Pros for me: feels good in hands its like the old ones that are made of real leather has option to put a rope on it the weight is centered pretty good doesnt lose its shape Cons for me: none so far besides i wished they had a 20kg one to buy So far i only used it indoors and did not use it outdoors. Also i dont do the thing where i pick it up and throw it to the ground. I mainly use it for throwing straight up or against the wall and catching it and use it to do range of motion training. Mein Mann möchte fitter werden, so dass vor einiger Zeit auch hier ein WallBall einzog. Früher nannte man sie einfach Medizinbälle, aber die Verbindung mit den unhandlichen, speckigen Dingern von früher würde ihnen wohl einfach nicht mehr gerecht werden. Zum Testen wurde uns die gelbe 4kg-Variante zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, alle Nähte sind stabil und fest, das Gewicht verteilt sich absolut gleichmäßig im Ball. Er lässt sich prima rollen, aber auch an die Wand, den Boden oder in die Höhe schmeißen. Dank zweier eingearbeiteter Schlaufen lässt er sich super tragen und wahrscheinlich auch gut aufhängen. Bei letzterem bin ich mir allerdings nicht sicher, ob sie wirklich dafür gemacht sind - ist ja doch eine ganz andere Belastung, als mal kurz den Ball an ihnen aufzuheben. Mein Mann ist von den Möglichkeiten sehr begeistert und wird wohl im Laufe der Zeit auf eine höhere kg-Zahl umsteigen. Meine beiden Jungs (unter 6) haben für den Ball zwischenzeitlich noch diverse andere Anwendungen gefunden und ihn allein damit wohl noch härter getestet, als es mit normalen Übungen der Fall war. Er wurde quer durchs Haus gerollt, beboxt, angehoben und geworfen, als Sitzsack genutzt, als Übungsball für diverse selbst ausgedachte (und teilweise ziemlich sinnvolle) Übungen und vieles weitere. Trotzdem er von morgens bis abends im Einsatz ist, sieht er auch nach einigen Wochen immer noch aus wie neu. Super! Aufpassen sollte man nur gerade bei den 4kg, denn auch kleinere Kinder können sie kurzfristig hochheben und damit vor Wut um sich schmeißen. ;) Wir sind sehr begeistert und selbst ich habe mit den mir verhassten Medizinbällen wieder meinen Frieden geschlossen. (Der Ball wurde mir für dieses Posting kosten- und bedingungslos zur Verfügung gestellt. Meine Meinung beeinflusst das nicht.)

My husband wants to get fitter, so a WallBall moved in here a while ago. They used to be called simply medicine balls, but the association with the unwieldy, greasy things of yore just wouldn't do them justice. The yellow 4kg variant was made available to us for testing. The processing is very good, all seams are stable and strong, the weight is distributed absolutely evenly in the ball. Thanks to two integrated loops, it's super easy to carry and probably also easy to hang up. In the case of the latter, however, I'm not sure whether they are really made for it - it's a completely different strain than picking up the ball on them for a moment. My husband is very enthusiastic about the possibilities and will probably switch to a higher number of kg over time. In the meantime, my two boys (under 6) have found various other uses for the ball and that alone probably tested it even harder than was the case with normal exercises. It was rolled across the house, boxed, lifted and thrown, used as a beanbag, as an exercise ball for various self-imagined (and sometimes quite useful) exercises and much more. Despite being in use from morning to night, it still looks brand new even after a few weeks. Excellent! You should only be careful with the 4kg, because even smaller children can lift them for a short time and throw them around in anger. ;) We are very enthusiastic and even I have made my peace with the medicine balls I hated. (The ball was made available to me free of charge and unconditionally for this posting. This does not affect my opinion.)

Aus der Schule erinnere ich mich mit Grausen an stinkende Medizinbälle, die alle in einem Raum gelagert wurden und diesen typischen Turnhallengeruch annahmen. Die neue Generation Medizinbälle stinkt zum einen nicht, wenn man sie zu Hause vernünftig lagert, zum anderen sieht sie viel besser aus. Außerdem gibt es sie mit unterschiedlichem Gewicht, sodass dieses an die eigene Kraft angepasst werden kann. Übungen findet man im Internet zuhauf, auch schöne Videos. Der Medizinball ist sehr vielseitig für Workout und Fitnessübungen. Vor allem nimmt er wenig Platz weg und kann auch im Büro in kurzen Pausen für ein wenig Bewegung sorgen. Die Medizinbälle von Capital Sports haben je nach Gewicht unterschiedliche Farben. Meiner ist gelb und wiegt 4 kg. Er ist außen aus Kunstleder. Der Ball ist sauber vernäht, die Einfüllöffnung, falls das Material mal ausgetauscht werden muss, ist mit einer Kordel verschlossen. Der Ball hat zwei Schlaufen, durch die man ein Seil ziehen kann. Dann kann man den Ball aufhängen oder andere Übungen damit machen. Der Ball wirkt qualitativ hochwertig, aufgrund des Gewichts empfehle ich Anfängern den 4-kg-Ball, das reicht völlig aus. Das Produkt wurde mir vom Hersteller kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, um eine objektive und unvoreingenommene Rezension zu verfassen. Diese Tatsache beeinträchtigt nicht meine Bewertung und ich vergebe alles von 1 bis 5 Sternen.
