An sich ist das Gerät für den Preis absolut ok. Kann man auf jeden fall empfehlen und freunde sind auch überzeugt und haben sich eins zugelegt. Aber was mich etwas stört an den gerät ist, dass die Winde wo das Band drinne ist nach relativ kurzer zeit (nicht mal 1 monat) das quietschen anfängt.

The device itself is absolutely fine for the price. You can definitely recommend it and friends are also convinced and have bought one. But what bothers me a bit about the device is that the winch where the tape is inside starts to squeak after a relatively short time (less than 1 month).

Minuspunkt ist das mit GLS geliefert wurde die legen das paket immer zur paket station und ich muss mir das selber holen fahren. bitte immer dazuschreiben wenn mit GLS geliefert wird dann kauf ich das garnicht , wenn die wieder was in die paket station bringen lass ich es dort liegen und verlang mein geld zurück ! das gerät selber ist toll ! leicht zusammen zu bauen und sieht auch noch toll aus. qualität ist auch gut , in den vorderen füßen sind 2 räder damit man es leicht hin und her bewegen kann. natürlich ist es ein gutes gerät zum abnehmen man sollte aber auch bedenken das man mit einem großen bauch gewisse schwierigkeiten haben könnte beim nach vorne bewegen ;)

The downside is that it was delivered with GLS, they always put the package to the package station and I have to go and get it myself. please always write down if it is delivered with GLS then I won't buy it at all, if they bring something back to the parcel station I'll leave it there and ask for my money back! the device itself is great! easy to put together and looks great too. quality is also good, in the front feet are 2 wheels so you can easily move it back and forth. of course it is a good device for losing weight but you should also consider that with a big belly you might have certain difficulties when moving forward ;)

Wir haben uns das Rudergerät zugelegt, da es für uns immer zeitlich knapp wurde ins Training zu gehen und wir so relativ viele Trainingseinheiten ausfallen lassen mussten. Durch die Möglichkeit das Rudergerät platzsparend zu verstauen haben wir nun die Möglichkeit jederzeit zu trainieren und nachdem wir keine Profisportler werden wollen ist das für uns genau das Richtige. Wir haben den Kauf von der ersten Minute an nicht bereut. Geringe Lautstärke durch Kunststoffrollen und sehr leicht. Mit der verstellbaren Bremskraft ist es sowohl für mich als auch meine Frau optimal geeignet. Sehr gut investiertes Geld und von der Qualität des Gerätes nur zu empfehlen.

We got the rowing machine because we always ran out of time to go to training and we had to skip a relatively large number of training sessions. Ich benutze das Gerät jetzt seit 3 Monaten.Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit und das Training macht mir viel Spaß. Den Kalorienzähler darf man nicht so ernst nehmen denn der merkt nicht ob ich auf 1 oder 8 trainiere.Aber das Gerät ist Grundsolide und bei meinen 120 KG absolut stabil genug. Ich wärme mich immer 5 Minuten auf Stufe 2 auf.Dann 10 Minuten auf Stufe 6,danach noch 10 Minuten auf 8 und zum Schluß noch für 5 Minuten auf Stufe 2 zum ausgleiten.Das mache ich 3 mal pro Woche und ich merke schon ziemlich einen Fortschritt meiner Fitness.Treppenlaufen ist absolut kein Problem mehr.Bauch und Rückenmuskeln sind auch gut gefestigt.Für mich ist das Gerät genau das was ich brauche.Elektronische Überwachung brauche ich nicht-das kann alles nur kaputtgehen. Gegen die Geräusche habe ich eine Gummimatte daruntergelegt.Die unter mir hören absolut nichts davon. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen-Preis Leistung ist top!!!

