Also mal Klartext: Die Frequenzweiche tut was sie soll. Sie splittet alles schön bis 180Hz in den Subwoofer und den Rest in das Top. Ich gebe allerdings nur 4 Sterne weil (und das sind zum Teil eher Verbesserungsvorschläge): 1. Sie kann sehr warm werden und sollte nach circa 30 Minuten Dauerbetrieb mal gecheckt werden. 2. 180Hz Trennfrequenz ist etwas viel, da beginnen zum Teil schon die Tiefmitten. 3. Ein Gain Poti für den Subwoofer wäre cool um bei Bedarf den Subwoofer mal mehr oder weniger, unabhängig von der Endstufe oder dem Mischpult, anfeuern zu können. 4. Trennfrequenz auf 100 -120Hz minimieren damit auch wirklich nur die brauchbaren Bässe in den Subwoofer kommen. 5. Zurück zur Temperatur bei Dauerbetrieb: Eventuell hochwertigere Bauteile verwenden um dem entegegen zu wirken. ABER SONST ️ Um den Preis ist jedem super geholfen der sich Subwoofer für eine passive PA Anlage anschaffen will.

So let's be clear: The crossover does what it is supposed to. It splits everything nicely up to 180Hz into the sub and the rest into the top. However, I only give 4 stars because (and some of these are rather suggestions for improvement): 1. It can get very warm and should be checked after around 30 minutes of continuous operation. 2. 180Hz crossover frequency is a bit much, since the low mids sometimes begin. 3. A gain potentiometer for the subwoofer would be cool to be able to fire up the subwoofer more or less if necessary, independently of the power amplifier or the mixer. 4. Minimize the cut-off frequency to 100-120Hz so that only the usable bass comes into the subwoofer. 5. Back to the temperature in continuous operation: Possibly use higher-quality components to counteract this. BUT ELSE ️ At the price, everyone who wants to buy a subwoofer for a passive PA system is super helped.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Skytec passiven Frequenzweichen ich. Habe jetzt schon 4Stk und werde mir noch 2Stk kaufen weil ich zu diesem Produkt nur Positives Sagen kann.

Wenn ich an die Frequenzweiche einen Sub mit ca. 300W anschließe dann wird die Weiche heiß und fängt an zu qualmen Außerdem hört man bei der Weiche selbst bei jedem Bass ein nerviges Suren Also ich würde die Weiche nur kaufen wenn mann einen kleineren Sub verwendet dann wäre er zu empfehlen Ich muss auch noch sagen für denn Preis darf mann auch nicht zu viel erwarten

Verwendung in Kombination mit: Samson RS15 HD, einem 18" no-name Sub mit EV-Speaker und einer The T-Amp TSA 2200 Wenn man mal nur eine kleine Veranstaltung hat erspart einem diese Weiche das mitschleppen eines großen Endstufenracks. Es Trennt die Frequenzen in einem sehr angenehmen Bereich. Alles andere kann man mit einem kleinen EQ korrigieren.

It separates the frequencies in a very comfortable range, everything else can be corrected with a little EQ.

Habe mir die Frequenzweiche gekauft, um damit meinen Autosubwoofer zuhause im Wohnzimme zubetreiben. Läuft zusammen mit einem Skytec PRO600 Verstärker, der auch schon ein paar Tage auf dem Buckel hat. Die Weiche ist innerhalb einer Minute verkabelt und macht einen 1a Job! Nur zu empfehlen!!

Habe die Weiche im Partykeller im Einsatz, wo nun zu den 15"-Tops, die dort bisher im Einsatz waren noch 2 x Doppel 12" Subs dazukamen und ich nicht noch eine Aktivweiche und eine 2. Endstufe anschaffen wollte. Funktionieren reibungslos und trennen sauber die Bässe von den Tops ab

Gut verarbeitet, stabiles Gehäuse und genau passend für meine PA(18" Bässe mit 400 Watt Eminenz Lautsprechern und 12" Topteile mit 300 Watt RCF Lautsprechern). Mit der kräftigen Powermaxx ES-2000 Endstufe wird die Anlage angeschoben. Die beiden Weichen trennen das Signal für Tops und Bässe pro Kanal. Alles funktioniert wie erhofft gut. Wer mit der Trennfrequenz experimentieren möchte, muß sich für eine aktive Weiche entscheiden. Sicher lässt sich der Klang damit besser optimieren - aber nicht mit einer Endstufe. Das war auch der Grund zum kauf der beiden Passivweichen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Well made, stable housing and exactly suitable for my PA (18" bass with 400 watt eminence loudspeakers and 12" top parts with 300 watt RCF loudspeakers). The system is pushed with the powerful Powermaxx ES-2000 power amplifier. The two switches separate the signal for tops and basses per channel. Everything works fine as hoped. If you want to experiment with the crossover frequency, you have to choose an active crossover. Of course, the sound can be better optimized with it - but not with a power amplifier. That was also the reason for buying the two passive crossovers. I'm very satisfied.
