Der Kühlschrank kühlt gut, ein praktisches 17 l Volumen und ist solide gearbeitet. Der Geräuschpegel ist sehr leise, also kaum wahrnehmbar. Die Innenbeleuchtung geht bei geschlossener Tür nicht aus. Dies als Anregung für den Hersteller, vielleicht noch die Konstruktion zu ändern.

Brauchte Ersatz für einen VORGÄNGER, der zu laut geworden war und jetzt auch nicht mehr die Kühlleistung brachte. Needed a replacement for a PREVIOUS device that had become too loud and was no longer able to provide the cooling performance. Kleine ColaFlaschen passen gerade rein. Mit einer Bierflasche ist der Raum überfordert. Sie ragt vorne raus, also muss man sie quer legen. Damit wird das Volumen stark reduziert. Auch Milchtüten passt nur quer. Die kleine Kühlkammer läuft wirklich lautlos. Also gerade für kleine Zimmer, in denen Geräusche oft stark zu hören, sehr gut geeignet. Die Kühltemperatur ist ausreichend.

Small coke bottles just fit in. The room is overwhelmed with a beer bottle. It sticks out at the front, so you have to put it across. This greatly reduces the volume. Even milk cartons only fit sideways. The small cooling chamber runs really silently. Very well suited for small rooms in which noise is often loud. The cooling temperature is sufficient.

Wir haben diesen Kühlschrank für ein kleines Zimmer mit Südlage im Seniorenheim beschafft. Er kühlt Getränke, Auflage, Joghurt etc. und kommt mit der oft recht knuffig warmen Umgebung in punkto Kühlleistung sehr gut zurecht. Richtig "eiskalt" schafft er zwar nicht, für kühlpflichtige Lebensmittel reicht es aber dicke. Beeindruckt hat mich der Geräuschpegel - oder genauer gesagt, das Fehlen desselben. Selbst auf Volllast beim ersten runterkühlen konnte ich ihn beim Vorabtest bei mir zuhause praktisch nicht hören, ohne das Ohr quasi direkt ranzuhalten. Auch Vibrationen o.ä. waren nicht feststellbar. Wer es leise liebt macht mit diesem Modell schon mal nichts falsch. Ein Kritikpunkt ist der Flaschenhalter in der Tür. Er bietet nur sehr wenig Halt, da ist im Design noch viel Luft nach oben. Deshalb einen Stern Abzug.

We procured this fridge for a small south facing room in a retirement home. It cools drinks, pads, yoghurt, etc. and copes very well with the often quite cozy and warm environment in terms of cooling performance. It doesn't make it really "icy cold", but it's thick enough for food that needs to be refrigerated. What impressed me was the noise level - or more precisely, the lack of it. Even at full load when cooling down for the first time, I could hardly hear it in the preliminary test at home without putting my ear directly to it. Vibrations or similar were also not detectable. If you like it quiet, you can't go wrong with this model. One point of criticism is the bottle holder in the door. It offers very little support, there is still a lot of room for improvement in the design. Therefore a star deduction.

I didn't realise it wasn't suitable for temperatures over 40 degrees! Just hoping with the soaring temperatures we're having at the moment won't harm it.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Kühlschrank. Er ist kompakt genug, um auf meine Kommode in meinem Arbeitszimmer zu passen, hat aber dennoch ausreichend Platz, um mehrere Getränkedosen und Kleinflaschen zu kühlen (Innenmaße beachten). Er ist außerdem so leise, daß ich ihn im Betrieb nicht hören kann, auch wenn er auf max. Kühlleistung läuft. Das Design ist schlicht und paßt daher zu vielen Einrichtungsstilen. Die abgegebene Abwärme hält sich absolut in Grenzen, die Rückwand wird nicht einmal handwarm, das mag natürlich im Sommer bei 30° Raumtemperatur anders sein. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die eingebaute LED. Ich bin ein Fan heller Beleuchtung, aber da die LED auf der Rückwand der Innenseite angebracht ist, blendet sie, sobald man die Tür aufmacht (der Kühlschrank steht bei mir fast auf Augenhöhe). Daher mußte ich sie mit einer Abtönfolie ein wenig ihrer Leuchtkraft berauben. Eine bessere Position wäre meiner Meinung nach mittig oben oder auf beiden Seiten. Abgesehen davon leuchtet die LED den Innenraum gut aus.

