No option to repurchase the coffee pot so only 4 Stars... The machine itself makes really good coffee - but Klarstein Customer Support isn't that good to reach... And we really tried.. So sorry we need to buy a new machine - and it won't be one from Klarstein..

... der Kundenservice von Klarstein läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Maschine hat 4 Jahre gehalten und wäre eigentlich ok, hätte meine Mutter nicht die Kanne fallen gelassen, woraufhin sie zerbrach. Eine Ersatzkanne ist nirgends in Netz zu finden. Auf der Homepage der Vertriebsfirma Klarstein, bekomme ich nur die Info, daß ich sie kontaktieren soll, was auch über deren Kontaktformular getan habe... ohne außer einer Script generierten Bestätigungsmail meiner Anfrage bisher eine Antwort erhalten zu haben. Habe jetzt in den sauren Apfel gebissen und mir die bis auf den Schriftzug äußerlich baugleiche Korona 10295 Kaffeemaschine gekauft. Die Kanne paßt perfekt und ich habe ein - wenn auch nicht ganz billiges - Ersatzteillager, sollte die Klarstein-Maschine der Obsoleszenz anheim fallen. Schade, hier scheint es sich nur um eine der üblichen Vertreiber von Standard-Chinesium unter einen Fatasielabel zu handeln. Passiert was außer der Reihe, steht man als Kunde im Regen.

... Klarstein's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The machine lasted 4 years and would actually be ok if my mother hadn't dropped the jug and it broke. A replacement can is nowhere to be found on the web. On the homepage of the Klarstein sales company, I only get the information that I should contact them, which I did via their contact form... without having received an answer apart from a script-generated confirmation email of my request. I bit the bullet and bought the Korona 10295 coffee machine, which is identical on the outside except for the lettering. The jug fits perfectly and I have a stock of spare parts - albeit not exactly cheap - should the Klarstein machine fall victim to obsolescence. Too bad, this seems to be just one of the usual distributors of standard chinesium under a fantasy label. If something happens out of order, the customer is left out in the rain.

Wir haben innerhalb der Garantiezeit jetzt die 2. Maschine kaputt. Die 1. ging nach ca. 1,5 Jahren kaputt und das Ersatzgerät nach 6 Monaten. Geschmacklich ist der Kaffee super und optisch die Maschine sehr schick. Aufgrund der niedrigen Lebensdauer der Maschinen, würde ich sie aber nicht nochmal kaufen.

We have now broken the 2nd machine within the warranty period. The first broke after about 1.5 years and the replacement device after 6 months. The coffee tastes great and the machine looks very chic. Due to the short lifespan of the machines, I would not buy them again.

Lieferung war sehr gut. Ich bin Rechtshänder und der Filter geht nach links auf, bisschen unglücklich weil ich immer mit dem Kaffeepulver klecker.

Delivery was very good. I'm right-handed and the filter opens to the left, a bit unfortunate because I always spill the coffee powder.

Der Kaffee ist sehr lecker, aber leider bleibt Restwasser im Behälter stehen, so dass sich schon nach 4 Tagen eine Kalkschicht im Wasserbehälter gebildet hat.

