The ergometer initially made a good impression, but degraded after a while. The program no longer worked, the step was stiff until after 1.5 years nothing worked. The seller initially reacted quickly and supposedly accommodating to my complaint, but then only responded with automated messages and could no longer be reached by phone. I've been making out for three weeks now with no progress. Very unprofessional and annoying. Stay away from suppliers electronic star or Chal-Tec from Berlin.

The device arrived complete and the assembly instructions were easy to understand. The "tool" that you need was there. All in all, the device works optimally for me, even above the maximum weight values.

This exercise bike arrives disassembled for an obvious question of the size of the box. The first step will therefore be the assembly, quite easy of all the elements. All the necessary tools are provided, screwdriver, hex key, spanner. the feet, the saddle with its stem, the handlebars and the computer with their support, the pedals. Everything is simply done in about 15 minutes. This bike works on the mains and does not require batteries for the computer, on the other hand it is necessary to find near a power outlet. The huge positive point for me is the saddle adjustable in height and depth, it really allows you to find an ideal position for everyone, whether you are small or not. Many details practices prove the care given to this bike: a bottle holder, a cover for the screws, adjustable toe clips etc... All I have to do is pedal..... A good product that I recommend to you, everything conforms to the description of the seller, there is no bad su rprise neither on the product nor on the quality. This is the product I expected and I am very satisfied with the use

===Scope of delivery=== *Exercise bike *Computer *Assembly tool *Instruction manual ===Test=== The exercise bike is well made and sits very stably on the floor, the assembly was also pretty easy and I was done with it in 30 minutes. If you are desperately looking for the screws, these are screwed to the device and to the individual parts. The exercise bike has two wheels with which I can move it back and forth effortlessly, on the other side there is a handle if you want or have to carry it out of the house. The seat slides up and down for a comfortable sitting position, and it's large and well padded. I was particularly surprised by the operating noise when pedaling, it's pretty quiet and you can hardly hear the exercise bike. The handle is also huge and offers several options for how you want to hold on to it, and heart rate measuring sensors are integrated on the left and right side. I also like the large computer with a large colored and illuminated display. You can read everything relevant from it, such as calorie consumption, distance, time, heart rate, level of difficulty, etc. There are 9 pre-programmed programs, but you can also determine individual modes yourself, such as how long, how far, and what heart rate I use when want to achieve by training, of course you can also choose the level of difficulty yourself. It is also possible to customize the computer for four people. I am very satisfied with the Durate X77 from Capital Sports, so I can definitely recommend it, especially for people who don't have the time or inclination to run to the gym after work, a clear purchase recommendation. ===Positives=== *Good workmanship *Easy to use *Large display *9 pre-programmed programs *Pulse measurement *Height-adjustable seat *Non-slip pedals *Quiet operating noise ===Negatives=== *Lettering ""Capital Sports"" on the side of the device is simply a sticker that has been pasted on. ===Conclusion=== Overall, the exercise bike convinced me with its easy operation, low operating noise and freely selectable modes as well as heart rate measurement. ###If you have any questions, feel free to ask them in the comments, I will try to answer them as soon as possible###

My husband has a training basement and unfortunately our previous exercise bike left us after 12 years. We have now ordered this Capital Sports Durate X77 exercise bike as a replacement. The assembly: Was quite easy - within an hour my men had unpacked the exercise bike and assembled it. With the floor rollers, the exercise bike can be easily pushed to the desired place. There is also a handle for transport. Plug in the device and you're good to go. The following is shown on the large, clear display: - Time - Revolutions per minute - Speed - Distance - Calories - Pulse The programs have the following options: - HRC: here you can adapt your training to your heart rate - THR: here you can set a specific target heart rate are reached - body fat display - 9 fixed programs - random program - user-defined programs (programmable for a total of 4 people) Body fat and pulse are measured via hand sensors on the handlebars - works perfectly. The operating noise of the exercise bike is surprisingly quiet. The pedals have loops so that your feet don't slip off. On the side there is a practical holder for drinking bottles. The saddle can be adjusted up and down as well as back and forth so that you can achieve a comfortable sitting position. The angle of the saddle can also be adjusted. Here, however, the 2 nuts have to be tightened very firmly. There is a star deduction for me because on the one hand the sticker with the lettering Capital Sports is already peeling off and on the other hand a weld seam on the base is not processed properly. Conclusion: A good home trainer in this price range, which will also keep us physically active in winter.

