By increasing your own weight, the CAPITAL SPORTS X-Vest weight vest becomes a universal and versatile enrichment for all training sessions.
In addition to classic endurance and strength training, the X-Vest is especially suitable for bodyweight and functional training. Thanks to its X-shape, it can be ideally adapted to different body shapes and offers unrestricted freedom of movement through a flexible chest strap. The filling of small steel balls ensures a balanced distribution of the total weight and makes the vest, despite its weight, soft and supple. For optimum comfort, it is advisable to shake the vest occasionally in order to redistribute the steel balls. The material made of neoprene and nylon is permeable to air and quick-drying and thus ensures a particularly good skin compatibility during sweaty training sessions. Reflectors on the back and on the chest straps and belts also increase the visibility during running and outdoor training.

Ich habe die 10-Kilo-Version. Die Weste bedeckt nur den Schulter- und Brustbereich und ist daher sehr vielfältig einsetzbar.

Macht was sie soll. verteilt das Gewicht vorn und hinten. Habe sie mir für das Bein hoomeworkout geholt und ist super. Habe die 10 kilo Version zum joggen und Spazieren nicht geeignet dafür bitte eine leictere Variante wählen.
Does what it's supposed to. distributes the weight front and back. I got it for my leg hoomeworkout and it's great. If the 10 kg version is not suitable for jogging and walking, please choose a lighter variant.
The vest is exactly as described and does serve its purpose, however it's very very uncomfortable to wear and it tends to bounce about whilst jumping.

Habe mir diese Gewichtsweste zum laufen, spazieren gehen und joggen gekauft. Die Qualität ist sehr gut und auch nach mehreren Stunden ist die Weste nicht unbequem. Einfache Übungen wie Klimmzüge oder Kniebeugen kann man mit der Weste auch machen, mehr Bewegung sollte man der Weste aber nicht zumuten, dafür sieht sie einfach zu locker an. Schon beimSchuhe zu binden, rutscht die Weste hin und her. Sehr gute Weste, das Geld ist gut investiert.
I bought this weight vest for running, walking and jogging. The quality is very good and the vest is not uncomfortable even after several hours of use. You can also do simple exercises such as pull-ups or squats with the vest, but you shouldn’t expect the vest to move more, it just looks too loose for that. Even when tying your shoes, the vest slips back and forth. Very good vest, money well spent.
