The quality is there, however the kind of folding rod for installing and removing the parasol protection is far too short and is useless if you don't stand on a chair. And it's still too short to do this operation correctly. I solved this problem with a bamboo rod at the right length. Providing a rod that fits would be a plus. Anhand dieses Stabes ist es leicht für mich (163 cm Größe), die Hülle ohne Leiter über den geschlossenen Schirm zu ziehen. Ein Stern Abzug weil ich die Beständigkeit bei unterschiedlichen Wetterereignissen noch nicht testen konnte. Ansonsten absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Fits my 270 cm parasol perfectly. The protective cover appears robust and is of good quality. It has a zipper on the side, which is approximately 130 cm long and can be operated with a cord. The top 40 cm of the cover is closed, and on the inside left side there is a metal eyelet through which you can slide a three-part, fold-out pole. Using this pole, it is easy for me (163 cm tall) to pull the cover over the closed parasol without a ladder. Gute Sonnenschirmhaube zum vernünftigen Preis Die Sonnenschirmhaube ist mit einer kleinen Stange ausgestattet um die Hülle besser über den Schirm zu bekommen. Dies funktioniert einwandfrei und ist ein Erleichterung. Die Robustheit der Hülle ist gut bis sehr gut vom Stoff her. Der Reißverschluss ist okay. Man kann die Hülle unten noch zu ziehen mit Bändern. Ich kann über die Wetterfestigkeit bis jetzt noch nicht viel sagen, aber aufgrund des Stoffes denke ich das eine gute Wetterfestigkeit gegeben ist. Wasserfest ist für mich nicht ganz so wichtig,da der Schirm in der Hülle wettergeschützt gelagert wird und somit bekommt die Hülle keinen Regen ab. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Sonnenschirmhaube. Ich kann den Kauf empfehlen.

Erheblich besser als andere Modelle Ich habe diese Hülle vor 4 Jahren schon einmal gekauft, aber nach dieser Zeit hat sich die obere Abdeckung aufgelöst, was nach dieser Zeit permanent im "Außendienst" nicht verwunderlich ist. Die Hülle sieht gut aus und ist easy zu handeln. Ich kann sie aus Überzeugung nur empfehlen. Darüber hinaus habe ich mich über das nette persönliche Dankeschön der Verkäufer gefreut.

Sitzt, passt und sieht gut aus Die alte Sonnenschirmhülle hat der Witterung nur drei Jahre Stand gehalten und wurde porös und rissig. Musste die defekten Stellen mit Nato-Tape flicken; was der Optik der Hülle nicht grade zuträglich war. Also musste eine neuer Schutz her. Das neue Material ist ziemlich weich und fließend, was das Produkt deutlich leichter in der Handhabung macht. Der Reißverschluss ist leichtgängig und duch die Stabilisierungsstange ist der Schutz auch leich über den (natürlich geschlossenen!) Schirm zu bringen. Nur die Einführungsöffnung war nicht so leicht zu finden. Dachte daher zuerst, ich hätte ein fehlerhaftes Prudukt erhalten. ...aber alles gut und sieht obendrein auch wieder schick aus. Kann aber noch keine fünf Sterne geben, weil das Produkt erst ein paar Monate im Einsatz ist.

Fits well, sits well, and looks good. The old parasol cover only lasted three years in the elements and became porous and cracked. I had to patch the damaged areas with NATO tape, which didn't exactly improve the look of the cover. So I needed a new cover. The new material is quite soft and flowing, which makes the product much easier to handle. The zipper runs smoothly, and the stabilizing bar makes it easy to put the cover over the (closed, of course!) parasol. Only the opening was difficult to find, so at first I thought I'd received a defective product. ...but everything's fine, and it looks great again, too. I can't give it five stars yet, though, because I've only been using the product for a few months.

Solider Eindruck Wir haben uns einen 2.5 Meter Schirm gekauft und wollten uns keinen "Überzug" vom Hersteller für 50 € dazu kaufen, somit kahm ich auf diesen hier. Er macht einen soliden Eindruck und ist einfach über jeden Schirm zuziehen. Anleitung: Damit man in die Höhe von der Schirmspitze kommt, hat der Überzieher eine gefaltete aluminium Stange dabei die man ausgefaltet in den Überzieher einschieben muss. Dann hält man den Überzieher an der Stange gans unten fest und hält das andere Ende der Stange mit dem Überziehenr an die Schirm Spitze und zieht den Überzieher so über die Spitze des Schirms das die Tasche des Überzieher darin hinein gleitet. Dann leicht nach unten ziehen ausrichten, den Reißverschluss am Strick nach unten ziehen fertig. Über Langlebigkeit kann ich noch nix sagen, ist erst 14 Tage im Einsatz.

