Ich muß gesundheitlich derzeit einige Übungen im Gesundheitszentrum absolvieren, die auch auch zuhause weiter machen soll. Einiges geht auch ohne Hilfsmittel, da ich aber jahrelang im Fitness-Studio war kam mir der CAPITAL SPORTS Tubey genau richtig. Als die beiden Pakete ankamen ahnte ich schon schlimmes... die Pakete waren flach und somit alle Teile einzeln - nicht wie gewohnt wenigstens vormontiert. Und wer Anleitungen kennt wird wissen, wie dürftig die meistens sind. Zwar sind alle Teile bebildert und mit Bezeichnungen versehen, auf der Explosionszeichnung haben diese Teile aber Nummern. Also erstmal alle Schrauben, Beilagscheiben usw. durchnummeriert und dann mit der komischen Zeichnung versucht, das Gerät aufzubauen. Wäre auch soweit ganz gut gelungen, wären da nicht immer wieder Teile, die man erst auf den zweiten Blick richtig zuordnen kann. Hier wäre eine Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung mehr als hilfreich gerade für Leute, die sich nicht so gut mit Explosionszeichnungen auskennen. Als dann endlich alles stand, war ich angenehm überrascht, wieviele verschiedene Übungen man damit durchführen kann. Wie schon erwähnt war ich jahrelang im Studio, so dass ich viele Übungen kenne. Wer hier neues Terrain betritt sollte sich im Vorfeld mit Übungen befassen, auch hierüber wird in der Anleitung so gar nicht eingegangen. Man muss quasi einfach ausprobieren, was alles möglich ist. Von Bizeps- Trizeps bis Beincurls und Rudern findet man so einiges für das tägliche Training. Hierzu werden die Haken einfach in die verschiedenen Vorrichtungen eingehakt. Zum Verstellen des Widerstands verwendet man die unterschiedlichen Gummibänder. Zudem kann man die Sitzbank wegklappen, um Übungen im Stehen durchzuführen. Da die Bank an sich wenig wiegt, sollte man aber darauf achten, dass man auf der Platte steht, da das Gerät sonst beim Ziehen davon rutscht. Ich bin mit der Tubey total zufrieden, Arme, Beine, Brust können auf verschiedene Weise traininert werden, dazu nimmt die Station wirklich kaum Platz weg. Dank der keinen Rollen auf der hinteren Seite lässt sie sich schnell und einfach bewegen. Für den Preis finde ich das Gerät top - der lange Aufbau lohnt sich!!
