FIT-HB3 Adjustable Weight Training Sit Up Bench
The Klarfit training bench is a beginner friendly sports device to efficiently train multi-muscle groups at home. In terms of basic training exercises,the bank sit-up bench allows you to perform a wide variety of exercises that can be done in multiple ways to fit your individual style. The second focus of the device are dumbbell exercises. The adjustable components of the Klarfit training bench (incline and height: see pictures) can be easily changed depending on your needs. The center of the bench has two comfortably padded sections. The surface material of the cushion is made of easy to clean PVC leather. Please note that the unit is delivered as an assembly kit. The construction period is estimated to take around 15 minutes, depending on construction skills.

Ergonomia e sicurezza... Questi sono i concetti che emergono da un pur breve utilizzo di questa versatile panca ginnica “Klarfit Heimtraining Hantelbank Situpbank”. La versatilità deriva dalla ottima possibilità variare le inclinazioni sia della spalliera che della seduta e di usufruire di due punti di ancoraggio protetti da cilindri in gomma di buona consistenza. Ben cinque livelli di angolazione dello schienale assicurano una alta precisione sui gruppi di muscoli che si vuole far lavorare ottimizzando lo sforzo senza far ricadere carichi indesiderati sulla schiena. In questo aiuta molto la possibilità di variare l'angolazione della seduta. La qualità costruttiva è di elevato livello a dispetto del costo piuttosto contenuto. Le saldature, pur non essendo fatte a filo continuo e quindi esteticamente più vistose, sono realizzate molto bene resistendo quindi agli sforzi di torsione che questa panca potrà subire in un uso intensivo. L'imbottitura risulta sufficientemente rigida per evitare posizioni indesiderate della colonna vertebrale ed il pellame di rivestimento resiste molto bene all'azione erosiva del sudore poiché è facile da asciugare e non assorbe l'umido. Ottima inoltre la possibilità di ripiegarla per poterla conservare nei periodi di inutilizzo riducendo al minimo gli ingombri.

The versatility derives from the excellent possibility to vary the inclinations of both the back and the seat and to take advantage of two anchoring points protected by rubber cylinders of good consistency. As many as five angle levels of the backrest ensure high precision on the groups of muscles that you want to work, optimizing the effort without causing unwanted loads to fall on the back. The possibility of varying the angle of the seat helps a lot in this. The build quality is of a high level despite the rather low cost. The welds, although not made with a continuous thread and therefore aesthetically more eye-catching, are very well made, thus resisting the torsion stresses that this bench may undergo in intensive use. The padding is sufficiently rigid to avoid undesirable positions of the spine and the covering leather resists the erosive action of perspiration very well since it is easy to dry and does not absorb moisture. Also excellent is the possibility of folding it to be able to store it when not in use, reducing the overall dimensions to a minimum.
Delivery took 2 weeks. A few pieces had to be hammered/bent into shape in order to fit together. Paint was scratched and damaged in places. The bolting system used to lock the bench into shape is VERY tight. But it works well and when constructed is reasonably solid, very good for the money.

Lieferung sehr schnell - Verpackung war in Ordnung - der Zusammenbau erwies sich ein wenig schwierig aber nach 45 Minuten war es geschafft - die Bank wackelt ein wenig aber für den Preis darf man nicht zu viel verlangen. Für das Training zu Hause ist sie vollkommen ausreichend, wenn sie eine Spur breiter wäre kõnnte das nicht schaden. Was aus den Bildern nicht hervorgeht, man kann die Bank auf einer Seite hinunterklappen dadurch ist sie auch für SitUps sehr gut geeignet.
Delivery very fast - packaging was fine - assembly proved to be a little difficult but after 45 minutes it was done - the bench wobbles a little but for the price you can't ask too much. It's perfectly adequate for training at home, but if it were a bit wider it wouldn't hurt. What is not clear from the pictures, you can fold down the bench on one side, which makes it very suitable for sit-ups.
Schnelle Lieferung, war auch gut verpackt, also nicht einfach reingeschmissen. Der Aufbau war ganz okay, das Teil steht fest und gut, die Polster sind auch klasse, sehr bequem.Der Preis stimmt auch. Weiterzuempfehlen!