Then you hold the cover firmly at the bottom of the rod and hold the other end of the rod with the cover to the tip of the umbrella and pull the cover over the tip of the umbrella so that the pocket of the cover slides into it. Then pull downwards slightly, align it, pull the zipper down on the rope and you're done. I can't say anything about durability yet, it has only been in use for 14 days.

Nicht so dicht wie erwartet Ich habe mir diese Sonnenschirmhülle gekauft, weil an meiner bisherigen der Reissverschluss kaputt ging. Sie kam schnell und gut verpackt. Der erst Eindruck war sehr gut. Der Schirm alleine passt gut in die Hülle. Zusammen mit dem Gestell ist es etwas eng. Das war mit der bisherigen Hülle nicht der Fall. Aber es passt und sieht gut aus. Der Stab, der das Überstülpen der Hülle erleichtern ist für mich etwas zu kurz. Aber es geht noch. Jetzt das ABER: In der der ersten Nacht musste der Schirm eine stürmische und regenreicht Nacht überstehen. Leider hat sich am nächten Morgen gezeigt dass die Hülle (und der Schirm) von innen nass war. Während des Sommers wird das wohl kein Problem sein. Für den Winter muss ich mir eine alternative Lösung überlegen sonst nimmt der Schirm wohl Schaden nehmen. hab ich schon nach der ersten Verwendung und dem ersten Regen frestgestellt, dass die Hülle von innen nass ist.

Not as tight as expected I bought this parasol cover because the zipper on my old one broke. It arrived quickly and well packaged. First impressions were very good. The parasol on its own fits well in the cover. Together with the frame it is a bit tight. That wasn't the case with the previous cover. But it fits and looks good. The rod that makes it easier to put the cover on is a bit too short for me. But it's okay. Now the BUT: On the first night the parasol had to endure a stormy and rainy night. Unfortunately the next morning it turned out that the cover (and the parasol) was wet on the inside. That shouldn't be a problem during the summer. I'll have to think of an alternative solution for the winter otherwise the parasol will be damaged. I noticed after the first use and the first rain that the cover was wet on the inside.

Schutzhülle Ich habe die Schutzhülle vor glaub ich 2 oder 3 Jahren gekauft. Sie ist noch immer nicht kaputt. Habe die Spinne mit der Schutzhülle von Frühjahr bis Sommer draussen stehen. Nur an den Wochenenden wenn ich Wäsche aufhänge ist die Schutzhülle nicht über die Spinne gestülpt. Natürlich ist die Farbe verblasst, durch die Sonne etc. Aber die Hülle ist noch ganz und ich bin sehr zufrieden damit.

Preiswert... ...aber Da eine Versteifung fehlt, ist das darüber ziehen für Menschen unter 2,5 Meter nur mit einer Leiter möglich. Habe einen Fiberglasstab in die Hülle getan - alles gut!

nicht ewig haltbar, aber man kann zufrieden sein (Preis/Leistung stimmt) Ich habe die gleiche Hülle vor 3 Jahren schon einmal gekauft, d.h. also, ich gehe wieder von einer gleichen Haltbarkeit aus, sofern das Produkt vom Material noch gleichwertig ist. Unsere Waschspinne ist nicht über das ganze Jahr den Wetterbedingungen ausgesetzt. In der kälteren Jahreszeit und bei längeren Regenperioden haben wir die Wäschespinne immer in den Innenbereich gebracht. Die Hülle war also weniger als 50% vom Jahr draußen und dann vorallem der Sonnenstrahlung ausgesetzt. Nach jetzt genau 34 Monaten war der Stoff so porös, das beim Anfassen sofort Risse entstanden. Nach Vergleichen aus Rezensionen anderer Produkte habe ich mich dennoch wieder für diese Hülle entschieden, da preisgleiche oder gar teurere Modelle kaum 2 Jahre Haltbarkeit erreichten. Das hängt aber sicher auch von der Behandlung ab. Wenn wir die Springreen Schutzhülle ganzjährig draußen lassen würden, wäre die Haltbarkeit sicher auch unter 2 Jahren. Auch ist die Hülle in den letzten 3 Jahren für mit 20% höher im Anschaffungspreis geworden. Die Vorteile der Springreen Schutzhülle sehe ich in dem dünnen und flexiblen Stoff mit geringem Gewicht, der großen Länge, dem leichtgängigen Reißverschluss und der guten Passform auf die Leifheit-Wäschespinne.