Ich habe die Kaffemaschine nun ca 3 Monate im Einsatz. Der Kaffe schmeckt deutlich besser als aus den 20 Euro modellen, ist aber dennoch nicht der Beste den ich aus einer Filtermaschine kenne. Die Bauliche Größe ist ok, da kann man Aufbauseitig auch nichts Ändern. Die Wärmeleistung ist beachtlich, wobei erwähnenswert ist, dass der Kaffe Heißer wird, wenn man ihn auf der Warmhalteplatte eine weile Stehen lässt. Sprich, die Brühtemperatur ist geringer als die Warmhaltetemperatur. Ob das so Sinnvoll ist, sei mal dahin Gestellt. Was mich am meisten Stört ist der Schalter. Ich weiss nicht, warum es herstellern anscheinend nicht mehr Möglich ist, einen Normalen 2 Stufen Schalter zu verbauen, sondern immer Irgendeine Tasterelektronik verbaut sein muss. So kann man das Gerät Leider nicht mal an eine Zeitschaltuhr anschließen, um beim Aufstehen direkt einen Frischen Kaffe zu haben. Der Frischwasserbehälter könnte abnehmbar sein, dies würde die Reinigung deutlich erleichtern. So ist es etwas Fummelig da durch zu wischen, allerdings kann man die Maschine super Mit Zitronensäure aus der Drogerie reinigen. Angenehem ist allerdings der sehr große Deckel zum Befüllen. Der Nebeneffekt dabei ist, dass man den Deckel dann irgendwo ablegen muss. Außerdem sammelt sich sehr viel Kondenswasser am Deckel und im Tank. Das Design ist modern, optisch ansprechend und wirkt absolut wertig. An und für sich spreche ich hier eine Kaufempfehlung aus. Wer allerdings 20-40 Euro (je nach Tagespreis) mehr zahlen will, und eine kleinere Öffnung beim Wassertank in Kauf nimmt, dem Würde ich eher zu einer Phillips HD5408/20 raten. Diese hat eine höhere Brühtemperatur (sprich, der Kaffe kommt heißer aus dem Filter) und einen Kräftigeren Geschmack. Somit braucht man bei fast gleichem Geschmack (phillps ist immer noch stärker), einen Löffel Pulver weniger, als bei dieser Maschine. Außerdem ist bei der Phillps ein normaler 2 Stufen Schalter mit Abschaltautomatik verbaut (funktion mit Zeitschaltuhr gegeben).

I've been using the coffee machine for about 3 months now. The coffee tastes much better than from the 20 euro models, but is still not the best I know from a filter machine. The structural size is ok, you can't change anything on the construction side. The heat output is impressive, although it is worth mentioning that the coffee gets hotter if you leave it on the warming plate for a while. In other words, the brewing temperature is lower than the warming temperature. Whether that makes sense is a question. What bothers me the most is the switch. I don't know why it seems that manufacturers are no longer able to install a normal 2-stage switch, but some kind of button electronics must always be installed. Unfortunately, you can't even connect the device to a timer to have a fresh coffee when you get up. The fresh water tank could be removable, which would make cleaning much easier. So it's a bit fiddly to wipe through, but you can clean the machine with citric acid from the drugstore. However, the very large lid for filling is pleasant. The side effect is that you have to put the lid down somewhere. In addition, a lot of condensation collects on the lid and in the tank. The design is modern, visually appealing and looks absolutely valuable. In and of itself, I make a purchase recommendation here. However, if you want to pay 20-40 euros more (depending on the daily price) and accept a smaller opening in the water tank, I would recommend a Phillips HD5408/20. This has a higher brewing temperature (i.e. the coffee comes out of the filter hotter) and a stronger taste. So you need a spoonful of powder less than with this machine with almost the same taste (phillips is still stronger). In addition, the Phillips has a normal 2-stage switch with automatic switch-off (function with timer).

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Maschine. Der Kaffee ist durch das Brühsystem echt lecker. Ein bißchen nervig ist, dass der Filter nach links schwenkt und somit das Einfüllen des Pulvers eher für Linkshänder geeignet ist. Schade finde ich auch, dass die Wärmeplatte zu schnell abschalten. Trotzdem würde ich die Kaffeemaschine jederzeit wieder kaufen.

We are very happy with the machine. The coffee is really tasty thanks to the brewing system. It's a bit annoying that the filter swivels to the left, making it more suitable for left-handers to fill in the powder. I also think it's a pity that the heating plate switches off too quickly. Nevertheless, I would buy the coffee machine again at any time.

Wir haben uns die Kaffeemaschine bestellt, da wir einen Ersatz für unsere Senseo gesucht haben und beide gerne Filterkaffee trinken. Die Maschine macht wirklich was her in der Küche und wirkt insgesamt sehr Wertig und gut durchdacht. Funktioniert alles wie es soll - der Kaffee ist schön heiß und lässt sich aus der Kanne gut ausgießen ohne Tropfen. Nichts wackelt oder fühlt sich billig an. Die Qualität des Kaffees ist top - kommt natürlich immer auf die Qualität des Kaffeepulvers an sich an :) Wer eine solide Filtermaschine sucht, die in der Küche etwas vermacht und bei der es Spaß macht beim Wasserkochen zuzusehen ist hier genau richtig.

