!!). Next: The feet have razor-sharp ridges, so sanding down was necessary first. And: If you mount the feet as intended, the foot presses on the glass. With one device, one foot then rested fully on the edge of the glass. Here it is to be feared that the glass will crack when heated. Remedy: Mounted the feet with washers. So folks, you should change that, it spoils the start with the device.

Die Bestellung klappte ganz gut, doch als ich den Heizer zurückgeben wollte fingen die Probleme an. Das Rücksendezertifikat bekam ich auf vielen Umwegen nach ca. einer Woche und auf mein Geld warte ich immer noch.

The order went quite well, but when I wanted to return the heater, the problems started. I got the return certificate in a lot of detours after about a week and I'm still waiting for my money.

Lfg zügig u Gerät schick, ABER die Betriebsanleitung. Numirierung im Bild stimmt nicht mit dem Text überein. Im Bild sind 1 - 13 gezeigt, aber im Text Muß man 13 bis 16 u 22 bedienen. Als QR-Code gibt es eine Anleitung, aber da ist die Numirierung auch anders und eine andere Fernbedienung wird gezeigt. Hab es mit Logik versucht und einiges verstanden, aber es bleibt die Gefahr, dass es falsch ist. Ist meine 2. Klarstein Gerät (Sous Vide Garer-Testsieger) gleiches Problem u deshalb meine Folgerung: Verkauf ist wichtiger als Bedienung. Ob es gut heizt? Weiss ich noch nicht: Juli, aber Probelauf ok.

Lfg quickly and device chic, BUT the operating instructions. The numbering in the image does not match the text. 1 - 13 are shown in the picture, but in the text you have to use 13 to 16 and 22. Instructions are available as a QR code, but the numbering is different and a different remote control is shown. I've tried logic and understood some things, but there remains a risk that it's wrong. Is my 2nd Klarstein device (Sous Vide Garer test winner) the same problem and therefore my conclusion: sales are more important than service. Does it heat well? Don't know yet: July, but test run ok.

Das Gerät sieht toll aus und hat eine gute Heizleistung. Die Lieferung kam verzögert, was aber nicht am Versender, sondern an DHL lag. Gute Kommunikation durch den Versender und sehr schnelle Reaktion auf Nachfragen.

Die Infrarotheizung sieht gut aus, heizt schnell auf und durch die Standfüße kann sie in jedem Raum nach Bedarf aufgestellt werden. Das Gerät ist gut über die App zu bedienen. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.

The infrared heater looks good, heats up quickly and thanks to the feet, it can be placed in any room as required. The device is easy to use via the app. I would buy them again anytime.

Die Wärmeleistung ist ok. Mit der Fernbedienung läßt sich das Gerät besser einstellen, als im Bedienfeld. Allerdings ist die Bedienung an sich nicht leicht durchschaubar und die Bedienungsanleitung ist nicht aussagekräftig genug. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist im Grunde Ok. Mehr aber auch nicht.

The heat output is ok. With the remote control, the device can be adjusted better than in the control panel. However, the operation itself is not easy to understand and the operating instructions are not meaningful enough. Price-performance ratio is basically ok. But nothing more.

Überrascht war ich besonders, als ich nach Hause kam und das Paket sah. Es war nämlich weitaus kleiner, als ich erwartet hatte. Schmal und ohne viel drum herum, wurde mir die Infrarot Heizung geliefert. Als ich sie dann auspackte, fiel mir ihr minimalistisches Design direkt ins Auge. Live ist das Gerät einfach viel besser als auf den Bildern!! Meiner Meinung nach ist dieses Modell für seinen Preis unschlagbar und funktionell. In meiner kleiner Hütte im Garten findet sie also ihren berechtigten Platz.

I was particularly surprised when I got home and saw the package. It was actually a lot smaller than I expected. The infrared heater was delivered to me narrow and without much around it. When I unpacked it, its minimalist design caught my eye. Live the device is just much better than in the pictures! In my opinion, this model is unbeatable for its price and functionality. In my little hut in the garden it finds its rightful place.