After comparing reviews of other products, I decided to go for this cover again, because similarly priced or even more expensive models barely achieved a 2-year lifespan. But that certainly also depends on how it is treated. If we left the Springreen protective cover outside all year round, it would certainly last less than 2 years. The cover has also increased in price by 20% in the last 3 years. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Robuste Schirmhülle mit Führungsstange. Die Hülle macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck und ist sauber verarbeitet. Durch die Führungsstange lässt sich Hülle nahezu problemlos übern den Schirm ziehen. Bei unserem Schirm ist nur eine Holzspitze oben drauf, so das man beim überziehen nicht allzu viel Kraft aufbringen sollte, da die Spitze sonst dem Stoff nicht gut tun wird. Abhilfe könnte hier eine etwas längere Führungsstange sein, die z.B. bis zur Spitze der Schirmhülle reicht. Die Hülle selber hält absolut Wasserdicht und hat jetzt auch ihne Knurren die Stürme die so an uns vorbeizogen mitgemacht. Die Robustheit steht hier beim Hersteller im Vordergrund. Würde die Hülle wieder kaufen.

A slightly longer guide rod, one that reaches all the way to the tip of the umbrella cover, for example, could be a solution. The cover itself is completely waterproof and has now even weathered the storms that have passed us by without a roar. Robustness is a top priority for the manufacturer. I would buy the cover again.

Gutes Produkt, guter Service Habe den Sonnenschirmschutz speziell wegen der beworbenen einfachen Handhabung erworben: Der Sonnenschirm ist 2,5m hoch, wie soll man da eine Plane drüberstülpen...? Nachdem der Artikel kam, dann etwas Frust: Da ist kein Hilfsstab in der Verpackung!!! Kurz den Support kontaktiert, wenig später kam eine freundliche eMail mit Versprechung auf Abhilfe. Zwei Tage später liegt ein kleines Päckchen vor der Tür mit dem versprochenen Hilfsstab, der ähnlich wie ein Zeltgestänge aus mehreren mit Gummischnur verbundenen Segmenten besteht. Eine erstaunlich stabile Sache! Und MIT dem Hilfsstab läßt sich die Plane nun sehr einfach über den zusammengeklappten Sonnenschirm legen. Wüßte nicht, wie das ohne Hilfsstab funktionieren sollte, wenn man nicht auf einen Gartenstuhl als Ersatzleiter zurückgreifen möchte... Der Reißverschluß zieht sich angenehm leicht durch. Am unteren Ende der Plane ist eine Kordel mit Stoppern angebracht um ein Flattern der Plane im Wind zu vermeiden. Gutes Produkt, guter + freundlicher Support!

Good product, good service I bought the parasol cover specifically because of the advertised ease of use: The parasol is 2.5m high, how are you supposed to put a tarpaulin over it...? After the item arrived, I was a bit frustrated: There was no auxiliary pole in the packaging!!! I quickly contacted support, and a short time later I received a friendly email promising a solution. Two days later, a small package arrived on my doorstep with the promised auxiliary pole, which, like a tent pole, consists of several segments connected with an elastic cord. An amazingly sturdy product! And WITH the auxiliary pole, the tarpaulin can now be put over the folded parasol very easily. I don't know how it would work without an auxiliary pole if you don't want to use a garden chair as a substitute ladder... The zip is pleasantly easy to pull through. At the bottom of the tarpaulin there is a cord with stoppers to prevent the tarpaulin from flapping in the wind. Good product, good and friendly support!

Gute Verarbeitung Passt gut auf unseren alten Ikeaschirm. Der Reißverschluss ist recht „Kurz“ so das man schon viel zumpeln muss bis man den oberen Teil überziehen kann. Das Material wirkt robust und ist gut verarbeitet. Ich bin gespannt.

