Das Gerät hält, was es verspricht. Ich habe bereits mehrfach Verschiedenes eingekocht und bis jetzt ist alles dicht. Die Bedienung ist einfach, das Gerät hält die Temperatur zuverlässig. Das einzige, was mich ein bisschen stört ist, dass man den Wasserablauf nicht fest auf "offen" stellen kann, man muss den Hebel immer hoch halten, wenn man Flüssigkeit ablaufen lassen will. Das ist vllt für kleine Mengen sinnvoll, aber wenn ich da nach einen Einkochmarathon mal 10 l Wasser ablassen will steht man schon ne weile daneben und hält den Heben... Ansonsten Kaufempfehlung.

The device keeps what it promises. I've boiled down several different things and so far everything is tight. The operation is simple, the device keeps the temperature reliably. The only thing that bothers me a bit is that you can't set the water drain firmly to "open", you always have to hold the lever up when you want to drain liquid. That might make sense for small amounts, but if I want to drain 10 l of water after a preserving marathon, you'll be standing next to it for a while and keep lifting... Otherwise, I recommend buying it.

Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich mir den günstigsten von Lidl kaufe oder diesen hier. Obwohl viele von der günstigsten Variante begeistert sind, habe ich mich für diesen hier entschieden. Ich habe es nicht bereut. Die Temperatur wird super gehalten, der Deckel sitzt sehr gut auf, so dass auch bei 2 Stunden und 100 Grad kaum Wasser verdampft ist.

I thought for a long time whether I should buy the cheapest one from Lidl or this one. Although many are enthusiastic about the cheapest option, I decided on this one. I do not regret it. The temperature is maintained very well, the lid fits very well, so that even after 2 hours and 100 degrees, hardly any water has evaporated.

Nach langen Recherchen und ewigem Hin- und her, habe ich mich für den Lady entschieden. Jetzt nach vielen Malen Benutzung, kann ich sagen - er macht genau das was er soll und was ich will. Befühlen ist super, da er keine Lücken lässt und der Umfang wohl gut an die Industriegläser angepasst ist. Er heizt recht schnell hoch - hält die Temperatur und die Abschaltautomatik funktioniert tadellos. Nutzung erfolgt ausschließlich zum Einkochen.

After a lot of research and endless back and forth, I decided on the Lady. Now after using it many times, I can say - it does exactly what it should and what I want. Feeling is great because it doesn't leave any gaps and the scope is well adapted to industrial glasses. It heats up quite quickly - keeps the temperature and the automatic switch-off works perfectly. It is only used for cooking.

Ist schon mein dritter. Die ersten beiden waren von einem anderen Hersteller und hielten die Temperatur nicht. Dieser hier arbeitet sehr zuverlässig und hält auch wirklich die eingestellte Temperatur. Leider passen aber nicht 14 Stück 1-liter-Gläser von Weck rein, dann geht der Deckel nicht zu. 7x1liter +7x1/2 Liter geht aber (andere habe ich noch nicht probiert)

It's already my third. The first two were from a different manufacturer and didn't hold the temperature. This one works very reliably and really keeps the set temperature. Unfortunately, 14 1-liter glasses from Weck don't fit in, then the lid won't close. 7x1liter +7x1/2 liter works (I haven't tried others yet)

Vor dem Automat hatte ich zwei günstigere EKAs. Mit denen war ich nicht zufrieden und habe dann doch den teureren bestellt. Einfach zu bedienen und funktioniert bis jetzt super.

In front of the machine I had two cheaper EKAs. I wasn't happy with them so I ordered the more expensive one. Easy to use and works great so far.

TOPF OK. DER Deckel hätte ruhig bei dem Preis auch aus Edelstahl sein können. Der Auslaufhahn ist eher Spielerei.

POT OK. THE lid could have been made of stainless steel at the price. The outlet tap is more of a gimmick.

Ich habe lange hin und her überlegt, gesucht und gemacht. Letzdendlich habe ich mich für den Einkochautomat von Klarstein entschieden. Sicher etwas teuerer als andere, aber was für mich der ausschlaggebende Punkt war, ist der seitliche Auslauf-Hahn, das erweist sich in der Praxis als super genial. Ausserdem ist das Gerät, gut zum Reinigen, hat eine sehr gute Technik, daher stimmt für mich Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen und habe ich auch schon in einer Gruppe empfohlen.