I've been using the device for 3 months now. I'm very satisfied with it and I really enjoy the training. You shouldn't take the calorie counter so seriously because it doesn't tell you whether I'm training for 1 or 8. But the device is rock-solid and absolutely stable enough for my 120 kg. I always warm up on level 2 for 5 minutes, then on level 6 for 10 minutes, then on level 8 for 10 minutes, and finally on level 2 for 5 minutes to slide out. I do that 3 times a week and I'm noticing quite a bit Progress in my fitness. Climbing stairs is no longer a problem. Abdominal and back muscles are also well strengthened. For me, the device is exactly what I need. I don't need electronic monitoring - it can all just break. I put a rubber mat underneath to stop the noise. Those below me hear absolutely nothing of it. I would buy again at any time - price-performance ratio is great!

Das Rudergerät wurde schnell geliefert (leider wurde es von Pakedienst einfach vor der Türe abgestellt und stehen gelassen) dafür kann aber der Händler nichts. Die Aufbaunleitung ist selbst erklärend und gut zu verstehen. Nach 3 Jahren mit einem nullachtfünfzehn Gerät, nun für mich diese Steigerung eines sehr guten Trainingsgerätes. Es macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und für das Geld eine absolute Kaufempfehlung. Daumen hoch

The rowing machine was delivered quickly (unfortunately, the package service simply parked it in front of the door and left it there), but the dealer can't do anything about that. The assembly instructions are self-explanatory and easy to understand. After 3 years with a run-of-the-mill device, now for me this improvement of a very good training device. It makes a high-quality impression and for the money an absolute purchase recommendation. thumbs up

bei der langen Suche nach einem Sportgerät was möglichst viele Körperteile beansprucht kam ich auf das Rudergerät. Ein gut beworbenes und wohl sehr gutes water-rudergerät war mir für den Start zu teuer und das hiesige Gerät eine gute Alternative. es ist leise wenn man den Zug normal bedient, der Preis zum Einstieg völlig ok. Zum täglichen wegstellen ist es mir zu unhandlich und schwer, die Rollen dafür eher zu klein, aber zum saubermachen kann man es gut wegschieben. Gutes Beginnermodell!

After a long search for a piece of sports equipment that uses as many parts of the body as possible, I came across the rowing machine. A well-advertised and probably very good water rowing machine was too expensive for me to start with and the local machine was a good alternative. it is quiet when you operate the train normally, the price for entry is completely ok. It's too bulky and heavy for me to put away every day, the rollers are rather too small for that, but you can push it away to clean it. Good starter model!

