Der Blaster macht echt Spaß. In die Sporttasche passt er nicht mal eben aber wenn man auch Hanteln @ Home hat ist es kein Problem. Nur der Gurt ist nicht wirklich bequem bzw der Nackenschutz dürfte was weicher sein

The blaster is really fun. It doesn't even fit in the sports bag, but if you also have dumbbells @ home it's no problem. Only the belt is not really comfortable or the neck protection could be something softer

Ein sehr schönes Trainingsgerät, um z.B. beim Bizepstraining den Muskel optimal zu isolieren, sei es jetzt bei den Kurzhantelcurls,oder der Hantelstange. Schon Arnold Schwarzenegger hat mit solch einem Curling Isolator trainiert. Stabile Ausführung, gute anatomische Rundung. Das Gerät hat jedoch ein kleines Manko: Das Nackenpolster aus Schaumstoff ist billig, stinkt und ist eine Qual. A very nice piece of training equipment, for example to isolate the muscle optimally during biceps training, be it with dumbbell curls or the barbell. Arnold Schwarzenegger already trained with such a curling isolator. Stable design, good anatomical curve. However, the device has a small flaw: the foam neck pad is cheap, stinks and is a pain. Für Bizepstraining sehr wichtig. Wenn ich ohne Blaster meine 20 Kg. Kurzhantel pro Arm geschafft habe, ist das mit dem Blaster nicht möglich. Man muß das Gewicht deutlich reduzieren, hat aber einen super Pump.Die Bizepsübungen werden mit dem Blaster korrekt ausgeführt, ohne Abfälschungen.

Very important for bicep training. If I can do my 20 kg dumbbells per arm without a blaster, that's not possible with the blaster. You have to reduce the weight significantly, but you have a great pump. The bicep exercises are performed correctly with the blaster, without deflections.

Hab mir den Bizeps Blaster für die isolierte Verarbeitung des Bizepskopf geholt. Das Teil liegt gut am unteren Brustkorb an. Es umfaßt die Ellbogen gut so das man keine Spiel hat und eine völlige Isolation von statten finden kann. Das Polster am Nacken nimmt den Druck bei höhren Gewicht ab. Der Bogen besteht aus Metall, liegt ein ticken schwer jedoch verbiegt er sich nicht wie andere Produkte in der Preisklasse. Empfehlenswert!

Got the biceps blaster for isolated processing of the bicep head. The piece fits snugly on the lower chest. It covers the elbows well so there is no play and you can find complete isolation. The padding on the neck takes the pressure off with higher weight. The bow is made of metal, is a bit heavy but does not bend like other products in the price range. Recommended!

✏️...PREMESSA: ARM BLASTER A COSA SERVE? Un Arm Blaster è uno strumento molto utilizzato nel mondo del bodybuilding, reso celebre da Arnold Schwarzenegger. Questo attrezzo isola il bicipite brachiale andando a bloccare i gomiti, un po' come fa la panca Scott, rendendo il lavoro maggiormente concentrato. Si evita, quindi, il cosiddetto ""cheating"" e non si ""sporca"" l'esecuzione dell'esercizio lasciando intervenire troppo prepotentemente avambraccio e deltoide anteriore. NOTA BENE !!! Un'attrezzo di questo genere, tuttavia, non impedisce di curvare eccessivamente la schiena, cosa che è essa stessa cheating nonché molto dannosa per il corpo. Sul finire di una serie di ripetizioni potrebbe diventare molto difficile tenere il gomito perfettamente fermo, in questo contesto si inquadra l'uso di un arm blaster. Gli esercizi con cui lo si utilizza sono tipicamente: CURL CON MANUBRI E CURL CON BILANCIERE. NOTA BENE !!! Molto si discute riguardo la possibilità che questi attrezzi possano arrecare dei danni al corpo andando a sollecitare eccessivamente le articolazioni. Le scuole di pensiero sono differenti a tal proposito e dunque suggerirei, prima dell'acquisto, di cercare un po' sul web e un po' di domandare a persone qualificate al fine di farsi una propria idea riguardo questa tipologia di attrezzi. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________