Super. Ich muss sagen das ich begeistert bin. Ganz einfache Handhabung. Anbringen des kleines Ablaufhahns war sehr einfach. Ist absolut dicht. Einstellen der Zeit und Temperatur ist kinderleicht. Am wichtigsten das Gerät erreicht die benötigte Temperatur. Vor ich mich dazu entschlossen hatte dieses Gerät zu kaufen habe ich in einer Einkoch Gruppe um Meinung und Rat gebeten. Dieses gerät war die Empfehlung die sich wirklich gelohnt hat und ich kann sie sehr gerne weiter geben. Mit diesem Gerät macht man nix falsch. Nur eine kleine Warnung am Rande. Einkochen macht süchtig!!! Inzwischen stapeln sich die Gläser mit Einkochgut ob Suppe, Gulasch, Bolognese , Kuchen , Wintersalate, Bohnen, Erbsen ..... auf meinem Schwerlastregal im Keller von Boden bis zu Decke so das ich Angst habe bald bricht er durch

Most importantly, the device reaches the required temperature. Before I decided to buy this device, I asked a preserving group for opinion and advice. This device was the recommendation that was really worth it and I am very happy to pass it on. You can't go wrong with this device. Just a little warning on the side. Cooking is addictive!!! In the meantime, the jars of preserves, whether soup, goulash, Bolognese, cake, winter salads, beans, peas, are stacked up from floor to ceiling on my heavy-duty shelf in the basement, so I'm afraid it will break through soon

Ich habe früher im Backofen eingekocht, aber seit ich immer mehr einkoche, wurde mir das zu umständlich und ich habe mir einen Automaten gegönnt. Mein erster Gedanke beim Auspacken: das Teil ist ja riiiesig, so groß hätte ich es nicht gebraucht. Okay, da kann das Gerät nichts dafür und das Fassungsvermögen steht ja auch in der Produktbeschreibung. Meine erste Tat damit: 9 Gläser Letscho mit 435ml Fassungsvermögen pro Glas. Da war gerade mal der Boden voll, man hätte noch viel mehr stapeln und reinpacken können. Aber wie gesagt, da kann das Gerät nichts dafür. Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht, die Anleitung braucht man eigentlich nicht. Ein paar Garzeiten stehen in dieser, etwas wenig, aber solche Informationen findet man ja auch zuhauf im Netz. Die Standardtemperatur steht beim Einschalten (Einstecken, einen On/Off-Schalter gibt es nicht) auf 100 Grad, oft reichen ja 80 Grad, diese stellt man zuerst über die Temperaturtaste und +/- ein. Mit der Zeittaste nun noch die gewünschte Zeit einstellen, genug Wasser in den Topf geben (bei der Größe waren das 6 Liter, bis die Gläser zu 2/3 wie benötigt bedeckt sind) und auf Start drücken. Sobald die Temperatur erreicht ist, zählt der Timer rückwärts, ist er abgelaufen, piepst es ordentlich laut, so dass man das nicht verpassen kann. Ausstecken, im Behälter abkühlen lassen, fertig. Die Temperatur wird perfekt gehalten, wenn man nicht zwischendurch den Deckel öffnet, was man ja nicht soll. Das Ablassen des Wassers geht ganz einfach über den Hahn (der vor Nutzung anzuschrauben ist, was mir gut gelang), am Ende leicht kippen und zum Schluß kurz trocken wischen, dann ist der Topf wieder einsatzbereit. In der Adventszeit trifft sich bei uns immer eine Truppe von 15 - 20 Leuten zum Adventssingen, da werde ich den Einkochautomaten als Glühweinspender einsetzen, eine normale Tasse passt perfekt unter den Auslaß und ich bin überzeugt, dass auch das super funktioniert. Kein Fehlkauf, gute Preis-Leistung, daher meiner Empfehlung.

I used to make preserves in the oven, but since I've been making more and more preserves, it has become too complicated for me and I have treated myself to an automatic machine. My first thought when unpacking: the thing is huge, I wouldn't have needed it that big. Okay, it's not the device's fault and the capacity is also in the product description. My first act with it: 9 glasses of Letscho with a capacity of 435ml per glass. The floor was just full, you could have stacked and packed a lot more. But as I said, the device can't do anything about it. It's very easy to use, you don't really need the instructions. A few cooking times are in this one, a bit little, but such information can also be found in abundance on the net. The standard temperature when switching on (plugging in, there is no on/off switch) is 100 degrees, often 80 degrees is enough, this is set first via the temperature button and +/-. Now set the desired time with the time button, put enough water in the pot (for the size, that was 6 liters, until the glasses are 2/3 covered as required) and press start. As soon as the temperature is reached, the timer counts down, when it has expired, it beeps really loudly, so you can't miss it. Unplug, let cool in the container, done. The temperature is kept perfectly if you don't open the lid in between, which you shouldn't do. Draining the water is very easy via the tap (which has to be screwed on before use, which I did well), tilt it slightly at the end and finally wipe dry for a moment, then the pot is ready for use again. During the Advent season, a group of 15-20 people always meets for Advent singing, so I will use the preserving machine as a mulled wine dispenser, a normal cup fits perfectly under the outlet and I am convinced that this will also work great. Not a bad buy, good value for money, hence my recommendation.

Ich habe Obst und Gemüse aus meinem Garten mit diesem Einkocher eingekocht und bin mit den Ergebnissen sehr zufrieden! Er erhitzt sich schnell und ist einfach zu bedienen. Da das Fassungsvermögen relativ groß ist, kann man viele Gläser auf einmal einkochen. Viel besser und effektiver als ein Topf auf dem Herd. Praktisch finde ich, dass der Einkocher einen Timer hat und sich das Gerät nach Beendigung der Einkochzeit selbst abstellt. Die Einstellung des Timers und der Temperatur kann man auf der Digitalanzeige ablesen. Super ist auch, dass der Einkocher einen Zapfhahn hat. Dadurch kann man ihn auch zum Getränkespender von heißen Punsch oder Glühwein verwenden und kinderleicht ausschenken. Durch den Edelstahl lässt sich der Einkocher im Anschluss leicht reinigen und sieht optisch gut aus. Ich kann dieses Gerät wirklich sehr empfehlen – das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Das Einkochen ist damit super einfach und bringt mehr Vielfalt auf den Teller.