The bike is delivered pre-assembled, so assembly takes about half an hour. Assembly instructions are included, but I find the writing to be very small. The seat height and the distance to the handlebars can be adjusted on the bike, so that smaller people can also sit and train comfortably on it. The computer is easy to program even without instructions. The display is large and easy to read. The heart rate is measured via the sensors on the handlebars. Different programs can be set so that the training itself can be varied. The drive itself is very quiet, there are no disturbing noises to be heard, such as with my cross trainer (a part is rubbing somewhere, which gets annoying over time). To move the Capital Sports Durate Bike, there is a handle on the back and small wheels on the front. I also find the bottle holder very good, so you don't have to get off the bike and get something to drink if necessary.

Also Steigerung deutlich spürbar.

The cardio bike is delivered in a large box as a kit. Everything is specially wrapped in bags or cardboard so that nothing can break during transport. THE CONSTRUCTION The supplied instructions are illustrated and the text is clearly worded. All the tools needed to assemble the device are included in the scope of delivery. I took the liberty of trying the device myself. It takes a little longer to set up with the tool provided. It took me 40 minutes and at the end my husband had to give a little help because I wasn't able to tighten things the way they had to be. FIRST IMPRESSION I have to admit that both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the device. It is surprisingly stable, stable and everything is included. The display is brightly lit, but the blue is honestly annoying when you train in the evening with little lighting and the seat could be more comfortable. After I was spoiled with an ideal cushion from the inexpensive X Bike 700, my predecessor in the bike sector. IN USE The seat can be easily adjusted to the desired height. 20 seconds and my seat, which is ideal for 165cm, can be adjusted for my 187cm tall man. For him, the last hole is still good to use, but one more couldn't hurt. The arm position cannot be changed, but my husband found it just as comfortable as I did. Thanks to the padding, you won't slip off even with wet hands. It is operated via the on-board computer, which I will go into in a moment. When driving you notice the resistance clearly. Perfectly adequate for beginners. But with a lot of leg muscles you can master even the toughest resistance without much effort. I didn't have that after the pregnancy because I had to lie down a lot, and accordingly I already notice how exhausting it gets after a few minutes. I think it's a shame that things aren't going so smoothly anymore. If you have to make a real effort, it becomes incredibly jerky as the resistance increases. I trained on a spinning bike before I got pregnant and I can only say that I just don't know it. In the end you can hardly pedal if you set too much resistance, but the movements are never choppy, but still reasonably round. THE ON-BOARD COMPUTER Actually, no trainer should be without them. It's a very simple trip computer. It can display heart rate, calories burned, distance, speed or time. For the pulse, hands must be placed on the plates on the handles. However, the pulse is significantly lower compared to my watch, which I usually use to check it. So it doesn't show very precisely, because hits are not recorded. So assume that he is 10-15 strokes faster. However, this is a shortcoming with many inexpensive devices. What I think is great and what I missed with the x Bike 700 is the program selection. There are many great programs, like a pyramid, rise and more. I find it very practical and especially with the beginner programs you can clearly see how your condition improves. Personally, I prefer the first program, because you start slowly, but quickly, which you notice clearly and can relax towards the end. The first 2-5 times you're knocked out, after that you realize that you can breathe better and you're not quite as knocked out anymore. So there is a noticeable increase. Only my pulse is not getting better. CONCLUSION Been using it effectively every day for a week now and so far only one side cracks slightly which was from the start. Lubricant didn't help either. But our elliptical trainer for €1200 also works, so nothing earth-shattering. The computer is very nice and I find the programs even better than the elliptical trainer, which is why I prefer to sit rather than train completely. Only the bum really hurts, even with cycling pants (i.e. extra padding) I would prefer the X Bike seat, I have to be honest