Ich finde - ein sehr wertiger Ersatz für die original Hülle Update 03.11.2021 - Leider hat es die Hülle nach bereits 1,5 Jahren zerrissen. Ich hoffe es lag nur am doch starken Sturm/Unwetter. Ich habe die Hülle erneut bestellt und gebe Ihr noch eine Chance. ---- Nach 4 Jahren hat die Original Hülle von unserem Ampel-Sonnenschirm leider das zeitliche gesegnet und ist oben gerissen. Die neue Hülle ist wertig gearbeitet und fühl sich robust an. Das Material ist wenig elastisch. Durch den Reissverschluss lässt sich die Hülle weit genug öffnen um Sie über den geschlossenen Sonnenschirm zu stülpen. Die Form entspricht nicht zu 100% der unsere Sonnenschirmes, dies ist wohl darauf zurückzuführen, dass die Hülle auch für andere Modelle von anderen Herstellern passen soll und bestimmt auch wird. Unten an der Öffnung ist zusätzlich eine Kordel eingezogen um die Hüllen unten festzuzubinden. Ich finde - die Sonnenschormhülle ist ein Top Ersatz.

I think it's a very high-quality replacement for the original cover. Update 11/03/2021 - Unfortunately, the cover ripped after just 1.5 years. I hope it was only due to the strong storm/storm. I've reordered the cover and will give it another chance. ---- After 4 years, the original cover of our cantilever parasol has unfortunately called it a day and ripped at the top. The new cover is of high quality and feels robust. The material is not very stretchy. The zipper allows the cover to be opened wide enough to be put over the closed parasol. The shape does not correspond 100% to that of our parasol; this is probably because the cover is supposed to fit other models from other manufacturers and certainly will. There is an additional cord at the bottom of the opening to tie the covers down. I think the parasol cover is a top-quality replacement.

Tolle Hülle für meinen Glatzschirm Für meinen neuen Sonnenschirm brauchte ich dringend eine neue Hülle, die ihn gegen Wetter, Wind und Wasser schützt und dabei schön aussieht UND einfach anzubringen ist. Das Modell vom Hersteller selbst kostet allerdings fast 50€, das war mir ein bisschen zu viel für die Funktionen die die Hülle erfüllen soll. Diese Hülle hier (ich habe sie in schwarz) erfüllt alle Wünsche. Sie kommt schnell und zuverlässig an in einer kleinen Plastiktüte. Zum auf den Schirm ziehen liegt sogar ein klappbarer Stab bei (wie eine Zeltstange, aber kleiner und an beiden Enden "abgesichert"). Dieser ist wirklich unglaublich praktisch und ich ärgere mich schon fast, dass ich vorher nie auf die Idee gekommen bin IRGENDWAS einzusetzen, um Hüllen über Schirme zu ziehen. Die Lösung ist so genial und einfach. Die Hülle selbst sieht hochwertig aus, die Nähte wirken stabil und sind auch sauber genäht. Mein Glatz Alu-Smart Easy mit einem Durchmesser von 3m passt sehr gut in die Hülle - ich bin vollkommen überzeugt. Absolut wert "etwas tiefer in die Tasche zu greifen" - aber eben nicht so tief wie beim Designer direkt. ;)

Great cover for my Glatz umbrella. I urgently needed a new cover for my new parasol that would protect it from weather, wind, and water, while also looking good AND being easy to install. The manufacturer's model, however, costs almost €50, which was a bit too much for the functions it's supposed to perform. This cover (I have it in black) fulfills all my needs. It arrives quickly and reliably in a small plastic bag. It even comes with a folding pole for pulling it onto the umbrella (like a tent pole, but smaller and "secured" at both ends). This is incredibly practical, and I'm almost annoyed that I never thought of using ANYTHING to pull covers over umbrellas before. The solution is so ingenious and simple. The cover itself looks high-quality, the seams seem sturdy, and the stitching is neatly done. My Glatz Alu-Smart Easy, with a diameter of 3m, fits very well in the cover—I'm completely convinced. Absolutely worth "digging a little deeper into your pockets"—but not as much as with the designer one. ;)

