With the Foodlocker Pro sealer, Klarstein delivers a practical kitchen helper for numerous applications: marinate meat more quickly and effectively in a vacuum-sealed bag. Freeze foods to save space while at the same time protecting them from freezer burn. Preserve the flavour of coffee, tea or spices and protect nuts before they go rancid. Vacuum packaging is also a fundamental requirement for cooking in the sous vide method. In addition, you can prepare hermetically-sealed meals together, without mixing together their various tastes and aromas.

The Foodlocker Pro compact bar vacuum sealer from Klarstein sets new standards in airtight sealing. With a suction force of up to -0.8 bar or 12 l / min, film pouches up to 30 cm in width are almost completely emptied of air in the blink of an eye and are immediately safely sealed in automatic mode. For pressure-sensitive foods such as berries, bread or biscuits, the vacuum sealing process may be paused and then later resumed with a press of a button. For the packaging of moist foods, the intensity of the film sealer may be increased to ensure that the food packaging is absolutely leak-proof. All functions are conveniently and easily controlled via the Klarstein Foodlocker Pro vacuum sealer’s touch panel on the top side of the device. Blue LEDs clearly indicate which operation is being used. For a quick start, the Foodlocker Pro is directly supplied with 5 large and 5 small vacuum bags.

The Klarstein Foodlocker is a compact vacuum sealer for the airtight sealing of marinated grilled meats, fresh herbs, sauces, spices or even entire meals with just a few hand movements. The sealed food keeps for longer while retaining nutrients, and is protected from freezer burn while in the freezer. In addition, the vacuum sealer allows you to prepare various dishes using a vacuum cooking (sous vide) method. When vacuum sealed, cooking temperatures that are significantly lower than 100°
C are possible, allowing the food to retain essential nutrients.

With a suction force of up to -0.8 bar and a suction speed of around 16 l / min, the Klarstein Foodlocker automatically vacuum seals the food then finishes the process by itself with just the push of a button. For delicate foods such as fruits, liquids and spices, you also have the option of manually controlling the vacuum sealing by pressing a button.