https://www.youtube.com/watch?edit=vd&v=IZ43Ykb84ps I was struck by the aesthetics at first glance, I found it elegant and I thought it fit well in the small room. I've been thinking about planning a purchase for some time because I want to be on the move even during the winter. In the summer we know the exits are guaranteed in the winter instead we lock ourselves inside and goodbye movement. The cardio bike is suitable for everyone: both for beginners who want to lose a few pounds and improve their appearance like me and for real enthusiasts who want to continue their training at home outside the gym. The assembly requires some precautions but thanks to the instruction booklet you will assemble it in about half an hour if you put your heart into it. Assembly procedure: 1) Attach the front stabilizer and the stabilizer with the main frame. Use the wrench for the washers, to tighten them there are also the Allen screws included in the kit. 2) Loosen the knob and pull it out before inserting the seat post into the main frame then slide. Close the seat post to the desired height, release the lock knob and lock it firmly again. Then secure the seat. 3) Insert the support frame into the decoration panel. Connect the small pc with the cables before assembling it using the same screws present in it. Then connect the support frame with 6 set Allen screws and flat washers on the main frame and then fix the decoration panel. 4) Thread the two wires on the handlebar through the hole on the support frame and pull it out. Secure the left handle with two set screws and tighten everything with the Allen keys. 5) Fix the left pedal, which is marked with an ""L"", and the right one with an R. Turn the pedals counterclockwise and you will engage them then fix them thanks to the locking nuts present in them. If it is a little irregular, smooth them out with the feet present, these are adjustable. 6) The small computer is not with battery, so you have to connect the power cord with the exercise bike and plug the power adapter into the socket when you want to use the device. The present computer is used following this procedure: The screen varies according to the settings, there are the following values: time, RPM (revolutions per minute), SPEED (speed), distance, calories, PULSE (impulse). The middle field consists of a matrix display with 8 rows and 10 columns. The matrix displays give you the points during an active program. Power Mode: Once you plug it in, you will hear a long beep to start up your computer. there are two ways: ' Sleep Mode: If for more than 4 minutes there are no data entered or programs are changed, the system switches automatically to sleep mode (stand-by). ' Wakeup: you pedal to start the device or launch a program. If you stop for a break by pressing any key it will continue with the program. There are 18 programs and there are 8 levels of heaviness that you can choose as you go on with the workouts, the handlebar is really solid and also the pedals that also allow pedaling standing up, it is true that we are not dealing with a spin bike, however, this plus point really goes in its favor, I was able to use it even in the evening because it is really silent, I think it has a good rubber belt, moreover the saddle is very soft and has shock absorbers in the lower part that allow a workout without much suffering. The pedals are non-slip and the straps placed above allow good grip at high training speeds. The space occupied is minimal (the base is approximately 46x 85 cm) and the wheels placed on the front facilitate the transport of the exercise bike from one room to another without too much effort. On the sides of the handlebars are the integrated sensors that measure the pulse and which are col

https://www.youtube.com/watch?edit=vd&v=IZ43Ykb84ps I was struck by the aesthetics at first glance, I found it elegant and I thought it fit well in the small room.

This bike is therefore received in spare parts that will need to be assembled. For my part, it took me about 30 minutes by taking my time and without following the instructions because overall it is still quite easy to assemble, you just need to have a little common sense but that does not exempt you from follow the instructions because it will be necessary to connect the electronic part of the system to have a correct display... What I find very practical is that all the keys and screwdrivers necessary for the assembly of this bike are supplied as standard in the box. In terms of operation, it is necessary to note that this bike works on the mains and that it will therefore have to be connected to a socket, the advantage here being that you do not have to put a battery in it to see it work. The AC adapter does not connect directly behind the screen but at the bottom of the bike as can be seen in the photo I have attached to this comment. We will therefore be able to make adjustments to have race conditions similar (or almost) to real conditions such as mountains for example. When you put your hands on the front of the handlebars, you automatically see your heart rate appear as with most exercise bikes, but here you have significant precision. On traditional exercise bikes, the precision is very uncertain, here I was able to compare with my Garmin Forerunner 225 and it is clear that the result is really very interesting. We are always 1 or 2 beats apart, it's really very good. We will be able to have different training programs and what I find very nice is that some programs adapt according to the heart rate you have, it's quite amazing. At the level of the display you can see a lot of things and in particular the time, the number of rotations per minute, the speed, the distance traveled, the calories and the pulse. For my part, I find that the saddle is very practical, you can adjust it to the height you want and that's very good... my wife is 1.57m and I am 1.76m, you can use it one after the other without problem. From an aesthetic point of view, this bike is really nice to look at, the protective casing is all painted black, it's really very nice.