Zufriedenstellende Qualität. Nach der Lieferung sofort ausgepackt. Wir haben einen Schirm mit 3 Meter Durchmesser. Die Abdeckung passt sehr gut. Ist nicht zu eng und zu kurz. Eine Stange ist dabei um die Abdeckung auf und vom Schirm wegzubekommen. Der Reißverschluß geht nicht bis ganz oben und lässt sich dadurch gut Öffnen und Schließen ohne auf einen Stuhl klettern zu müssen. Den ersten Regenschauer hat die Abdeckung auch gut überstanden. der Schirm blieb trocken. Ich habe leider noch keine Langzeiterfahrung, deswegen erst einmal nur 4 Sterne.

Satisfactory quality. Unpacked immediately after delivery. We have an umbrella with a diameter of 3 meters. The cover fits very well. It's not too tight or too short. A pole is included for putting the cover on and taking it off. The zipper doesn't extend all the way to the top, making it easy to open and close without having to climb onto a chair. The cover also weathered the first rain shower well; the umbrella stayed dry. Unfortunately, I don't have any long-term experience with it yet, so I'm only giving it 4 stars for now.

Praktisch finde ich die untere Kordel, da man damit die Schutzhülle unten noch besser zuziehen kann. Die Hülle passt sehr gut über unseren Schirm mit 300 cm Spannweite. Der Regen perlt sehr gut ab.

Solider Sonnenschirm Ich verstehe einige Rezensenten nicht. Auf hohem Niveau scheint hier gejammert zu werden. Also gehen wir die Fakten durch: 1. Der Schirm entspricht den Maßen. 2. Das Öffnen geht leicht und problemlos von der Hand. 3. Der Schirm rastet vollständig und passgenau in die Ständerstange ein. 4. Der Schirm spannt sich rechteckig auf. (nicht vieleckig wie von manchen behauptet) 5. Der Schirm spannt sich straff auf. (kleinere Falten sind dem Transport geschuldet und werden mit der Zeit sicher verschwinden) 6. Die Transportbox könnte besser gesichert sein. Ein Teil der Styroporverpackung war zerbröselt. 7. Der Schirm wird selbst von einer "halben" Halterung getragen und wackelt kaum. Einen leichten Luftzug verträgt er dann, bei Wind sollte er natürlich geschlossen werden. Logisch. Benutzt man einen größeren und schwereren Ständer, hält er auch dementsprechend mehr Wind aus. Auch logisch. Wer seinen Schirm aber prinzipiell offen lässt, muss sich nicht wundern, wenn Unfälle passieren, es ist schließlich kein Fallschirm. 8. Es ist eine Schirmschutztasche (inkl. Überzugstange) enthalten. Sie scheint funktional, ist aber aufgrund der Plastikanmutung nicht sonderlich schick. Ich habe mir dafür ein anderes Modell besorgt. Alles in allem ist das ein toller Sonnenschirm, und die Kritik die hier geäußert wird, erschließt sich mir nicht. Bei dem Foto ist zu beachten, dass es mit Weitwinkel fotografiert wurde und deshalb die Proportionen leicht verschoben sind. Ich würde den Schirm wieder kaufen. Und nein, ich bin kein bezahlter Werbefuzzi, sondern einfach nur ein zufriedener Käufer.

Solid parasol. I don't understand some of the reviewers. It seems like they're complaining at a high level. So let's go through the facts: 1. The umbrella is true to size. 2. Opening is easy and problem-free. 3. The umbrella snaps fully and precisely into the pole. 4. The umbrella opens rectangularly (not polygonal as some claim). 5. The umbrella opens tightly (minor creases are due to transport and will surely disappear over time). 6. The transport box could be better secured. Part of the Styrofoam packaging was crumbling. 7. The umbrella itself is supported by a "half" support and hardly wobbles. It can tolerate a slight breeze, but in windy conditions, it should of course be closed. Logical. If you use a larger and heavier stand, it will also withstand more wind. Also logical. However, if you always leave your umbrella open, you shouldn't be surprised if accidents happen; after all, it's not a parachute. 8. A parasol bag (including canopy pole) is included. It seems functional, but its plastic feel isn't particularly stylish. I bought a different model instead. All in all, this is a great parasol, and I don't understand the criticisms being voiced here. Please note that the photo was taken with a wide-angle lens, which is why the proportions are slightly off. I would buy this parasol again. And no, I'm not a paid advertising agent, just a satisfied buyer.

