The heart rate monitor transmits data wirelessly via Bluetooth BLE 4.0, ANT+ or 5.3 KHz connectivity to your compatible Capital Sports device or your favourite apps such as Strava, Wahoo Fitness, MapMyFitness, Zwift, Runtastic and Kinomap.