In recent years I've always thought that from an economic point of view, going to the gym is becoming more and more expensive, between certificates, memberships and monthly payments... it's getting really heavy. And let's leave aside the boom in members who don't allow you to use all the tools inside quickly: small gyms with hundreds of members, where to be able to do an hour of exercise, you lose 3, queue for everything, even for the showers, muscle warming up again every time... that's enough I couldn't take it anymore and so with the holy patience.. I decided to organize myself at home. It is said: at home you will never do it! It depends .. I'm constant .. especially after the various money in all these years in the gyms and the patience running out. So I freed up a room that I didn't need and I'm creating a gym corner with a room bike, treadmill, elliptical and fitness benches! This is the second stationary bike I own as in the end there are two of us, my mother and I, who play sports at home 4 times a week. It can be used up to 100 kg, very compact, comfortable, of course there is no backrest but it still helps a lot to get the fatigue and weight loss going, of course by combining diet and other exercises. The pedaling is challenging at the right point and there are 16 levels of resistance. There is a very practical training computer, easy to use and intuitive, with automatic training setting based on heart rate, 4 programmable user profiles for multiple users and displays time, RPM, speed, distance, calories and pulse. You can customize your training based on your starting level and adapt it to your sporting goals. Quite silent so you can listen to music, watch TV, do something else to distract you from the really complete fatigue

I received it on October 26, I unpacked it, being careful not to forget any parts. it comes with the tools necessary for assembly. I always read the manual before I start. The manual is in English and in German. but there is the international language (the drawings) so I start by removing the screws to install the parts (the wheels, the handle, the handlebars, the seat etc. It's child's play, I love it. I fix the handles, and the dashboard, on the instructions I see a drawing of a cable with what seems to me to be a socket?? I reread the instructions I see ""Mushroom"" mushrooms?? why do it? no, in fact 72 corresponds to the famous socket (adapter) to be connected at the bottom of the bike at the back and on the mains because it makes the dashboard work without batteries (great) Yes but where is this adapter? I look everywhere nothing at all I'm spinning at the end of the garden check in the polystyrene, which I had checked well the first time. and I see a small cardboard box taped in the polystyrene white on white it escaped me! here I plug it in and the magic happens, we can enter different indications such as, the desired duration, the distance, the number of calories to lose, the table indicates the vi speed, heartbeat, distance traveled, calories lost along the way, after a while it rings, there are 10 different programs, and a random mode if you're a player, you can start off easy and things get tougher, like if we climbed a hill, or start in hard mode and finish easy, the bike is very stable, the saddle comfortable (if I have to do the tour of France as much as it is) there are even toe clips and a place to put a bottle for refueling! the children have of course tested, and it's magic, because he is more persuasive than me to get them out of front of the television, I moved the saddle forward and lowered the height so that the youngest could climb on it (he is 9 years) it's very easy and fast! It is so quiet that you can do your bike session in front of the television.

