Ok. Für diesen Preis darf man natürlich nicht ein Studio ähnliches Gerät erwarten. Aber es tut seinen Zweck. Da die Stangen für die Gewichte sehr kurz sind, mussten wir eine happig Summe Geld drauf legen, um größere Gewichte nachzubestellen. Entweder mit dem mehr an Geld ein besseres Gerät suchen, oder es so machen wie wir. Uns ist es leider erst richtig bewußt geworden, als es schon hing. Darum unser Tipp.

OK. Of course, for this price you shouldn't expect a studio-like device. But it does the job. Since the weight bars are very short, we had to shell out a hefty sum of money to reorder larger weights. Either look for a better device with more money, or do it like we do. Unfortunately, we only really realized it when it was already hanging. Hence our tip.

Ich habe mir das Gerät wegen dem lockdown gekauft um zuhause weiter sport treiben zu können. Es ist schnell aufgebaut und auch stabil einziges manko was aber auch sehr wichtig ist. Man hat nicht sehr viel spiel beim arbeitsweg da müsste das Gerät noch ein Stück länger sein. Und ich würde stabilere latzzugstangen bestellen ...

I bought the device because of the lockdown to be able to continue doing sports at home. It is quick to set up and also stable, the only drawback, which is also very important. You don't have a lot of play on the way to work because the device would have to be a bit longer. And I would order sturdier pull-up bars...

Etwas Besseres bekommt man für diesen Preis nicht! Top Gerät und auch das Training macht damit Spaß. Lat ziehen, Rudern und Trizeps drücken, alles kein Problem mit diesem Gerät.

You can't get anything better for this price! Top equipment and the training is fun with it. Pulling lats, rowing and pressing triceps are all no problem with this device.

Ich trainiere selber seit 20 jahren bin also kein neuling. Ich finde das teil für den preis super. Klar stößt man an die kanten ,aber als tipp würde ich eine zusätzliche kette vom Baumarkt empfehlen. Trizeps, bizeps oder rundern klappt super. Nur mit latziehen ist es wegen der Spannung schwierig. Da würde ich empfehlen auf dem boden zu sitzen und eine Kette zu nutzen. Wie gesagt ,für den preis ist es okey.

I've been training myself for 20 years so I'm not a newbie. I think the part is great for the price. Of course you bump into the edges, but as a tip I would recommend an additional chain from the hardware store. Triceps, biceps or rounding works great. Only with lat pulldowns is difficult because of the tension. I would recommend sitting on the floor and using a chain. As I said, for the price it's ok.

Macht was es soll und ist einfach zu montieren.Auch der Zusammenbau war recht einfach. Für jeden der zuhause trainieren möchte und wenig Platz hat kann ich das Teil nur empfehlen.

Does what it's supposed to do and is easy to assemble. It was also pretty easy to assemble. For anyone who wants to train at home and has little space, I can only recommend the part.

Preis-Leistung ist ok, etwas mehr Qualität wäre gut: Die Rollenaufhängung ist recht verbogen; entsprechende Geräusche kaum vermeidbar (werden wir noch hinbiegen, doch eben genau das sollte herstellerseitig besser ausgeführt werden). Der Latzug ist recht laut; wir haben mit Silikonöl nachgebessert; das ist für den Preis m. E. noch in Ordnung. Die spärliche Anleitung hätte es dann auch nicht gebraucht: Vergebens sucht man eine Empfehlung zur Mindest-/Maximalhöhe. Dies ist relevant, wenn man bei der Ausführung weder oben anschlagen noch unten aufsetzen möchte. Und einmal an die Wandgedübelt wird das Teil sicher keiner mehr versetzen und neu anbringen! Das kann man zwar mit der Körperentfernung zum Gerät beeinflussen, doch dann ändern sich auch der Armwinkel. All das stellt man eben erst nach dem Anbringen fest. Der Kundendienst ist... nett, hat aber vom Gerät selbst keine Ahnung; schade. Wozu die Unterlegscheiben am Drahtseil dienen sollen, erschließt dich weder denen, noch mir (als Sperre hätten die „Bälle“ ausgereicht). Auch wir haben wertigeres Befestigungsmaterial verwendet. Kann man kaufen oder selbst bauen.

Price-performance ratio is ok, a little more quality would be good: the castor suspension is quite bent; Corresponding noises can hardly be avoided (we will fix it, but that is exactly what the manufacturer should do better). The lat pulldown is quite noisy; we touched up with silicone oil; that's still okay for the price in my opinion. The sparse instructions would not have been needed either: you look in vain for a recommendation on the minimum/maximum height. This is relevant if you don't want to hit the top or touch the bottom when executing. And once it's screwed to the wall, no one will ever move it and reattach it! You can influence this with the body distance to the device, but then the arm angle also changes. You only find out all of this after you have attached it. Customer service is... nice but has no idea about the device itself; Pity. What the washers on the wire rope are supposed to be used for is not clear to them or to me (the "balls" would have been sufficient as a barrier). We also used more valuable fastening material. You can buy it or build it yourself.

Das Trainingsgerät kommt gut und sicher verpackt zu Hause an. Als erstes ist mir aufgefallen, dass keinerlei Gewichte dabei sind, diese muss man nachkaufen, wenn man möchte. Es sind zwar Schrauben und Dübel beigelegt, doch denen würde ich bei einer Belastung mit 100 kg nicht sehr vertrauen, also habe ich welche aus meinem eigenen Sortiment genommen. Aufbauen und anbringen lässt sich der Hangman Latzug recht einfach. Wir haben es zu zweit gut hinbekommen. Die Rollen sind geräuscharm und leichtgängig. Nichts wackelt oder ruckelt. Es wird sich erst im Langzeittest zeigen, ob sich da etwas lockert. Wenn man damit wirklich Muskeln aufbauen möchte, kommt man um einen Zukauf von Gewichten nicht drumherum. Ansonsten ist es ein solides Basic zu einem Preis, der gerade noch OK ist.

The training device arrives at home well and safely packed. The first thing I noticed was that there were no weights, you have to buy them if you want. Screws and dowels are included but I wouldn't trust them very much for a 100kg load so I used some from my own range. The Hangman lat pulldown is very easy to set up and attach. The two of us managed well. The rollers are low-noise and smooth-running. Nothing wobbles or jerks. It will only show in the long-term test whether something loosens there. If you really want to build muscle with it, you can't avoid buying weights. Otherwise, it's a solid basic at a price that's just about OK.
