The Klarfit Vib 1000 vibration plate is the perfect training partner for a wide range of muscle groups, increasing general fitness and improving balance. All this with a single, efficient fitness machine - and even without much effort and prior knowledge.
An oscillating vibration workout activates various body zones without straining the ligaments and joints. The strengthening of the back and pelvic muscles promotes an upright posture and additionally supports the proper running posture. Unused deep muscle groups depth are also effectively activated by these exercises. The vibration trainer not only helps build muscle, but is also ideal for tightening skin and connective tissue as well as helping to reduce cellulite and body fat. In addition, the circulation will improve and the body's general agility will increase.
To target different muscle groups, only your stance needs to be changed. For this purpose, there are marked zones on the non-slip standing area, which allow optimal positioning of the feet during training. Versatile exercise variations can be performed thanks to the 67 x 32 cm training surface while either standing, sitting or lying down. The two fitness bands that are included in the delivery guide the vibrations towards the shoulders and address them equally. A clearly arranged LCD display shows the selected program, the intensity and the duration during the workout.

Four floor-protecting and vibration-damping feet not only protect the floor from damage, but also actively decouple the device from the ground. The vibration damping absorbs excessive movements produced by the device and related noise.
