The CAPITAL SPORTS Hybrid Women barbell bar represents the evolution of our proven barbells. The special production as a hybrid rod with Olympic dimensions makes it an all-round talent for the most diverse disciplines and users. Here beginners can find the right barbell for heavy loads in weightlifting, powerlifting or cross-training.
201 cm in length, 15 kg dead weight and a sleeve diameter of 50 mm meet the requirements for an Olympic bar. This high level of performance is maintained at all levels: the rod is made of flexible yet sturdy spring steel, which gives it a moderate whip and allows a load of up to 650 kg of weights. The combination of needle bearings and bushing make the CAPITAL SPORTS Hybrid Women an all-rounder barbell. The needle bearings give it enough spin for the dynamic, fast movement sequences in Olympic weightlifting, while the steel used and the installed bushings offer ideal stability in powerlifting.
With 25 mm diameter, the handle bar is optimally adapted to the anatomy of the female hand. Its medium-high handle knurl is equipped with grip marks for Olympic Weightlifting IWF (910 mm) and Powerlifting IPF (810 mm) and thus shows in a simple way the permitted grip ranges of the respective disciplines. The design of the barbell consciously dispenses with a central knurl to protect the skin and clothing in deadlifts or front and back squats.
Metal weights can be picked up on the 32 cm long intakes, as can hard rubber bumper plates with a standard 51 mm hole. The hard chromed steel makes the bar extremely easy to clean and corrosion resistant. Whether in the studio or in the home gym, the CAPITAL SPORTS Hybrid Women barbell bar is the right choice for all ambitious athletes.

Die Langhantelstange entspricht voll meinen Erwartungen. Sie ist gut ausbalanciert und hat einen guten Grip.

Die Stange - Anfang Jänner bestellt - hätte mitte Jänner da sein sollen, auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen wurde zuerst die Bestellung nicht gefunden, dann hatten sie keine Telefonnummer, auf einmal kam "da sie nicht geantwortet haben, scheint alles erledigt zu sein" - hab einen Tag davor zum xten mal urgiert ... Nach 1 1/2 Monaten (!!) Hatte ich Endlich meine Ware ... die Firma aber seit Anfang Jänner mein Geld ... also vom Kundenservice her eine absolute FRECHHEIT, aber da kann das Produkt - welches absolut hervorragende Qualität hat und bestens verpackt wurde - nichts dafür. Daher geb ich schweren Herzens 3 Sterne ... 5 für das Produkt und 0 für den Händler!

Therefore I give 3 stars with a heavy heart ... 5 for the product and 0 for the dealer!

Habe mir diese Langhantel wegen der Maße gekauft (2,00m statt 2,20m). Man muss dich etwas an den geringeren Durchmesser des Griffes gewöhnen, da ich aber meistens mit Grippads trainiere ist das völlig in Ordnung. Bin sehr zufrieden.
I bought this barbell because of the dimensions (2.00m instead of 2.20m). You have to get used to the smaller diameter of the handle, but since I mostly train with grip pads, that's perfectly fine. I am very pleased.