Nach 10 Monaten. Qualität naja Anfangs war ich begeistert vom Produkt aber nach nicht einmal 10 Monaten beginnt die Hülle sich aufzulösen. Die erste Schnur ist gestern abgerissen und die anderen fühlen sich auch schon sehr spröde an. Ihre Farbe hat die Hülle auch schon fast vollständig verloren. Noch ist sie dicht und der Reißverschluss funktioniert noch aber ob das noch lange so bleibt ist fraglich... Update: Der Verkäufer ist sehr entgegenkommend und sendet mit eine neue Hülle. Der gebe ich gerne nochmal eine Chance und erhöhe deshalb auf 4 Sterne.

After 10 months. Quality: okay. I was initially enthusiastic about the product, but after less than 10 months, the cover is starting to fall apart. The first cord broke yesterday, and the others also feel very brittle. The cover has almost completely lost its color. It's still watertight, and the zipper still works, but whether that will last much longer is questionable... Update: The seller is very accommodating and sent me a new cover. I'm happy to give it another chance, so I'm upping the rating to 4 stars.

Serves its purpose. The cover serves its purpose. I would have preferred the material to be a bit thicker. How long it will remain UV-resistant remains to be seen. So far, all my umbrella covers have crumbled after a few years. I also wish the zipper were longer, which would make it easier to lift it over using the included rod (good!). And the cover could be a bit longer; as it is, it's like a miniskirt—just long enough ;) It will certainly serve its purpose for the next two winters. And after that, I'll see. Schutzhülle für Ampelschirme Die Schutzhülle ist fantastisch. Sie ist aus sehr robusten Stoff und läßt Feuchtigkeit keine Change. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen. Ein kleiner Stab müßte vielleicht innen eingenäht werden, damit man die Hülle besser über de Schirm heben kann. Ansonsten gibt es aber nichts zu bemängeln.

Eine absolut tolle Schutzhülle Ich bin sowas von zufrieden!!! Diese Haube ist robust und wetterfest. Sie lässt sich ganz leicht über die Wäschespinne ziehen und auch abnehmen, dank des durchgehenden Reißverschlusses und unten kann man sie noch zubinden damit auch alles schön geschützt bleibt. Sie ist ihr Geld wert und eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Anschaffung. Die Schutzhülle die passend zu meiner Wäschespinne war (die Marke möchte ich hier nicht nennen), war für das Material und ihre Haltbarkeit einfach überteuert, ich habe mindestens zweimal im Jahr mir eine neue anschaffen müssen. Einmal im Frühjahr und einmal zum Herbst, sie hat weder den Winter noch den Sommer überlebt, war einfach verschlissen und dann kommt da viel Geld zusammen. Für die Springreen Schutzhülle kann ich eine absolute Kaufempfehlung aussprechen. Geht meine doch mal kaputt, dann kaufe ich mir genau diese wieder. Den letzten Winter und den Sommer hat sie bis jetzt zumindest überlebt und sie ist immer noch wie neu!!!

An absolutely fantastic protective cover I am so satisfied!!! This cover is robust and weatherproof. It can be easily pulled over and taken off the rotary clothesline thanks to the full-length zip and you can tie it at the bottom to keep everything nice and protected. It is worth the money and I can really recommend it. The protective cover that matched my rotary clothesline (I don't want to name the brand here) was simply overpriced for the material and its durability. I had to buy a new one at least twice a year. Once in spring and once in autumn. It didn't survive the winter or the summer, it was simply worn out and then it adds up to a lot of money. I can absolutely recommend the Springreen protective cover. If mine does break, I'll buy exactly the same one again. It survived last winter and summer so far and it's still like new!!!

