The Paralo Parellettes from Capital Sports open up countless training opportunities using your own body weight. With its flat training height of 30cm, the parellettes are suitable not only for push-ups but also for a variety of other exercises such as the L-sit.
In terms of stability, Capital Sports stands out from the pack: the Paralo Parallettes are made from 2.4mm thick steel pipe that can withstand even heavy objects. With 3.4cm diameter, the beam provides an optimal grip, while the roughened surface makes for a secure grip. To maintain a sturdy stance even during heavy swing exercises, the parallettes feature 40.5cm-long square tube feet.
For optimal training conditions, the distance of the Paralos can be customised with a 50cm-long square tube connector. This ensures that the two parallettes are firmly connected and will not slide apart, even with increased distance. Via screws, the distance can be changed in no time. Thanks to their material and corrosion-resistant powder coating, the Capital Sports Paralo Parallettes are suitable for training both in the gym as well as outdoors.

Die beiden Griffe, sind unglaublich stabil verbaut und sobald die Verbindung eingebaut ist, auch nahezu unbeweglich. Man merkt, dass es sich hier um ein hochwertiges Produkt handelt. Habe die Griffe jetzt ca 2 Monate und schon alle Übungen ausprobiert. - Für Parkett oder Fliesen würde ich Anti-Rutsch Aufkleber empfehlen, da blanker Stahl doch etwas beweglich ist :D
The two handles are incredibly stable and as soon as the connection is installed, they are almost immobile. You can tell that this is a high quality product. I've had the handles for about 2 months now and have already tried all the exercises. - I would recommend anti-slip stickers for parquet or tiles, since bare steel is somewhat flexible :D