We ordered the coffee machine because we were looking for a replacement for our Senseo and both like to drink filter coffee. The machine really makes a difference in the kitchen and looks very valuable and well thought out overall. Everything works as it should - the coffee is nice and hot and can be poured out of the pot without dripping. Nothing wobbles or feels cheap. The quality of the coffee is top - of course it always depends on the quality of the coffee powder itself :) If you are looking for a solid filter machine that will make a difference in the kitchen and where it is fun to watch the water boil, this is the place for you.

TOP-Produkt, jedoch kleiner Mangel: der obere Glasbehälter trocknet nach Benutzung nicht ab und durch die kalkigen Wassertropfen sieht der Behälter nach 2 Tagen sehr unschön aus. Also bleibt nur das tägliche Aus- bzw. Abtrocknen mit einem Mikro-Fasertuch. Der Kaffee schmeckt jedoch bedeutend besser als von jeder "normalen", preiswerten Maschine.

TOP product, but small defect: the upper glass container does not dry after use and the calcareous water droplets make the container look very ugly after 2 days. So the only thing that remains is daily drying with a micro-fiber cloth. However, the coffee tastes significantly better than from any "normal", inexpensive machine.

Sehr praktisch! Man braucht nicht mehr auf schlecht einsehbare Füllstandsschlitze an der Rückseite zu achten. Wasser auf Augenhöhe einfüllen, fertig. Sehr leise! Wasser kocht kurz auf und läuft dann fast lautlos durch, Kaffee ist bereit. Einziger Makel! Es bleibt ein geringer Rest Wasser im Behälter, die Heizplatte müsste leicht konkav geformt sein. Bei hartem Wasser bilden sich schnell unschöne Kalkflecken.

Water boils briefly and then runs through almost silently, coffee is ready. The only flaw! A small amount of water remains in the container, the heating plate should be slightly concave. Hard water quickly causes unsightly limescale stains to form.

Wir hatten dieses Modell vorher von einem anderen Hersteller, gleiches System. Jetzt stellen wir aber fest, das es feine Unterschiede gibt. Der Deckel auf dem Wasserbehälter hat keine große Öffnung mehr, deshalb muss der Deckel immer abgenommen werden wenn der Kaffee fertig ist. Außerdem setzt sich schon nach dem ersten Brühvorgang Kalk am Boden des Waserbehälters ab. Somit muss man mindestens jede Woche entkalken. Das war bei der anderen Maschine auch nicht so und es geht ja um das gleiche Leitungswasser. Jetzt hoffe ich, das sie zumindest länger hält. Die andere war nach 2,5 Jahren kaputt.

We had this model before from another manufacturer, same system. But now we realize that there are subtle differences. The lid on the water tank no longer has a large opening, so the lid always has to be removed when the coffee is ready. In addition, limescale settles on the bottom of the water container after the first brewing process. So you have to descale at least every week. That was not the case with the other machine either and it is about the same tap water. Now I hope that it at least lasts longer. The other broke after 2.5 years.

Bestellt am 19. August 2020 Ich hatte schon die Philips Gourmet und 10 Jahre eine Severin Caprice (altes Modell). Nachdem, meiner Meinung nach, alle Schwallbrüher mehr oder weniger nach dem gleichen Prinzip arbeiten konnte bei einem Wechsel (man sieht sich halt nach so langer Zeit irgendwie satt) ja nichts schiefgehen. Der Kochvorgang ist wesentlich leiser als bei der Severin nur hin und wieder, wenn sie neurlich aufheizt ist ein "Klacken" hörbar. Fazit: Die Klarstein Soulmate schlägt mit ihrem Preis alle anderen und sieht auch, nach nun einem Jahr und täglichem Gebrauch, optisch wie neu aus.