Schutzhülle passt und ist erstmal gut Ich habe eine Schutzhülle gesucht, für unseren Ampelschirm. da die alte, welche beim Schirm dabei war, natürlich sich Dank sonne so langsam in Luft aufgelöst hat. Was bei der neuen Hülle hoffentlich nicht mehr so schnell passiert. Die neue Hülle ist groß genug, hatte ich ja entsprechend bestellt. Was sich nun doch als nicht so gut herausstellt, ist, dass der Reißverschluss leider nicht so weit nach oben zu öffnen ist, wie es eigentlich sein müsste. Dadurch muss man mit einem Stab (den ich Gott sei Dank schon habe) die Hülle irgendwie über den Schirm schaffen, damit man dann die Hülle drüberziehen kann, um dann den Reißer wieder schliessen zu können. Das war sogar bei der alten Hülle besser gelöst. Man will doch nicht auch noch auf einen Stuhl oder Leiter steigen, um die Hülle drüberzuziehen. Das hätte ich mir bei dem Preis doch durchdachter vorgestellt. Vielleicht kann man da für die Zukunft Abhilfe schaffen und einen längeren Reißverschluss einbauen. Vielen Dank.

Protective cover fits and is good for now I was looking for a protective cover for our cantilever parasol. The old one that came with the parasol had slowly disappeared into thin air thanks to the sun. Hopefully that won't happen so quickly with the new cover. The new cover is big enough; I had ordered accordingly. What turns out not to be so good is that the zip unfortunately doesn't open as far as it should. This means you have to use a stick (which I already have, thank goodness) to somehow get the cover over the parasol so that you can pull the cover over it and then close the zip again. This was actually better solved with the old cover. You don't want to have to climb onto a chair or ladder to pull the cover over it. I would have thought that would be more thought out for the price. Perhaps you can remedy this in the future and install a longer zip. Thank you very much.

Couvrant un parasol rectangulaire implanté au centre d'une table dite forestière, il a fallu se résoudre à remplacer la baguette fournie qui permet d'enlever et de mettre la housse sans incliner le parasol, par une canne plus longue.

Hat den Schirm hervorragend geschützt Die Schutzhülle habe ich nun zum zweiten Mal bestellt, weil ich insgesamt zufrieden damit war. Der Schirm mit der Hülle stand seit April 2019 ununterbrochen, Winter wie Sommer, im Freien und war sämtlichen Witterungseinflüssen einschließlich der ganztägigen Sonnenbestrahlung ungeschützt ausgesetzt. Das hat die Hülle bis vor kurzem klaglos ausgehalten. Erst jetzt ist bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme ein Riss entstanden, möglicherweise durch nachvollziehbare Materialermüdung bei unserem Dauergebrauch. Damit hat die Schutzhüllle ihr Soll befriedigend erfüllt. Der Schirm war gut geschützt, er weist keinerlei Schäden oder Verblassungen auf und die Hülle ließ sich immer gut überstreifen, weil sie weit genug geschnitten ist. Natürlich wurde die Hülle im Laufe der Jahre durch die Sonne etwas heller in der Farbe, aber das spielte weder für die Optik noch für die Schutzwirkung eine Rolle.

Provided excellent protection for the umbrella I have now ordered the protective cover for the second time because I was overall satisfied with it. The umbrella with the cover has been outdoors continuously since April 2019, winter and summer, and has been exposed to all weather conditions, including all-day sunlight. The cover withstood this without complaint until recently. Only now did a crack appear when it was first used, possibly due to understandable material fatigue with our constant use. The protective cover has therefore satisfactorily fulfilled its purpose. The umbrella was well protected, there is no damage or fading and the cover was always easy to put on because it is cut wide enough. Of course, the cover has lightened in color over the years due to exposure to the sun, but this had no impact on the appearance or the protective effect.

Wetterfester Sonnenschirm überzug Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Der Überzug kam in einer ganz normalen Tasche an wo drinnen auch Klamotten verschickt werden. Die Maße sind genau so wie auch angegeben und passen sehr gut um unseren Sonnenschirm. Zum Boden hin ist sogar noch ein stück übrig, da unser Schirm die gewisse Größe nicht hat :) Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und stinkt auch nicht nach Chemie. Den ersten Regenschauer hat der Schirm auch schon abbekommen und innen drinnen ist alles trocken = "Dicht" Passt alles so wie der Überzug beschrieben wurde. Preis Leistung ist Super, Kaufe immer wieder. Nachtrag wenn er kaputt geht oder nach einer gewissen Zeit.

