For this price... Other sellers charge as much for the leather sheath alone as they do for the knife and sheath. Good workmanship, good cutting performance. Maybe a bit light, but top-notch.

Boy is this knife sharp! It is very nice to use, we have a number of Zelite knives, but this is the best one so far. It glides through soft tomatoes like they are not there. you can slice cucumber so fine its translucent... its a great knife. Cracking edition to the kitchen! BUT WATCH YOUR FINGER TIPS!!!!!!!

A few weeks in and this blade is doing really well. It's lost a little of its sharpness, but it's still very sharp and smooth to cut with. In fact, it's so smooth that I often wonder why the blade has stopped moving - only to find I'm trying to force it through the cutting board (which is probably why it's lost a little of its sharpness!!). So far I've only used a steel on it, it'll be interesting to see how long before it needs to sharpen it with a stone. I'm no pro, generally just cooking for one, it feels like it'll be a long time before this even gets close to needing a sharpen. I'll try to update this review in a few months/a year or so with a longer term review. But right now this feels like the last chefs knife I'll ever need to buy.

Bought this to cut myself stakes from joints of ribye. Very sharp and well balanced I put it down caught the handle with my elbow and it's spun 360 on work surface and caught my finger very impressed though was my own stupid fault I got cut.

Beautiful knife . Very sharp straight out of over the top box . Great for producing ultra fine slices. There was a very slight burr on the handle but I am picky Overall I love this knife and it has been finished very well. Very nice

The handle is not perfect but is not something that bothers me too much unless I'm quite picky. See video for explanation. Not as well known as Wusthof or Dalstrong but Zelite's mid range knife has set a good example for what to expect from their knives. You can even save nearly £15 by going for the Comfort Pro version which is nearly the same (handle is different). If you want a good knife, made of quality steel that won't cost you an arm and a leg, I'd give this a go. Overall, at this price point, I don't think you can get anything better unless you go for an even less known company who is trying to enter the market with cheap, quality products. Good knife for the price. There are better but you pay more for the real names..... nice weight and comfortable to use. Quality ok. Blade not the best but still very good. Needs looking after though.

Très bon couteau, je ne mets que 4 étoiles du à la finition. Sur la manche le fil dépasse un peu donc rends la prise en main légèrement désagréable. Au niveau usage, rien à dire, excellent couteau. Je vais acheter les deux couteau de chef 20 et 15cm.

Very good knife, I only give it 4 stars because of the finish. The edge on the handle sticks out a little, making it a bit uncomfortable to hold. In terms of use, nothing to say, excellent knife. I'm going to buy both the 20cm and 15cm chef's knives.

The knife is beautifully boxed and is a real beast ! Good weight and comfortable to hold. I first used it on the remnants of a day-old joint of topside and it sliced well. Very sharp ! So use with extreme caution !! Love it !

I'm used to using professional knives, and this one immediately struck me because it's very sharp and has a very large blade. It's a very well-balanced knife, and cuts perfectly. It's very useful in the kitchen. I tried it as soon as it arrived, slicing some thin salami like a slicer. Excellent.

Sehr gutes Messer, zu empfehlen. Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Messer, er schneidet sehr sehr gut, liegt super in der Hand, ich weiß noch nicht wie es mit der Zeit sein wird aber bis jetzt super Messer. Einziges Manko, weswegen auch 1 Sternabzug, finde ich die Spitze. Diese ist sehr sehr empfindlich. Ich halte den Messer in einer Holzhalterung die speziell für Messer ist und leider ist die Spitze abgebogen, ich glaube dies soll nicht passieren bei einem Markenmesser, dies ist ja nur vom Eigengewicht passiert, aber für diesen Preis finde ich es immer noch ein unschlagbares Angebot. Und das Messer nur in der eigenen Box zu halten kommt nicht in Frage, weil diese auch riesig ist.

Very good knife, highly recommended. Overall, I'm very happy with the knife. It cuts very well and feels great in the hand. I don't know how it will last over time, but so far it's a great knife. The only drawback, which is why I'm deducting one star, is the tip. It's very, very sensitive. I hold the knife in a wooden holder that's specifically for knives and unfortunately the tip is bent. I don't think this should happen with a brand-name knife; it only happened because of the weight, but for the price, I still think it's an unbeatable deal. And just keeping the knife in its own box is out of the question, as the box is huge.

I have bought four of these knives and love them all. They arrive very sharp and should be treated with the greatest of respect. I have also kept the original packaging as it just works well to keep the knives safely out of sight and enquiring little fingers.

Im not a professional chef altough i love to cook. Its super sharp and a joy to use. Love having the leather sleeve to keep it perfect. The customer service is the best i have ever had. If you have a problem they deal with it instantly. I had a minor one and the knife was replaced without question. To be honest i highly doubt you will have a problem with the quality, mine was just a rare one off. I Will buy all my knifes from here now and recommend to friends too.

Really decent knife for its price range.. Stays sharpe for a long time,good weight for my personal liking and the handle is really comfortable.. It comes in a fantastic box and leather case . The only weakness is the actual ballance,but it's not that important ,I guess It really worth trying it .

Very very nice knife, quality packaging, if you are serious about craftmanship, then look no further than this company Zellite infinity. This is how things used to be made. All i can say is, if you find fault with these knifes, then you are very fussy. Excellent product, you pay for what you get. Dennis

There's some nice detail to the design and each part fits the next precisely. Next thing, it's comfortable to hold and use. There's a nice weight and balance to the blade. Now I hope it holds its edge well - if it does then I can't fault it.

It's extremely well packaged, so suitable as a gift, very well balanced and light weight. It cuts beautifully, I know ill buy more when I can afford it. I've got a drawer full of kitchen knives that just don't cut it ha ha. Wish I got this sooner, my drawer would be much tidier now! I will warn you it's very sharp, I would watch some youtube vids on knife skills.

There is only on eproblem with this knife and that is it is just so sharp. A great knofe to use but could really do with a protective sleeve to keep it safe. We keep it in its (lovely) box although not the most convenient way to store it.

The product was safely but beautifully packaged. The knife was bought as a present and went down well with the recipient. It is 10 inches in length and exceptionally sharp so should be used carefully. However, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. I would thoroughly recommend the product and the company for their personal touch.