Ordered on August 19, 2020 I already had the Philips Gourmet and a Severin Caprice (old model) for 10 years. Since, in my opinion, all surge brewers could work more or less according to the same principle, nothing could go wrong when changing (you just kind of get fed up after such a long time). The cooking process is much quieter than with the Severin, only now and then when it heats up a "click" can be heard. Conclusion: The Klarstein Soulmate beats all the others with its price and, after a year of daily use, looks like new.

Hatten die Maschine etwas mehr als ein Jahr und waren eigentlich ganz zufrieden. Sie sieht gut aus und der Kaffee war sehr gut (wobei dafür natürlich ein guter Kaffee wichtiger ist als die Maschine). Sie hat aber auch ihre Eigenheiten. Zum Beispiel bleibt immer Wasser oben drin, so dass man eine Tasse weniger unten raus bekommt als man oben eingefüllt hat. Auch die Skala am Wasserbehälter berücksichtigt das nicht. Dann würde ich sagen die Maschine ist eher für Linkshänder geeignet. Der Filterträger schwingt nach links auf. Je nachdem wie die Maschine steht muss man die rechte Hand dann etwas verrenken um am Wasserbehälter vorbei Pulver einzufüllen, oder den Filterträger entnehmen, wobei man den dann nicht aufrecht abstellen kann. Blöd is nun, dass die Kanne beim spülen einen langen Riss bekommen hat und jetzt unbrauchbar ist. Ich kann nicht sagen, ob es ein Qualitätsproblem war oder ob die Kanne mal einen ungünstigen Schlag abbekommen hat oder so. Runtergefallen ist sie uns jedenfalls nie. War also schon recht enttäuschend. Für mich völlig unverständlich ist aber, dass Klarstein dafür keinen Ersatz im Sortiment hat. Bei fast 100€ für die Maschine kann man das denke ich eigentlich erwarten. Werden noch gucken ob wir einen Ersatz finden der passt, haben allerdings wenig Hoffnung, da die Kanne im Vergleich zu gängigen Formaten eher flach und breit ist.

Had the machine for a little over a year and were actually quite satisfied. It looks good and the coffee was very good (although a good coffee is more important than the machine, of course). But it also has its own peculiarities. For example, water always stays in the top, so you get one cup less out of the bottom than you filled in at the top. The scale on the water tank does not take this into account either. Then I would say the machine is more suitable for left-handers. The filter holder swings open to the left. Depending on how the machine is positioned, you have to twist your right hand a little to fill in powder past the water tank, or remove the filter holder, which means you cannot stand it upright. What's stupid is that the pot got a long crack while rinsing and is now unusable. I can't tell if it was a quality issue or if the jug took an unfavorable hit or something. At least we never dropped it. So it was quite disappointing. For me, however, it is completely incomprehensible that Klarstein does not have a replacement in its range. At almost 100€ for the machine, I think you can actually expect that. Will see if we can find a replacement that fits, but have little hope because the jug is rather flat and wide compared to common formats.

Nachdem es mit einem anderen Markenprodukt Probleme gab, irgendwann war immer der Durchlass (für's Wasser) kaputt, habe ich mich für dieses Gerät entschieden und es noch keinen Tag bereut. Durch den Edelstahl-Wasserbehälter (es steht immer etwas Wasser drin) setzt sich nicht so viel Kalk ab. Die Maschine erreicht sehr schnell den Siedepunkt,sie lässt sich gut reinigen und schaltet sich automatisch nach ca. 40 Min. von selber ab. Die Maschine läuft mehrmals täglich. Ich kann diese Produkt nur empfehlen 31/2 Jahre und immer noch sehr zufrieden, Habe jetzt für meine 89 jährige Schwiegermutter eine gekauft. Leichte Bedienung ist da wichtig und Sicherheit (automatische Abschaltung).

After there were problems with another branded product, at some point the passage (for the water) always broke, I decided on this device and have not regretted it a day. Due to the stainless steel water tank (there is always some water in it), not so much limescale is deposited. The machine reaches the boiling point very quickly, it is easy to clean and switches itself off automatically after about 40 minutes. The machine runs several times a day. I can only recommend this product 31/2 years and still very satisfied, have now bought one for my 89 year old mother-in-law. Ease of use is important, as is safety (automatic switch-off).