Weatherproof parasol cover. Delivery was very quick and uncomplicated. The cover arrived in a normal bag, which is also used for shipping clothes. The dimensions are exactly as stated and fit our parasol very well. There's even a bit left at the bottom because our parasol isn't quite the right size. :) The workmanship is very good and it doesn't smell of chemicals. The parasol has already survived its first rain shower and everything inside is dry = "tight." Everything fits as described. The cover is great value for money; I'll buy it again and again. I'll add an update if it breaks or after a certain amount of time.

Formschöne Hülle. Auf Hohenstein fallen ja Berge von Wäsche an.....und der Umwelt zuliebe wird das im Park getrocknet auf Wäschespinnen. Trockner soll man ja der Umwelt zuliebe nicht mehr nutzen und da folge ich gern den mir übermittelten Ratschlägen der Greta Th. . Damit nun die Wäschespinnen auch langfristig ihren Einsatz leisten können, so mussten wir uns auf Hohenstein mit dem Thema von Schutzhüllern herumschlagen, denn entgegen unserer Erwartung war bei den neuen Leitheit-Spinnen sowas nicht dabei. Also lange via Amazon Kundenbewertungen ausgewertet und uns letztlich für das Spring-Dings entschieden. Die kam schnell, macht einen guten Eindruck, ist flugs über die Spinne gezogen ( so die Aussage der Waschfrau hier - wobei es zu beachten gilt das der Reißverschluß hiervor etwas geöffnet wird, sonst besteht Gefahr das die Schutzhülle reißen könnte ). Dann runtergezogen, Reißverschluß zu, ggf. unten die Kordel fixiert ( scheint aber unnötig zu sein, denn glaube nicht das ein Tier Vergnügen daran findet da reinzukriechen, werde das aber im Auge behalten bzw. den Gärtner befragen ob der Beobachtungen hierzu gemacht hat ). Wir auf Hohenstein können also die Schutzhülle wärmstens empfehlen - eine Langzeitstudie hierzu steht allerdings noch aus und wird ggf. nachgeliefert. Herzlichst - Ihre Frau U. von Hohenstein.

Attractively designed cover. At Hohenstein, mountains of laundry accumulate... and for the sake of the environment, it is dried on rotary clothes dryers in the park. For the sake of the environment, dryers should no longer be used, and I am happy to follow the advice given to me by Greta Th. To ensure that the rotary clothes dryers can continue to function for the long term, we at Hohenstein had to wrestle with the issue of protective covers, because contrary to our expectations, the new Leitheit rotary dryers did not include such a thing. So we spent a long time evaluating customer reviews on Amazon and ultimately decided on the Spring-Dys. It arrived quickly, makes a good impression, and was pulled over the rotary dryer in no time (according to the laundress here - although it is important to note that the zipper must be opened slightly beforehand, otherwise there is a risk that the protective cover could tear). Then pull it down, zip it up, and if necessary, secure the drawstring at the bottom (though that seems unnecessary, as I don't think any animals would enjoy crawling in there, but I'll keep an eye on it and ask the gardener if he's noticed anything about it). We at Hohenstein can therefore highly recommend the protective cover – a long-term study on this is still pending, however, and will be provided later if necessary. Schwierig auf und abzuziehen! Die Stange zum stabilisieren der Hülle ist viel zu kurz. Dadurch knickt sie oben ab und läßt sich nur mit viel Geschick über den Schirm ziehen. Beim Abziehen staucht sich die Hülle oben in Falten und geht nicht über den 2,80m Schirm zu heben. Vielleicht ist sie einfach zu eng. Also Leiter holen um sie oben über die Spitze zu ziehen. Habe vorher eine Hülle mit durchgehendem Stab gehabt ....viel besser. Nachtrag 14.08.18 Verkäufer hat sich bei mir gemeldet, und Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises angeboten. Super Service!!! Vielen Dank. Hülle ist eher für nicht zu dicke Schirme geignet. Qualität sonst einwandfrei.

Difficult to put on and take off! The pole that stabilizes the cover is much too short. This causes it to bend at the top and requires a lot of skill to pull over the umbrella. When you pull it off, the cover wrinkles at the top and won't go over the 2.80m umbrella. Maybe it's just too narrow. So I got a ladder to pull it over the top. I previously had a cover with a continuous pole...much better. Update 08/14/18: The seller contacted me and offered a refund. Great service!!! Thank you very much. The cover is more suitable for umbrellas that aren't too thick. Otherwise, the quality is impeccable.
