220 cm in length, 20 kg dead weight and a sleeve diameter of 50 mm meet the requirements for an Olympic bar. This high level of performance is maintained at all levels: the rod is made of spring steel and can be loaded with up to 910 kg of weights. The built-in 3-needle roller bearings give the CAPITAL SPORTS IWF Men barbell a reduced torque and increase the spin of the sleeves - ideal for dynamic movements of Olympic weightlifting.

The handle is marked with Weightlifting IWF (910 mm) to easily show the maximum allowed reach of this discipline. The medium-sharp knurling of the grip surfaces combines firm and non-slip grip on the dumbbell and still allows high repetition rates in training.