Jahrelang eine Philipps Gourmet und vom Schwallbrühverfahren überzeugt musste nun aufgrund eines Defekts eine neue Maschine her. Gern auch etwas günstiger, daher die von Klarstein. Im Prinzip gibts da kaum Unterschiede, der Geschmack überzeugt, das Design ist super. Zwei Sachen die mir nicht gefallen. Zum einen Bleibt einfach zu viel Wasser im Behälter oben, so das dieser auch niemals von alleine trocknet. Die Wände sind also durchgehend beschlagen. Glücklicherweise kann man den Deckel vollständig entfernen und einfach auswischen. Der zweite Punkt, der mich jeden Tag aufs neue nervt ist, dass der Filterbehälter links angeschlagen ist und so weit nach hinten klappt, dass man wirklich nur von links rankommt. Meine Maschine steht in einer Ecke und für mich als Rechtshänder ist das ein ziemliches Gefrickel. Bei der Philipps ist der Behälter auch links angeschlagen, aber klappt nicht so weit hinter, so dass man immer noch bequem von vorn rankommt. Für Linkshänder natürlich egal, aber mich stört es tatsächlich.

A Philipps Gourmet for years and convinced of the surge brewing process, a defect had to be replaced by a new machine. Also a little cheaper, hence the ones from Klarstein. In principle, there are hardly any differences, the taste is convincing, the design is great. Two things I don't like. On the one hand, there is simply too much water in the container at the top, so that it never dries by itself. So the walls are covered throughout. Luckily, the lid can be completely removed and simply wiped clean. The second point that annoys me every day is that the filter container is attached on the left and folds back so far that you can only really get at it from the left. My machine is in a corner and for me, as a right-hander, it's quite a mess. In the case of the Philipps, the container is also attached on the left, but does not fold back so far that you can still easily reach it from the front. Of course it doesn't matter for left-handers, but it really bothers me.

Ich habe diese Kaffeemaschine gekauft, weil ich früher eine Philips Gourmet hatte, diese mir aber etwas zu teuer war. Deshalb kann ich ein bisschen vergleichen. Ich bin super zufrieden mit dieser Kaffeemaschine, die ich nun einige Monate in Gebrauch habe. Nicht nur, dass sie einen tollen Kaffee produziert, sie ist auch technisch ausgereift. Sehr gut finde ich, dass die Maschine bei grösserer Menge das Wasser nochmals aufkocht, d.h. nachdem ein Teil des Wassers durchgegangen ist, kocht sie den Rest nochmal kurz auf. Super praktisch finde ich auch, dass ein bisschen Wasser im Tank zurückbleibt. Bei der Philips hatte ich immer grosse Probleme, den eingebrannten Kalk wegzubekommen. Bei dieser Maschine nehme ich ein Küchenpapier und reinige einfach den Tank mal schnell - durch das Restwasser, was die Maschine hinterlässt, brennt der Kalk nicht so ein. Die Auto-off Funktion nach 40 Minuten ist für mich perfekt, viel länger schmeckt der Kaffee dann ohnehin nicht mehr. Und ich brauche mir nicht mehr den Kopf zu zerbrechen, ob ich sie ausgestellt habe. Ein bisschen ungewohnt fand ich, dass der Filter nach links aufschwingt. Das Design ist sehr schick, das gebürstete "Silber" sieht sehr gut aus, und die Verarbeitung macht auf mich trotz Plastik einen guten Eindruck. Bin sehr zufrieden, und hoffe, dass sie nun auch noch lange hält.