Since the capacity is relatively large, you can boil many glasses at once. Much better and more effective than a pot on the stove. I find it practical that the preserving cooker has a timer and the device switches itself off after the end of the preserving time. The setting of the timer and the temperature can be read on the digital display. It's also great that the preserver has a tap. This means that you can also use it as a drinks dispenser for hot punch or mulled wine and pour it out with ease. Thanks to the stainless steel, the cooker can be easily cleaned afterwards and looks good. I can really recommend this device - the price-performance ratio is great! Preserving is super easy and brings more variety to the plate.

Nachdem ich Probleme mit meinem alten Einkochautomat hatte (die Temperaturanzeige war sehr ungenau) habe ich mir dieses Gerät zugelegt und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Als erstes habe ich die angegebene Temperatur mit dem Thermometer überprüft, es gab keinerlei Abweichung. Das Anbringen des Zapfhahnes hat der Mann übernommen, für ihn war es kein Problem, er sitzt absolut fest. Ein kleines Werkzeug zum Anziehen der Mutter wäre aber hilfreich, denn nicht jeder hat einen Werkzeugkasten zuhause! Das Wasser läuft langsam aus dem Hahn, finde ich aber nicht schlimm, so ist nämlich die Verbrennungsgefahr nicht groß, als wenn es herausgeschossen kommt. Ich denke da besonders an die Glühweinzeit! Wenn ich Einkoche, dann kippe ich den Topf nach dem Abkühlen den Wassers sowieso ganz um, schon, damit alles raus ist und er austrocknen kann. Also ich bin mit dem Gerät voll und ganz zufrieden.

After I had problems with my old automatic preserving cooker (the temperature display was very inaccurate), I bought this device and am very satisfied with it. First I checked the given temperature with the thermometer, there was no deviation. The man attached the tap, it wasn't a problem for him, it's absolutely stuck. A small tool for tightening the nut would be helpful, however, because not everyone has a tool box at home! The water slowly runs out of the tap, but I don't think it's bad, because the risk of burns isn't as great as if it shot out. I am thinking especially of the mulled wine season! When I make preserves, I tip the pot over completely after the water has cooled anyway, so that everything is out and it can dry out. So I am completely satisfied with the device.

Beim Auspacken und auf den ersten Blick machen Topf und Deckel einen sehr robusten, hochwertigen Eindruck. Den Zapfhahn muss man extra montieren. Hier hätte ich mir ein kleines passendes Werkzeug gewünscht, um die Mutter richtig festziehen zu können. Der Hahnhebel hat keine Festellfunktion zum Arretieren beim Ablassen größerer Flüssigkeitsmengen. Das ist etwas störend, da das Wasser bzw andere Flüssigkeiten mir persönlich nicht zügig genug abfließen. Die Handhabung ist super einfach. Die eingestellte Einkochzeit beginnt erst, wenn die gewählte Temperatur erreicht ist. Dies wird mit dreizehn lauten Piepsern angezeigt, was ich ziemlich übertrieben finde. Das Benutzerhandbuch ist typisch Klarstein kurz und knapp. Rezepte fehlen mir hier definitiv. Praktisch finde ich das schon vorhandene Einlegegitter. Das I-Tüpfelchen wäre ein ebenfalls enthaltener Glasheber gewesen. Das Gerät hat zuverlässig mein Chili con carne haltbar gemacht. Ich habe sowohl Twist-Off, als auch Weckgläser und Bügelgläser versucht. Hat alles gut geklappt. Ein kleiner Punktabzug noch für den fehlenden An-Aus-Schalter, das Gerät geht nur über die Steckdose an und aus. Und der Deckelgriff wird beim Erhitzen ebenfalls recht warm. Da aber die Qualität und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut stimmt, gibt es vier Sterne.

Here I would have wished for a small suitable tool to be able to tighten the nut properly. The tap lever has no locking function to lock when draining large amounts of liquid. This is a bit annoying because the water or other liquids do not drain off quickly enough for me personally. Handling is super easy. The set cooking time does not start until the selected temperature has been reached. This is indicated with thirteen loud beeps, which I find quite excessive. The user manual is typically Klarstein short and concise. I definitely miss the recipes here. I find the existing insert grid practical. The icing on the cake would have been a glass lifter that was also included. The device reliably preserved my chili con carne. I have tried Twist-Off as well as mason jars and clip-on jars. Everything went well. A small point deduction for the missing on/off switch, the device only turns on and off via the socket. And the lid handle also gets quite warm when heated. But since the quality and the price/performance ratio are absolutely right, there are four stars.