I am very happy with this refrigerator. It's compact enough to fit on my dresser in my study, but still has enough space to cool several cans and small bottles (note the inside dimensions). It's also so quiet that I can't hear it running, even when it's running at max cooling power. The design is simple and therefore suits many furnishing styles. The waste heat given off is absolutely within limits, the back wall doesn't even get lukewarm, which of course may be different in summer at a room temperature of 30°. The only downside is the built-in LED. I'm a fan of bright lighting, but since the LED is on the inside back panel, it's glaring as soon as you open the door (the fridge is almost at eye level for me). So I had to rob them a little of their luminosity with a tinting film. A better position would be in the middle on top or on both sides in my opinion. Apart from that, the LED illuminates the interior well.

Der Kühlschrank ist solide verarbeitet und macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Kühlleistung ist sehr gut. Das Gerät kühlt schnell herunter und erreicht zuverlässig die angegebene Temperatur von unter 5°C. Ich habe den Energieverbrauch gemessen und hochgerechnet. Es ist grob mit ca. 30,- € Stromkosten pro Jahr zu rechnen. Allerdings würde ich den Kühlschrank keineswegs als "leise" bezeichnen. Er ist erheblich lauter als etwa mein ältester PC. Bei geöffneter Zimmertür sind die Betriebsgeräusche auch im Nachbarraum deutlich zu hören. Anders als bei einem üblichen Kühlschrank regulärer Größe produziert dieses Gerät permanent Geräusche, selbst in der Einstellung geringster Kühlleistung. Beim Herunterkühlen (z. B. nach Öffnen der Tür) verstärkt sich die Geräuschintensität noch einmal deutlich. In einer Umgebung mit permanenten Hintergrundgeräuschen wird man den Kühlschrank eventuell nicht hören, in einem stillen Büro, in dem man ruhig und konzentriert arbeiten möchte, wird man die Betriebsgeräusche allerdings definitiv nicht ausblenden können. Noch ein kleiner Schönheitsfehler: die Füße des Geräts sind aus glattem und daher rutschendem Hartplastik, so dass man den Kühlschrank festhalten muss, wenn man die Tür öffnet - sonst zieht man ihn, zumindest wenn er nicht schwer beladen ist, ggf. mit der Tür vom Tisch. Wegen der für mich zu hohen Betriebsgeräusche habe ich das Gerät zurückgeschickt - sonst hätte ich es behalten.