Ok ich habe nicht einmal 200 Minuten auf dem Gerät weg (länger als 10 halte ich es selbst auf Stufe 1 nicht aus, da geht der Puls durch die Decke) aber bis jetzt bin ich durchaus zufrieden damit. Ich habe erst auf Stufe 3 angefangen, da merkt man schon einen angenehmen Widerstand, allerdings auf Dauer ist das eher nichts. Deswegen habe ich bei 1 angefangen und kombiniere das mit meinem Fahrrad-Hometrainer. Man merkt aber in jeden Fall das man etwas getan hat, die anfänglichen Schmerzen vergehen ziemlich schnell wenn man sich an sein Training hält. Ich trainiere für gewöhnlich jeden Tag entweder 1x oder 2x 10 Minuten. Das ist zwar nicht die Welt allerdings (in Kombination wohlgemerkt) habe ich in einem Monat fast 8 1/2kg abgenommen! Das Gerät ist auch äußerst platzsparend, man kann es bequem hochkant in eine Ecke rollen ohne das es weiter stört. Den Geräuschpegel würde ich als eher leise bezeichnen, ich habe schon einige Male nach der Spätschicht trainiert ohne das irgendjemand klingelte (Mietshaus). Inwieweit sich die Geräusche der Drehbewegung des Widerstandes durch das Gestell auf den Boden übertragen läßt sich natürlich nicht sagen aber wie gesagt, bis jetzt hat sich noch niemand daran gestört. Ich würde das Gerät vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Ein paar Macken gäbe es allerdings; der "Computer" (wenn man so will) ist etwas billig verarbeitet. Das Batteriefach scheint ein wenig zu klein, d.h. die Batterien (2xAAA) bzw. eine davon paßt nicht exakt in den Einschub. So kann es passieren dass, wenn man das Gerät wegstellt, die Daten gelöscht werden, da der "Computer" mal kurz keinen Saft bekommt. Könnte man allerdings schnell mit einem Kabelbinder lösen, also jetzt nicht unbedingt ein Grund vom Kauf abzuraten. Zum Pulsmesser vielleicht noch ein Wort, der "Computer" verfügt außer einem Zähler für Minuten, Schläge, Meter und Kalorien auch über einen Zähler für den Puls, allerdings ist am Gerät nirgendwo ein Sensor der selbigen aufzeichnen könnte, also eher sinnlos. Der Kalorienzähler macht auch wenig Sinn da dieser die eingestellte Stufe komplett ignoriert, auch hier nicht unbedingt ein Manko für mich da ich mit dem Band 4 von Huawei die Einheiten aufzeichne. Fazit, wie das Fahrrad ist auch hier nobody perfect, trotzdem gibts von mir nen Daumen nach oben und eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Ok, I don't even have 200 minutes on the device (I can't stand it longer than 10 even at level 1, that's when my pulse goes through the roof) but so far I'm quite satisfied with it. I only started at level 3, where you can already feel a pleasant resistance, but in the long run it is rather nothing. That's why I started at 1 and combine that with my exercise bike. In any case, you notice that you have done something, the initial pain goes away pretty quickly if you stick to your training. I usually train either 1x or 2x 10 minutes every day. That's not the world, but (in combination mind you) I lost almost 8 1/2kg in one month! The device is also extremely space-saving, you can easily roll it upright into a corner without it getting in the way. I would describe the noise level as rather quiet, I've trained a few times after the late shift without anyone ringing the bell (apartment building). To what extent the noise of the rotary movement of the resistance is transmitted through the frame to the floor cannot of course be said, but as I said, so far nobody has been bothered by it. I would recommend the device without reservation. There were a few quirks though; the "computer" (if you will) is a bit cheaply made. The battery compartment seems a bit too small, ie the batteries (2xAAA) or one of them doesn't fit exactly into the slot. So it can happen that if you put the device away, the data is deleted because the "computer" doesn't get any juice for a short time. However, you could quickly detach it with a cable tie, so this is not necessarily a reason not to buy it. A word about the heart rate monitor, the "computer" has a counter for the heart rate in addition to a counter for minutes, beats, meters and calories, but there is no sensor anywhere on the device that could record the same, so it's rather pointless. The calorie counter also makes little sense because it completely ignores the set level, not necessarily a drawback for me here either because I record the units with the Band 4 from Huawei. Conclusion, like the bike, nobody is perfect here either, but I still give it a thumbs up and a clear purchase recommendation.

Macht Laune damit zu trainieren. Alles stabil verarbeitet, Aufbau war einfach und es lag eine gute deutschsprachige Anleitung bei. Bin sehr zufrieden. Neben meinem Latzug und Heimtrainer ist das nun mein wichtigstes Trainingsgerät. Hab's für den Rücken geholt.

Fun to train with. Everything is stable, assembly was easy and a good German-language manual was included. I am very pleased. In addition to my lat pulldown and exercise bike, this is now my most important training device. Got it for the back.

Ich bin 190cm groß und 130kg schwer - das Gerät hält trotzdem sehr stabil, nichts wackelt, Länge passt, insgesamt eine gute Verarbeitung, funktioniert sehr leise. Sitz bequem und mit guter Passform. Display einfach, macht aber was es soll. Bin rundum zufrieden.

I'm 190cm tall and weigh 130kg - the device is still very stable, nothing wobbles, length fits, overall good workmanship, works very quietly. Seat comfortable and with a good fit. Display simple, but does what it's supposed to. I'm completely satisfied.

