Workspace Go Light Treadmill

Hallo, ich habe am 3.12.21 das Laufband bei Ihnen gekauft. Ich konnte es jetzt einige Zeit nicht benutzen. Heute wollte ich wieder anfangen, jedoch war der Elektromotor nicht in Ordnung. Ich konnte die Geschwindigkeit nicht einstellen, und nach einiger Zeit hat es die Hauptsicherung rausgehauen. Damit war die ganze Sache gegessen. Ich konnte, wenn das Band am Strom war, die Sicherung nicht mehr einschalten, hats dann immer wieder rausgehauen. Wie Sie sicher aus den Unterlagen erkennen können, habe ich schon einmal das Problem mit einem anderen Gerät von der selben Firma gehabt und es wieder umgetauscht. Am Anfang ging alles hervorragend und ich war sehr froh. Doch nach der erzwungenen Pause hatte ich wieder das gleiche Problem. Es haut die Hauptsicherung, warum auch immer, raus. Können Sie mir helfen bzw. sagen was ich machen soll? Vielen Dank im voraus. MfG Ingrid Filter

Hello, I bought the treadmill from you on 12/3/21. I haven't been able to use it for a while now. Today I wanted to start again, but the electric motor was not working. I couldn't adjust the speed and after a while it blew the main fuse. That was the end of the whole thing. When the tape was connected to the power supply, I couldn't turn on the fuse, and then it kept popping out. As you can probably see from the documents, I had the problem with another device from the same company and exchanged it again. In the beginning everything went great and I was very happy. But after the forced break I had the same problem again. For whatever reason, it blows the main fuse. Can you help me or tell me what I should do? Thanks in advance. Best regards Ingrid Filter

Jedem muss klar sein, das ist kein Laufband, sondern ein Gehband. Auf höchster Stufe läuft es mit 6kmh, ziemlich schnelles gehen also. Die Qualität ist gut, im Moment ist mir jedenfalls nichts negatives aufgefallen. Silikonöl, also das spezielle Öl für Laufbänder kann man mehr oder weniger direkt dazu bestellen. Es ist zwar ein Fläschchen dabei, das reicht aber nur für den ersten Monat. Laut Anleitung soll man das Öl oben unter das Laufband träufeln.. Geht nicht, ist Quatsch, ohne irgendeine Art Verlängerung kommt man höchstens 2cm weit unter das Band.. Aber man kann das ganze Laufband auf die Seitenkante stellen, und das Öl dann unten innen auf das dort frei laufende Band träufeln. Bei meinem Exemplar sitzt das Kaltgerätekabel ein bisschen zu locker, hat einen Wackelkontakt. Damit habe ich mich noch nicht beschäftigt, kann zum Support also nichts sagen, das Gerät funktioniert auch so. Was die Lautstärke angeht: Das Band läuft nahezu geräuschlos. Um nebenbei Musik zu hören oder Fern zu sehen braucht man aber trotzdem Kopfhörer, oder muß sehr laut machen, denn die eigenen Schritte sind lauter als man denkt. Das Gerät läßt sich auch hochkant aufstellen, wie ein Bügelbrett. Steht dann auch, aber wenn man Haustiere oder Kinder hat die da heran kommen können, sollte man das lassen, so stabil steht es dann auch nicht..

Everyone must be aware that this is not a treadmill, but a walking belt. At the highest level, it runs at 6 km/h, so going pretty fast. The quality is good, at least I didn't notice anything negative at the moment. Silicone oil, i.e. the special oil for treadmills, can be ordered more or less directly. A bottle is included, but that's only enough for the first month. According to the instructions, the oil should be dripped under the treadmill at the top. It's nonsense, without any kind of extension you can only get 2 cm under the belt. But you can put the whole treadmill on the side edge, and then put the oil on the bottom inside drip onto the free-running belt there. In my example, the cold device cable is a bit too loose and has a loose contact. I haven't dealt with that yet, so I can't say anything about the support, the device works the same way. As far as volume is concerned, the tape runs almost silently. In order to listen to music or watch TV, you still need headphones, or you have to make them very loud, because your own footsteps are louder than you think. The device can also be placed upright, like an ironing board. It also stands, but if you have pets or children who can get there, you shouldn't do that, it's not that stable either..

Leider etwas schmal. Ansonsten macht es, was es soll.