I received the Cardiobike home trainer free of charge as part of a product test. The delivery was quick and the goods arrived undamaged. Included was a home workout bike to build yourself. Setting it up took us two women about 30 minutes to take pictures. The screws were already pre-assembled and so you didn't have a hodgepodge of screws. Thus, a simplification of the assembly was also considered. The instructions are well described and the assembly is illustrated with pictures. The parts are stable and of good quality. Tool was also included. You have to set up the computer first, how to do that is in the instructions. It took a while to read and try. You also know that when you buy a new cell phone and have to reinstall everything. The computer is not operated with batteries, but with a mains plug that has to be plugged in at the bottom on the back of the bike. With this exercise bike you can increase your condition or just ride for fun. The advantage is that you can essentially avoid overloading the heart because you are in control of the computer. This is also the heart of the whole thing. You can set several programs according to difficulty and the route is also displayed. If you would like to lose weight, you can watch the calorie counter. The heart rate is also displayed. To do this, you have to place both hands on the handlebars on the sensors. The handlebar is shaped in such a way that you can take different positions. You also have the option of moving or raising the seat accordingly. If you need to train your heart, you can do it practically at home without having to pay for the fitness center. The color of the wheel is black, making it timeless and suitable for any style of living. The price is very good for the bike and what it offers as an exercise bike. In any case, I find the exercise bike practical and it's fun to train with it. You can listen to music and if the weather is bad outside, you can cycle in peace at home. So you don't have to give up your sporting activity. You can easily transport the bike with the wheels on one side and the handle on the other side. I am happy to recommend the exercise bike to others if it offers really good value for money and I am happy to give it full marks.

It is an exercise bike with excellent functionality and an elegant design. I'm using it while I'm watching TV, especially to relax and cool down after running, but it's also suitable for intensive use if you want to perform excellent cardiovascular exercise resulting in profuse sweating. By not stressing the joints much, it is an exercise particularly suitable for those who are overweight (they still have a maximum limit per user of 100 kg) and for those who want to improve circulation in the legs. I have already had the opportunity to use other Capital Sports products and it seems to me that in this case too it is a product with a good quality level, with resistant and performing materials. It is also perfect for training at night, considering that it is very quiet. Despite having a flywheel of only 4 kg, it has a particularly effective magnetic resistance system that allows you to get a quite demanding ride. 16 resistance levels can be set directly via the supplied computer, powered by the mains thanks to the supplied transformer. In my opinion, this adjustment system is preferable to the classic knob that is used in low-range exercise bikes, as it is more precise and less subject to wear. The pedaling fluidity is really excellent: it does not have the classic piston pedaling typical of low-range stationary bikes. I think this model can certainly be defined as mid-range, but with a respectable level of quality. The detection of the pulse, through the sensors on the handlebars, seems to me quite accurate. The handlebar is stable and allows different grip options with the possibility of even getting up on the pedals. This last aspect exceeded my expectations. It is still an exercise bike and not a spin bike, but even pedaling out of the saddle (standing on the pedals) is quite comfortable Some time ago I bought a spin bike, but I had to give it up because it was too noisy, a completely non-existent problem with this exercise bike, given that the drive belt is made of rubber, can be moved easily thanks to the 2 wheels it is equipped with at the front. The saddle is comfortable, perhaps even a little too soft in my opinion (there are even shock absorbing springs underneath!) and is easily adjustable not only in height and inclination but also in depth. I believe that this exercise bike can be suitable for tall people even up to a max of about 1.80 m, beyond that you would not have almost complete extension of the legs at the lowest point of the pedal stroke, which would therefore not be comfortable and effective. The various training programs with which this exercise bike is equipped allow you to keep motivation high and make the workout more fun. There are, if I'm not mistaken, 18 training programs, one manual and the others that change the resistance of pedaling according to certain patterns that can be detected directly through the graphics of the computer. Of course, speed, distance, time, rpm (pedaling pace at minute), calories consumed. The pedaling power in watts is not indicated, but for this you need to turn to higher-end products. The assembly did not involve any problems, it arrives partly pre-assembled and you can even do it yourself. In my opinion, it is an excellent investment in your health, even if used for only a few minutes a day, just to reactivate circulation. The possibility of training standing on the pedals is really excellent The space occupied is minimal (the base is about 46x 85 cm) compared to other pieces of equipment (see for example the elliptical) and in my opinion it also makes a good impression in my living room