Dieser Mini-Kühlschrank des deutschen Verkäufers Chal-Tec (electronic.star) ist ein Gerät, das sehr einfach zu bedienen und in Betrieb zu nehmen ist. Es wird empfohlen, das Gerät zunächst von außen und vor allem im Innenraum zu reinigen. Danach muss man es nur noch mit dem Stromnetz verbinden. Erfreulich, dass beim Netzkabel auf eine ausreichende Länge (rund 1,6 m) geachtet wurde. Mit dem Einstecken des Netzsteckers startet der Kühlschrank und beginnt zu kühlen. Die gewünschte Temperatur (4,5°C bis 15°C) lässt sich über einen Drehregler so Pi mal Daumen einstellen. Eine exakte Anzeige der erreichten Innenraumtemperatur hat der Kühlschrank nicht. Das Kühlen geht relativ fix, ein spürbarer Effekt zeigt sich schon nach 15 bis 20 Minuten. Die vom Hersteller angegebenen 1 bis 2 Stunden werden nur für die ganz niedrigen Temperaturbereiche benötigt. Das Platzangebot ist mit einem Volumen von 17 Litern begrenzt. In das Abstellfach der Innentür passen eigentlich nur schmale Dosen oder kleine Saftflaschen (wie man sie von Tagungen her kennt). Ich nutze dieses Fach normalerweise nicht, weil es im befüllten Zustand den Platz im Innenraum nochmals reduziert. Auch das Ablagegitter in der Mitte habe ich dauerhaft herausgenommen. Dadurch habe ich jetzt aber ausreichend Stauraum, um auch 0,5l-PET-Flaschen oder die traditionell geformten, leicht bauchigen Bierflaschen aufrecht unterzubringen. Die schlanken Euro-Bierflaschen müssen dagegen quer gelegt werden, gleiches gilt für Weinflaschen (die meisten passen diagonal gerade noch so hinein). Hat der Kühlschrank erstmal seine eingestellte Kühltemperatur erreicht, so ist das Betriebsgeräusch (ein permanentes Surren) nach meinem Empfinden relativ leise. Öffnet man allerdings die Tür, so wird er für einige Zeit danach ein ganzes Stück lauter, weil er dann so lange stärker kühlt, bis der Innenraum wieder seine ursprüngliche Temperatur erreicht hat. In einem zum Schlafen genutzten Raum kann ich mir den Kühlschrank daher nicht vorstellen, in einem Arbeitszimmer oder der Küche wirkt das Betriebsgeräusch auf mich jedoch nicht störend. Positiv ist zudem festzuhalten, dass es kein Gluckern oder laute Geräusche gibt, wie man es von anderen Geräten kennt, wenn sich diese in bestimmten Intervallen regelmäßig ein- und ausschalten. Die vier Standfüße sind übrigens eingeschraubt. Damit lassen sich auch kleine Unebenheiten am Aufstellort problemlos ausgleichen. Das „Klarstein Geheimversteck“ ist kein typischer Party-Kühlschrank, dafür ist er einfach zu klein. Er eignet sich aber sehr gut z.B. für’s Büro (Getränke, Milch, Joghurt usw.) oder als kurzfristig verfügbare Reserve zu Hause, wenn der normalerweise verwendete Kühlschrank nach einem Großeinkauf überquillt und man eine kleine Ausweichmöglichkeit benötigt. It's gratifying that the power cable was long enough (around 1.6 m). When the mains plug is plugged in, the refrigerator starts and begins to cool. The desired temperature (4.5°C to 15°C) can be set using a rotary control, just a thumbs-up. The refrigerator does not have an exact display of the interior temperature reached. Cooling is relatively quick, a noticeable effect can be seen after 15 to 20 minutes. The 1 to 2 hours specified by the manufacturer are only required for the very low temperature ranges. The space is limited with a volume of 17 liters. Only narrow cans or small juice bottles (as you know them from conferences) actually fit in the storage compartment in the inner door. I don't normally use this compartment because when it's full it reduces the space inside even more. I also permanently removed the storage grid in the middle. As a result, I now have enough storage space to also store 0.5l PET bottles or the traditionally shaped, slightly bulbous beer bottles upright. The slender Euro beer bottles, on the other hand, have to be placed sideways, the same applies to wine bottles (most just about fit in diagonally). Once the refrigerator has reached its set cooling temperature, the operating noise (a permanent whirring) is relatively quiet in my opinion. However, if you open the door, it gets a lot louder for a while because it then cools down more until the interior has reached its original temperature again. So I can't imagine the refrigerator in a room used for sleeping, but the operating noise doesn't bother me in a study or kitchen. It is also positive to note that there is no gurgling or loud noises, as is known from other devices when they switch on and off regularly at certain intervals. The four feet are screwed in by the way. This means that even small bumps at the installation site can be easily compensated for. The "Klarstein secret hiding place" is not a typical party fridge, it is simply too small for that. However, it is very well suited, for example, for the office (drinks, milk, yoghurt, etc.) or as a short-term reserve at home when the fridge you normally use overflows after a big purchase and you need a small alternative.