Die Heizung sieht durch die schwarze Glasfront sehr edel aus. Mitgeliefert werden gebürstete Metallfüße, welche die Optik, wenn man diese in den Raum stellt, nochmals abrundet. Bedienung ist durch die Touchtasten an der Heizung und durch die Fernbedienung sehr einfach. Was mich jedoch ein wenig stört, ist die zugehörige App, welche in meinen Augen noch nicht wirklich gut funktioniert. Hier soll man sich mit dem Facebook Account oder dem Google Account anmelden können, was aber leider nicht funktioniert. Nichts desto trotz ist diese Heizung für alle zu empfehlen, die sich eine extra Heizung zulegen möchten.

The heater looks very classy due to the black glass front. Included are brushed metal feet, which round off the look once again when placed in the room. Operation is very easy with the touch buttons on the heater and the remote control. What bothers me a bit, however, is the associated app, which in my opinion doesn't work really well yet. Here you should be able to log in with the Facebook account or the Google account, which unfortunately does not work. Nevertheless, this heater is recommended for anyone who wants to buy an extra heater.

Die Heizung sieht sehr schön aus und ist auch sehr stabil. Man kann sie an die Wand hängen, ich nutze sie lieber auf dem Boden und dann kann ich sie auch in andere Zimmer stellen. Sie wird schnell warm und das Zimmer auch. Man kann die Einstellungen an der Heizung machen oder über eine Fernbedienung. Über das Handy mag ich das nicht. Ich finde die Heizung sehr schön. Ich habe sie in schwarz gekauft.

Die Heizung wirkt sehr edel. Betrachtet man sie von vorne wirkt das Design sehr schlank ins integriert sich gut in jeden Raum. Von hinten dagegen sieht man eine nicht ganz so schöne Rückseite. Die Stellfüsse sind ebenfalls edel und praktisch. Sie sollten aber auf jeden Fall mit Filz abgeklebt werden, da sie leicht Scharfkantig sind. Hier hätte der Hersteller bereits mitdenken können und entweder eine Unterlage mitliefern oder die Kanten besser abrunden sollen. Die Bedienung ist einfach. Jedoch sind manche Funktionen entweder auf der Fernbedienung oder aber am Gerät selbst zu tätigen. Das leuchtet nicht ganz ein, warum die Funktionen trotz gleichen Symbolen jeweils an Fernbedienung und gerät etwas anders sind. Die Wärmeleistung ist sehr gut. Am besten stellt man sie vor/unter ein Fenster um eine optimale Effizienz der Raumlufterwärmung zu erzielen. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Gerät und auf jeden Fall sein Geld wert.

The heater looks very elegant. Looking at it from the front, the design looks very slim and integrates well into any room. From the back, on the other hand, you can see a not-so-nice rear side. The adjustable feet are also elegant and practical. In any case, they should be masked with felt, as they are slightly sharp-edged. The manufacturer could have thought ahead here and either included a base or rounded off the edges better. Operation is easy. However, some functions can be operated either on the remote control or on the device itself. It doesn't quite make sense why the functions are slightly different on the remote control and device despite the same symbols. The heat output is very good. It is best to place them in front of/under a window to achieve optimal efficiency of room air heating. All in all a very good device and definitely worth the money.

Das Gerät wurde schnell geliefert. Einstellung lt. Anleitung ging ohne Probleme. Einzig das Starten in den Heizbetrieb fehlt in der Anleitung. Es ist dort nicht beschrieben. Habe ich erst bei You Tube gefunden. Heizung wird schnell warm. Über die Erwärmung des Raumes kann ich noch nichts sagen. Das wird sich in der Zukunft zeigen. Werde dann darüber berichten.

leider ist die Anleitung eine Katastrophe. Offenbar ganz mies übersetzt. Geht man nach der Anleitung vor, hat man an dem Gerät nicht viel Freude. Mit logischem Menschenverstand kommt man aber auf die richtige Bedienung. Dann ist's gut. Die Hotline des Anbieters ist leider auch nicht zu empfehlen. Trotzdem Kaufempfehlung, vorausgesetzt man kriegt die Bedienung hin.
