Now the cube is cracked: easy and without elbow grease, thanks to the Icebreaker ice crusher from oneConcept. Gone are the days when having crushed ice meant painstakingly crumbling ice with an ice axe or labouring over a machine that couldn’t crush ice as quickly as your drinks needed refreshing. Today, this can all be done automatically with the powerful grinder of the Icebreaker. Simply place the funnel, fill with ice cubes and turn on the device. After just a short time, the 3.5-litre (approx. 1.75kg) collector fills with perfectly chopped bits of ice. The ice crusher creates up to 15kg of crushed ice per hour, so that you can confidently provide your guests with the necessary coolant for their drinks - whether lemonade or caipirinha.
With so much power under the hood, oneConcept of course provides the ice crusher with two safety switches. The device operates only if the drip pan is properly seated and the toggle switch is pressed on the front panel. Four suction cup feet keep the Icebreaker in place and prevent unwanted trips over the bar counter. Cleaning is easy: simply run hot water through the ice crusher, and you are done.
With its brushed stainless steel case, the oneConcept ice crusher presents a cool visual appearance while underlining its grinding usefulness with a suitable look.

Was soll man groß schreiben - ich hatte erst ein Gerät für 40 €, welches nach mehreren Jahren im Elektrogerätehimmel gelandet ist. Jetzt habe ich dieses Model. Die Eiswürfel dürfen nicht zu groß sein, dann funktioniert es super mit dem Trichter. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung für diejenigen, die nicht das billigste oder das HighEnd-Gerät suchen
What should I write big - I only had a device for 40 €, which ended up in the electronic device heaven after several years. Now I have this model. Das Eis wird perfekt zerkleinert. ABER die Befüllung mit den Eiswürfeln welche zerkleinert werden sollen ist mit unter etwas schwierig da die Trichteröffnung zu klein dimensioniert wurde und die Eiswürfel sich im Trichter verkanten. Am Besten funktioniert das Gerät mit Eis aus Eiswürfelbeuteln. Der Geräuschpegel geht in Ordnung. Die Außenanmutung ist durchaus als wertig anzusehen. Ich möchte auf keinen Fall jemals wieder mit einen Handkurbelgerät Eis zerkleinern.
The ice is perfectly crushed. BUT filling with the ice cubes that are to be crushed is a little difficult because the funnel opening was too small and the ice cubes get stuck in the funnel. The device works best with ice from ice cube bags. The noise level is okay. The external appearance is definitely to be regarded as valuable. There is no way I ever want to crush ice with a hand crank again.
Bin mit dem Teil sehr zufrieden. Endlich keine Anstrengung mehr beim Eis zerkleinern.

Wir hatten vorher einen Side by Side mit direktem Wasserzulauf. Aufgrund Umzug leider nicht mehr möglich. Dieser Ice-Crusher ist definitiv zu empfehlen, wir sind sehr zufrieden - für Cocktails etc. nicht mehr wegzudenken!!!!
We previously had a side by side with a direct water inlet. Due to moving, unfortunately no longer possible. This ice crusher is definitely recommended, we are very satisfied - for cocktails etc. we can't imagine life without it!!!!
Macht zwar etwas Lärm aber das dürfte normal sein. Auch jetzt, 1 1/2 Jahre in ständiger Benutzung tut der Crusher was er soll. 1 x in 1~2 Wochen läuft das Teil für 10 - 15 Minuten auf Hochtouren. In Tupperware wird das Crushed Ice dann in den Tiefkühler verfrachtet und je nach Bedarf verwendet.
Makes some noise but that should be normal. Even now, 1 1/2 years of constant use, the crusher does what it should. 1 x in 1~2 weeks the part runs at full speed for 10 - 15 minutes. In Tupperware, the crushed ice is then put into the freezer and used as needed.

Für mich ist es ein klasse Gerät. Macht schönes Eis für Mochito usw. Man sollte nicht zuviel eis mit großen Eiswürfeln hinein geben. sonst kann es sein das er sich aufhängt. sollte er kaputt gehen werde ich eine neuen brauchen.
For me it's a great device. Makes nice ice for mochito etc. Don't put in too much ice with big ice cubes. otherwise he may hang himself. If it breaks I'll need a new one.

Das icecrushen gelingt gut, bedienung ist sehr simpel. Die verarbeitungsqualität entspricht dem preis. Größter kritikpunkt: das getriebe ist sehr laut. Immerhin leiser als mit dem hammer eiswürfel zu zertrümmern, aber eben echt laut ( auch wenn kein eis zertrümmert wird und das gerät leer läuft).
The ice crushing works well, operation is very simple. The processing quality corresponds to the price. Biggest point of criticism: the gearbox is very loud. At least quieter than smashing ice cubes with a hammer, but really loud (even if no ice is smashed and the device runs empty).