EIn hervorragendes Produkt, gut verarbeitet und stabil. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Bei 195 Körpergröße muss ich "dase Ruder" jedesmal über meine angewinkelten Knie ziehen, was eine unnatürliche Körperhaltung hervorruft. Ich habe versucht die Sitzposition zu erhöhen (Längere Schrauben mit Abstandshalter). Bei 5cm höherem Sitz war das Problem weg und ich kommte "das Ruder" problemlos über meine Knie hinweg an mich ziehen. Da die Kunstoffabstandhalter nicht stabil waren, habe ich nun eine 5cm dicke Holzplatte im Baumarkt besorgt und unter die Sitzfläche geschraubt. Preis 7,50€. Folglich ein Manko, dass man individuell für sich lösen kann. Bei anderen Herstellern gibt es eine Sitzhöhenverstellung für solche Geräte auch in dieser Preisklasse. 4 Metallhülen und 4 längere Schrauben oder ein Blechrahmen zum dazwischenschrauben würden schon genügen. Dieses Manko schmälert allerdings nicht die ansonsten gute Verarbeitung und Qualität.

An excellent product, well made and stable. The only point of criticism: At 195 height I have to pull "dase rudder" over my bent knees every time, which causes an unnatural posture. I tried to raise the seat position (Longer bolts with spacers). With the seat 5 cm higher, the problem went away and I was able to "pull the rudder" over my knees without any problems. Since the plastic spacers were not stable, I got a 5cm thick wooden board from the hardware store and screwed it under the seat. Price €7.50. Consequently, a shortcoming that you can solve individually for yourself. Other manufacturers have a seat height adjustment for such devices, even in this price range. 4 metal sleeves and 4 longer screws or a sheet metal frame to screw in between would be enough. However, this shortcoming does not detract from the otherwise good workmanship and quality.

Für das Geld richtig gut. Es gibt 8 Stufen, die so denke ich für die allermeisten ausreichen sollten. Das Gerät wirkt recht filigran, verwindet sich jedoch nicht, schwingt nicht. Auf glatten Böden sollte jedoch eine Antirutschmatte untergelegt werden. Der Aufbau war in nicht ganz 30 Minuten alleine (ohne Helfer) erledigt. Es gibt keinen Grund mehr Geld für ein Rudergerät auszugeben.

Really good for the money. There are 8 levels, which I think should be enough for most people. The device looks quite filigree, but doesn't twist or swing. On smooth floors, however, an anti-slip mat should be placed underneath. The construction was done in less than 30 minutes alone (without helpers). There is no reason to spend more money on a rowing machine.

Ich habe einige Wochen recherchiert, weil ich ein gutes Geräte für wenig Geld wollte. Ich weiß ja nicht, wie lange mir das Spaß macht;-) Deshalb habe ich mich für dieses Gerät entschieden. Ich erwarte mir für dieses Geld keine Wunder. Profigeräte kosten halt mal um ein vielfaches mehr. Aber bisher bin ich positiv überrascht - obwohl ich erst relativ kurz Erfahrung damit habe, muss ich auch dazusagen. Der Zusammenbau war super easy. Ich bin eine Frau und habe es ohne Hilfe meines Mannes geschafft, das Gerät zusammen zu bauen-:-) Ich habe das Gerät jetzt die dritte Woche und trainiere 2-3 pro Woche eine halbe Stunde. Das Gerät ist super leise (im Gegensatz zu dem im Fitnessstudio vorhandenen Rudergerät). Das einzige, was stört, sind die Fußpedale. Wenn man den Fuß nicht ganz gerade hält, sondern beim nach vorne Fahren mit dem Sitz die Zehen etwas anstellt, dann knacksen die ziemlich laut. Da habe ich Bedenken, dass die lange halten werden... Was die Einstellungen der Intensität betrifft, so konnte ich feststellen, dass die funktionieren. Wenn man RICHTIG rudert (ich hab's im Fitnesscenter gelernt), dann funktioniert's auch mit der Intensität. Je zügiger und kraftvoller man rudert, desto mehr spürt man den Widerstand. Ich trainiere gerade auf Stufe 5 und das reicht im Moment für eine halbe Stunde. Alles in allem ein gutes Gerät für einen passablen Preis! Das Gerät ist übrigens früher gekommen als angekündigt. Obwohl in den Weihnachtsferien bestellt, war das Gerät binnen einer Woche da. Hat super funktioniert!

