The Capital Sports Armlug are flexible arm straps for effective abdominal training with versatile exercises and variations, such as hanging leg raises or crunches. The 19cm-wide loops have a pleasantly soft padding, which ensures high training comfort. The skin-friendly material is also very durable.
The massive metal snap hook allows for quick and easy mounting to chin-up bars, etc. The safety lock provides optimum support during every workout and gives the sling trainer a maximum load capacity of up to 120kg.
Simply attach the abdominal slings to a chin-up bar or similar and then insert your arms through the soft padded loops. You can start immediately with exercises using your own body weight. After training, the Capital Sports Armlug can be put together in a transportable format and inconspicuously packed into your gym back or backpack.

Die Karabiner sind echt top, die Polsterung ebenso, aber die Nieten waren bei sechsten mal unter Belastung kaputt! Daher keine volle Bewertung!

Habe diese Bauchtrainer jetzt schon zum dritten Mal bestellt für jemanden aus dem Familienkreis. Mit dem Unterschied, das die letzte mit Polsterung sind. Der Unterschied ist minimal da die Polsterung sich nicht so weich anfühlt wie erwartet, aber sie macht die Teile etwas stabieler. Ansonst, wie ich auch früher geschrieben habe, ist das eine sehr gute Erfindung für jeden mit unterschidene Kräfte in den Händen und Armen: Meine Angehörigen sind sehr zufrieden, und ich kann sie gerne weiter empfehlen. Den gute und schnelle Service von Amazon mus mann wohl garnicht mehr erwehnen, da er wie auch immer einfach Spitze ist.
I have ordered these abdominal trainers for the third time for someone in my family. With the difference that the last ones have padding. The difference is minimal as the padding doesn't feel as soft as expected, but it does make the parts a bit more stable. Otherwise, as I also wrote earlier, this is a very good invention for everyone with different strengths in their hands and arms: My relatives are very satisfied and I can gladly recommend it to others. You probably don't have to mention the good and fast service from Amazon, because it's just great, as always.
Ich bin mit dem Artikel sehr zufrieden. Verarbeitung top, einfache Handhabung. Macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck. Die Polsterung ist gut. Ich vergebe für diesen Artikel trotzem nur 4 Sterne, da ich über die langliebigkeit in der Kürze keine Aussage machen kann. Sollte der Artikel nach einem halben Jahr noch in Ordnung sein, werde ich den 5 Stern nachreichen ;-)
I am very satisfied with the item. Processing top, easy handling. Makes a very stable impression. The padding is good. I still only give this article 4 stars, because I can't make any statement about the longevity in the short term. If the article is still ok after half a year, I will give the 5 stars later ;-)
Kann die guten Berwertungen nicht teilen. Ich habe es 1 Woche benutzt und schon ging eine Niete kaputt. Ist jetzt nicht die Welt, aber daran sollte nicht gespart werden.
Can't share the good reviews. I used it for 1 week and already a rivet broke. It's not the world now, but you shouldn't skimp on it.