I bought this coffee maker because I used to have a Philips Gourmet, but it was a bit too expensive for me. So I can compare a bit. I am super satisfied with this coffee machine, which I have been using for a few months now. Not only does it produce great coffee, it is also technically advanced. I find it very good that the machine boils the water again for larger quantities, ie after part of the water has gone through, it briefly boils the rest again. I also find it super practical that a little water remains in the tank. With the Philips I always had big problems getting rid of the burned-in limescale. With this machine, I take a paper towel and simply clean the tank quickly - the residual water that the machine leaves behind means that the lime doesn't burn on as much. The auto-off function after 40 minutes is perfect for me, the coffee doesn't taste much longer anyway. And I no longer have to rack my brains about whether I exhibited them. I found it a bit unusual that the filter swings open to the left. The design is very chic, the brushed "silver" looks very good, and the workmanship makes a good impression on me despite the plastic. I'm very satisfied and I hope it lasts a long time.

Als Ersatz für eine in die Jahre gekommene "Grubenlampe" gedacht, erweist sich die Neuanschaffung als eine positive Bereicherung. Das Gerät wurde stoßsicher verpackt in einer optisch ansehnlichen Verpackung geliefert. Der Filter-Kaffee-Bereiter sieht nicht nur sehr aus, sondern macht auch seinem Namen alle Ehre: das Kaffeepulver wird gut extrahiert; der Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut und wir mit der Maschine sehr zufrieden. Die mitgelieferte Bedienungsanleitung ist leider grauenhaft. Sie ist zum Glück auch völlig überflüssig: mit nur einem Knopfdruck wird die Maschine in Gang gesetzt. Aber man möchte schon informiert sein, warum das Gerät deutlich vernehmbar KLICK und später auch KLACK macht.

Intended as a replacement for an outdated "miner's lamp", the new acquisition proves to be a positive enrichment. The device was delivered shock-proof packed in a visually attractive packaging. The filter coffee maker not only looks great, but also lives up to its name: the coffee powder is extracted well; the coffee tastes very good and we are very satisfied with the machine. Unfortunately, the manual that comes with it is terrible. Fortunately, it is also completely superfluous: the machine is set in motion with just a push of a button. But you would like to know why the device makes a clearly audible CLICK and later also CLACK.

Diese Kaffeemaschine macht genau das, was sie machen soll, nämlich einen guten Filterkaffee machen. Kein Schnickschnack.

Ich möchte hier auch gern meinen Senf dazu geben. Dies ist meine dritte Kaffeemaschine mit Brühsysthem, hatte 9Jahre die Café Caprice von Severin die ich geliebt habe, der Nachfolger war mir aber mit 139€ echt zu teuer. Hatte dann 1 Jahr die ausgemusterte Café Gourmet von Philips von meinen Eltern bei der sich der Teflon Boden leider ablöste. Ein bekanntes Problem bei der Kaffeemaschine! Für die Klarstein habe ich mich auf Grund des Preises entschieden, im Angebot für 55€! Ich bin der Meinung das man bei dem Preis nichts falsch machen kann. Kaffee schmeckt hervorragend und funktioniert alles bestens! Ich hoffe das ich lange Freude an der Kaffeemaschine haben werde! Nachtag: Heute, am 02.09.2019 funktioniert sie noch einwandfrei! Ich entkalke sie alle 6 Wochen, sonst sieht sie unschön aus. Was hier einige beschreiben, z. B. Das sie nach 20 min aus geht, nicht mehrmals nach nachbrüht oder das die Heizplatte erst nach ein paar min angeht kann ich nicht bestätigen. Sie tut bei mir genau das wie es in der Beschreibung steht und zaubert immer noch sehr guten Kaffee! Nach wie vor, zu dem Preis unschlagbar! Nachtrag 19.06.2020 Jetzt ging sie leider kaputt, das Wasser kochte zwar noch, aber es lief nicht mehr durch. Eine Email über Amazon an den Verkäufer, sie war ja noch keine 2 Jahre alt, also noch Garantie drauf. Reaktion folgte prompt am nächsten Tag, inklusive kostenlosem Retourschein für eine Reparatur. Aus der Reparatur wurde eine neue Kaffeemaschine. Von der Bearbeitung der Email bis zur neuen Kaffeemaschine vergingen nicht mal 2 Wochen! Top Kundenservice! Danke!

