The CAPITAL SPORTS Ringtop 168 is a function-expanding attachment for mounting on the upright bar. Fits all CAPITAL SPORTS racks, half racks and rigs from the Dominate Edition.

The structure is suitable for the attachment of ropes for climbing exercises and also offers the possibility of attaching gymnastic rings to perform weight exercises such as muscle ups on the strut. Another benefit is the additional gain in height on the rack.

The massive structure consists of powder-coated 3mm metal and supporting cross braces for high stability.

In the spirit of physical training and muscle training, CAPITAL SPORTS delivers the Spiris weight training tower. As the name suggests, the tower is a multifunctional training device which can accommodate a variety of different exercises, thus offering the possibility of training virtually every muscle for an overall fitter appearance.

On one side of the tower there is a training bench, perfectly suited for bench presses. To this end, the tower has two dumbbell holders for inserting a barbell. Three different height positions provide the ability to adapt to different statures. The bench is also, of course, suitable for countless other exercises - with or without dumbbells. With two handles, it may be additionally folded into a vertical position. This makes for a small, space-saving footprint for the multi tower when it is not in use. Additionally, this positioning also allows access to the pull-up bar at the top of the tower.

The second side of the tower boasts numerous additional possibilities for exercises. At the foot of the tower are two round bars, which serve as handles for push-ups. At chest level are two training arms, which offer the ideal conditions for leg raises with their vertical handles, arm rests and folded bench as back rest. Horizontal handles on the end of the training arms are provided for performing dips.

The multifunctional weight training tower from CAPITAL SPORTS is suitable for athletes up to 120kg. The economical dimensions allow for installation even in areas with limited space - and the various training opportunities provided by the tower make optimal use of the space. The tower consists of a sturdy steel frame, which is protected by a silver powder coating against corrosion and scratches. Forearm supports and the bench are pleasantly padded and covered with easy-care synthetic leather.

The multi tower is delivered as a mounting kit. Assembly is simple and straightforward, and takes about 60 minutes depending on skill level. You will need one size 13 and two size 17 spanners.

With the Tremendour Power Rack, Capital Sports delivers the ideal training ground for serious muscle building for any home gym. As is known in fitness studios, a power cage is an essential tool for exercises involving the use of weights and barbells, especially if you want to train alone safely. The Tremendour from Capital Sports is completely made of solid powder-coated steel, and leaves little to be desired in a power rack. In its basic version, it offers the possibility for a variety of different muscle training exercises. First and foremost, it enables weight lifting exercises with a barbell. On the right and left of the cage, two safety spotters are secured which may be adjusted in height via screw safety catches. Twenty adjustable height positions allow you to adjust the rack according to your individual needs and selected exercises.

In the right-side safety spotter, two supplied dip bars can also be attached to enable flexion supporting exercises with and without weight belts. In the front upper frame, there is a tried-and-true chin-up bar attached. A double bar with vertical and oblique connectors provides multiple grip options and allows all pull-up exercises, whether in the instep, comb or hammer handle. The training height of the multi-grip chin-up bar is an impressive 2.10m, allowing even taller adults to train without contortion. The 120cm double rod has a large enough width so that both novices and well-trained professionals can find a comfortable reach.

Further flexibility is provided by the Tremendour power rack’s four separately-adjustable J-hooks attached to the corner posts, which allow for training both in and in front of the cage. The ideal foundation for typical bench press exercises is provided by the rack in conjunction with an appropriate bench that fits easily in the interior space. To expand the device further, the rear side of the rack features mounting options for a lat pulldown, making the Tremendour from Capital Sports the ideal all-around fitness machine.
