Product description
The CAPITAL SPORTS IPF Men barbell bar represents the evolution of our proven barbells. The special production with Olympic dimensions makes it the ideal talent for a variety of powerlifting exercises. Extended grip diameter, sharp knurling, extremely reduced elastic properties and an increased torque of the intakes - here you will find the right barbell for high loads during powerlifting.
220 cm in length, 20 kg dead weight and a sleeve diameter of 50 mm meet the requirements for an Olympic bar. This high level of performance is maintained at all levels: the rod is made of spring steel and can be loaded with up to 910 kg of weights. The built-in bronze bushings give the CAPITAL SPORTS IPF Men powerlifting barbell an increased torque and reduce the spin of the sleeves - ideal for static exercises with high weight in traditional powerlifting.
With 29 mm diameter, the handle bar complies with the competition standards of the IPF. Its handle is marked with Powerlifting IPF (810 mm) markings to easily show the maximum range of this discipline. The sharp knurling of the grip surfaces ensures extremely firm and secure grip on the dumbbell. The central knurling ensures a secure feeling and improved orientation on the barbell, especially for heavy squats.
On the 41 cm long intakes, all weight plates with a standard 51 mm bore can be used. The hard chromed steel makes the bar easy to clean and corrosion resistant. Whether in the box or in the home gym, the CAPITAL SPORTS IPF Men barbell bar is the right choice for all ambitious athletes.

The spinning sides work very nicely and smoothly. It was very oily when it arrived. Would probably have bought the 200cm bar instead if I could do it over due to space issues
