Das gerät macht was es soll...Dörren. wichtig ist, der standort sollte gut belüftet und nicht im Wohnbereich sein da das doch leise aber durchgehende brummen irgendwann nervt. Auch die Ausdünstungen des Dörrmaterials während des betriebs sind nicht zu verachten. Aber gerät ist an sich sehr empfehlenswert auch wegen der Dörrfläche zu dem Preis.

Das Gerät ist zwar groß und günstig, dafür qualitativ eher im unteren Bereich angesiedelt. Es ist extrem leicht und kam im Innenbereich zerkratzt an. Außerdem war es leider nicht möglich das Gerät eben hinzustellen, da die Füße anscheinend nicht gleichmäßig sind und das Gerät dadurch sehr wackelig stand. Ging somit leider zurück.

Der Mege Jerky ( 45 Liter Inhalt ) hat viel Platz, trocknet gleichmäßig und man hört nur ein leichtes Summen, wenn er arbeitet. Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem Gerät.

kam leider mit ein paar dellen auf der innenseite bei den einschüben aber ok klappt trotzdem.. funktioniert wie es soll was ich aber sehr schade finde ist dass die hälfte der roste nur die längsseitigen streben haben und keine schachbrett/ gitter struktur was bei allem etwas kleineren oder volumen reduzierenden dörrgut sehr viel besser zu gebrauchen ist. so musste ich diese mit draht selbst herstellen

Der Automat ist ne Wucht, bei uns nun mittlerweile nicht mehr weg zu denken. Ob das Obst im Herbst, oder die Kräuter im Frühjahr- die Qualität wird perfekt. Man muß natürlich etwas üben und probieren bis man es richtig raus hat

Ich bin voll begeister und sehr zufrieden mit dem Dörrautomat, er trocknet 8 Lagen voll belanden mit Obst genauso wie z.B. Hühnerbrustfilet. Temperatur wird konstant gehalten, Geräuschpegel ist okay.

I'm really enthusiastic and very satisfied with the dehydrator, it dries 8 layers full of fruit as well as chicken breast fillet, for example. Temperature is kept constant, noise level is okay.

Dörrt nicht gleichmäßig, vermutlich durch die Bauart bedingt (Belüftung von der Seite). Geräuschpegel ist erträglich.

Mega dörrautomat! Kräuter wie salbei sowieso, aber auch brennesseln und schafgarben super zum trocknen. Dauert seine zeit (12 bis 24 Std), aber war klar. Zum aufbewahren etc einfach super. Ich pack die 8 lagen richtig voll, damit ich die watt ausnutzen kann. Wir sind eine kleine familie, i mach gleich eine große portion von gedörrten obst etc und hab gleich vorrat für uns. Dörrautomat - super quali, super design!

Mega dehydrator! Herbs like sage anyway, but also stinging nettles and yarrow great for drying. It takes time (12 to 24 hours), but it was clear. For storage etc just great. I pack the 8 layers really full so I can use the watts. We are a small family, I'll make a large portion of dried fruit etc. and have a stock for us right away. Dehydrator - great quality, great design!

Da mein Hund hochgradig allergisch ist und mein Freund Dörrfleisch über alles liebt, habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, diesmal etwas mehr für einen ordentlichen Dörrer auszugeben. Jetzt kann ich die Leckerlies“ für Mann und Hund selbst herstellen ... Und im Herbst sogar noch Pilze damit trocknen. Leider war der letzte Dörrer von Klarstein irgendwie ein Fehlgriff. Allerdings bin ich grundsätzlich großer Fan der Marke, weil sie i.d.R. gute Geräte für annehmbares Geld verkaufen. Also habe ich mich trotz der letzten Enttäuschung noch einmal, in der Hoffnung, dass das letzte Gerät ein „Montagsgerät“ war, für Klarstein entschieden. Das Gerät kam sicher verpackt und sogar noch vor dem angegeben Zeitraum bei mir an. Schon beim auspacken war ich positiv von der Optik überrascht. Der Dörrer ist gut verarbeitet und sieht ein bisschen aus, wie ein kleiner Backofen. Da man Dörrfleisch maximal auf 40°C erhitzen soll, weil sonst die Eiweise im Fleisch schaden nehmen, habe ich besonders darauf geachtet, dass man eine exakte Temperatur einstellen kann. Auch der Test mit einem Thermometer hat überzeugt. Das Fleisch wurde tatsächlich konstant auf 40°C erhitzt. Sehr praktisch ist auch, dass man die Metall-Böden ohne bedenken, dass sich irgendwelche BPA,s aus dem Plastik lösen , in die Spülmaschine werfen kann. Bei vergleichbaren Geräten waren die Einlegeböden immer aus Plastik und so ganz traue ich der Sache nicht. Was auch ein Grund dafür war, weshalb ich mich für dieses Gerät entschieden habe. Auch die Bedienungsanleitung ist Klarstein typisch gut beschrieben und enthält sogar eine Tabelle über vorgeschlagene Dörr-Zeiten für das jeweilige Lebensmittel. Nachteile konnte ich bisher nicht feststellen. Alles in allem bin ich mehr als zufrieden, würde das Gerät jederzeit wieder kaufen und es auch guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Klarstein hat mich also wieder .

However, I'm basically a big fan of the brand because they usually sell good devices for reasonable money. So, despite the last disappointment, I opted for Klarstein again in the hope that the last device was a "Monday device". The device arrived safely packaged and even before the specified time. As soon as I unpacked it, I was pleasantly surprised by the look. The dehydrator is well made and looks a bit like a small oven. Since you should heat dried meat to a maximum of 40°C, otherwise the egg whites in the meat would be damaged, I made sure that you could set an exact temperature. The test with a thermometer was also convincing. The meat was indeed constantly heated to 40°C. It is also very practical that you can throw the metal bases in the dishwasher without worrying that any BPA s will come out of the plastic. With comparable devices, the shelves were always made of plastic and I don't really trust it. Which is also one of the reasons why I chose this device. The operating instructions are also well described, as is typical for Klarstein, and even contain a table with suggested drying times for the respective food. I haven't found any disadvantages so far. All in all I am more than satisfied, I would buy the device again at any time and recommend it with a clear conscience! So Klarstein has me back.
