Product description
The aunaMD 200 2G is a smart car radio which recognises the signs of the time by focusing on compatibility with modern portable audio components.
The device welcomes modern media with three easily accessible, front-installed interfaces. USB and SD slots open up the MP3 libraries of mass storage devices such as SD cards, USB MP3 players and USB sticks. All other audio sources - such as a CD player (which is deliberately omitted from the device), laptop or tablet computer - may be connected via the jack AUX input.
The digital function ensemble of the auna car radio is complemented by an FM radio tuner, which can call up 18 stations from memory.
The consequent lack of a CD player and cassette deck brings the conspicuous benefit that it increases the life of the appliance by omitting wear-prone mechanical parts. Another bonus of this approach is naturally in a price advantage, which can be passed on to the customer.
With 4 x 75W max., the auna MD-202 competes with much higher-priced devices on the market. Via corresponding line outputs, the car radio can be connected with 2 or 4-channel power amplifiers to achieve an even higher performance level.
A further selling point is the device’s ability to record radio programs as WAV files on USB or SD storage media, to recall important information later or simply to produce a digital recording of a track.
A sleek, intelligently structured user interface and a 3-colour adjustable LED lighting (blue, red, green) give easy access to the radio’s capabilities at any time, especially at night.
Please note that the device does not have a CD player.