I would also like to add my two cents here. This is my third coffee machine with a brewing system, I had the Café Caprice from Severin for 9 years, which I loved, but the successor was really too expensive for me at €139. Then for 1 year I had the decommissioned Café Gourmet from Philips from my parents, where the Teflon floor unfortunately came off. A known problem with the coffee maker! I chose the Klarstein because of the price, on offer for €55! I think you can't go wrong for the price. Coffee tastes great and everything works perfectly! I hope that I will enjoy the coffee machine for a long time! Afternoon: Today, September 2nd, 2019, it still works perfectly! I decalcify it every 6 weeks, otherwise it looks ugly. It does exactly what it says in the description for me and still conjures up very good coffee! Still unbeatable for the price! Addendum 06/19/2020 Unfortunately it broke now, the water was still boiling, but it no longer ran through. An email via Amazon to the seller, it was not yet 2 years old, so it was still under warranty. Response followed promptly the next day, including a free return slip for a repair. The repair turned into a new coffee machine. It took less than 2 weeks from processing the email to the new coffee machine! Top customer service! Thanks!

Mit meiner neuen Kaffeemaschine bin ich sehr zufrieden. Sie sieht gut aus, wie schon öfters bemerkt bleibt immer ein Rest Wasser im Wassertank. Den wische ich mit einem Tuch aus nachdem er abgekühlt ist. Ich vermute das ist auch bei den meisten Kaffeemaschinen so, da der Wassertank nicht durchsichtig ist fällt es da nicht auf. Der Kaffee ist schön heiß und wenn die Maschine entkalkt werden muss ist es dank dem Glaswasserbehälter sichtbar. Leider hat sich nach 11 Monaten Gebrauch der Boden des Wasserbehälters verfärbt, es ist kein Belag, ich befürchte minderwertiges Edelstahl.Bild 1 Über Amazon habe ich aus dem Grund den Verkäufer kontaktiert, geschrieben, dass die Maschine funktioniert und das Foto mitgeschickt. Als Antwort sollte ich die Maschine einschicken, nach einer Woche kam die Rückmeldung dass die Maschine funktionierte und sie käme zu mir zurück. Darauf antwortete ich die Maschine wäre wegen der Verfärbung und nicht wegen einem Defekt eingeschickt. Das habe ich bei der Einsendung auf das Begleitschreiben geschrieben, mir kommt es vor dass das Begleitschreiben nicht gelesen wird, sondern nur direkt die Funktion geprüft wird. Nach einer weiteren Woche bekam ich eine email mit der Nachricht die Maschine wäre repariert und auf dem Weg zu mir. Ich freute mich nach 14 Tagen wieder Filterkaffee kochen zu können. Als die Maschine ankam und ich sie auspackte wunderte ich mich, denn es war nichts repariert auch keine Rückmeldung bei der Maschine. Der Glasbehälter war verschmiert und am oberen Rand klebte ein durchsichtiger Schmierrand Foto 2. Auf dem Foto ist der Schmierfilm leider kaum zu sehen. Ob der Boden der Maschine mit einem Poliermittel behandelt wurde? Genutzt hat es nicht. Da hätte ich besser etwas mehr Geld ausgegeben und die P..... gekauft.

I am very satisfied with my new coffee machine. It looks good, as has often been noted, there is always some water left in the water tank. I wipe it off with a cloth after it cools down. I suspect this is also the case with most coffee machines, since the water tank is not transparent, it is not noticeable. The coffee is nice and hot and when the machine needs to be descaled it is visible thanks to the glass water tank. In response I was supposed to send the machine in, after a week I got the feedback that the machine worked and it would be returned to me. I replied that the machine was sent because of the discoloration and not because of a defect. I wrote that on the accompanying letter when I sent it in, it seems to me that the accompanying letter is not read, but only that the function is checked directly. After another week I got an email saying the machine was repaired and on its way to me. I was happy to be able to make filter coffee again after 14 days. When the machine arrived and I unpacked it, I was surprised because nothing had been repaired and there was no feedback from the machine. The glass container was smudged and there was a transparent smear on the upper edge Photo 2. Unfortunately, the smear film is hardly visible in the photo. Whether the bottom of the machine has been treated with a polishing agent? It didn't help. I should have spent a little more money and bought the P.....