I researched for a few weeks because I wanted a good device for little money. I don't know how long I'll enjoy it ;-) That's why I decided on this device. I don't expect miracles for this money. Professional devices cost a lot more. But so far I've been pleasantly surprised - although I've only had relatively short experience with it, I have to say so. The assembly was super easy. I'm a woman and I managed to assemble the device without the help of my husband-:-) I've had the device for the third week now and I train 2-3 times a week for half an hour. The machine is super quiet (unlike the rowing machine found at the gym). The only thing that bothers me are the foot pedals. If you don't keep your foot completely straight, but instead bend your toes a little when driving forward with the seat, then they crack quite loudly. I'm concerned that they will last a long time... As far as the intensity settings are concerned, I found that they work. If you row RIGHT (I learned how to do it at the gym) then intensity works, too. The faster and more powerfully you row, the more you feel the resistance. I'm currently training at level 5 and that's enough for half an hour at the moment. All in all a good device for a reasonable price! By the way, the device arrived earlier than announced. Although ordered during the Christmas holidays, the device was there within a week. Worked great!

Insbesondere die Qualität ist sehr gut. Für diese Preisklasse werden die grundlegendsten Informationen auf dem gut ablesbaren Display angezeigt, zwar nicht alle gleichzeitig sondern entweder im Scandurchlauf oder nach Vorwahl ein ausgewählter Wert. Da ich jedoch sowieso meine Hauptinformationen von meiner Fitnessuhr ablese stört das nicht weiter, so dass ich problemlos das iPad für Musikvideos oder ähnliches davor stellen kann. Wer dennoch Wert auf das Display und dessen Informationen legt, dem sei gesagt dass diese völlig unnütz sind. Die Kalorienanzeige ist völlig aus der Luft gegriffen und falsch, bezieht weder den Widerstand ein noch persönliche Körperwerte. Zudem besitzt das Gerät keinerlei Schwungmasse in dem Sinne, dass nach einem Ruderschlag das "Boot" weiterhin Distanz zurücklegt um beim nächsten Ruderschlag wieder beschleunigt zu werden. Stattdessen bleibt die Distanzanzeige abrupt stehen, sobald man in der hintersten Position angekommen ist. Dieses Verhalten kenne ich nicht von anderen Rudergeräten. Fazit: Für Einsteiger die ab und zu das Rudergerät zusätzlich zu anderen Fitnessgeräten nutzen, oder falls auch ggf. auch andere Familienmitglieder, z.B.: Jugendliche mit geringerer Widerstandsstufe es nutzen ist es für den Preis akzeptabel. Aber keinesfalls mehr. Langfristig werde ich jedoch auf jeden Fall auf ein Wasserrudergerät sparen. Wer finanziell diese Flexibilität hat oder mit der Anschaffung noch warten kann, dem empfehle ich dies auch zu tun.

Der Aufbau war einfach. Habe bereits einige Trainingseinheiten absolviert. Aufgefallen ist mir, dass dieses Gerät sehr leise ist, sowohl die Rolle/Spule sowie der Sitz. Was besonders auffällt, dass man wirklich Gelenkschonend und ohne das man völlig aus der Puste gerät trainieren kann. Das fällt wirklich auf und gefällt mir sehr gut. Auch das die verschiedenen Stufen, wirklich spürbar mehr Kraftaufwand benötigen.

The setup was easy. I've already done a few training sessions. I noticed that this device is very quiet, both the roller/spool and the seat. What is particularly striking is that you can train in a way that is really easy on the joints and without getting completely out of breath. That really stands out and I like it a lot. Also that the different levels really require noticeably more effort.
