Il foam roller (letteralmente tradotto in rullo di schiuma) è uno strumento utile per il miglioramento dell’elasticità muscolare e della circolazione sanguigna mutuato dalla fisioterapia e sempre più utilizzato da sportivi e atleti proprio perché garantisce buoni risultati, naturalmente se adoperato nella maniera corretta e con costanza. Io trovo che il foam roller sia indispensabile sia nel pre-workout per preparare le curve fisiologiche della schiena e i muscoli allo sforzo atletico, che nel post-workout per accelerare il recupero. ATTENZIONE: non adoperarlo sulle articolazioni e smettere di usarlo nelle aree del corpo dove si avverte dolore. Nella fattispecie, questo foam roller SUPERLETIC, venduto da Elektronik-Star-IT e spedito da Amazon, credo possa meritare 5 stelle di valutazione e una recensione decisamente positiva perché ha un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero molto buono. PRO - Prezzo di vendita: acquistato approfittando di uno sconto del 45% a poco più di 8 euro, e credo che con questo prezzo si avvicini molto al titolo di “Best buy”; - Leggerezza e robustezza: non credevo che un rullo così leggero potesse essere così resistente, ma mi sono dovuto ricredere al primo utilizzo. Speriamo non si ovalizzi nel tempo (problema tipico di questi tipi di foam roller); - Buona qualità dei materiali. CONTRO: - C’è una punzonatura proprio al centro del rullo, dove scorre la colonna vertebrale quando lo si usa per la schiena. Sarebbe stato meglio lasciare quell'area completamente liscia; - Presenta già alcuni piccolissimi fori. Speriamo che col tempo non si allarghino perché potrebbero evolvere in vere e proprie crepe di rottura. CONCLUSIONE Un ottimo foam roller di pregevole qualità che nel suo complesso valuto con 5 Stelle perché, per il prezzo pagato, è quasi un “Best buy”. Sull'effettiva durata non mi posso ancora esprimere in quanto sono solo 2 settimane che lo utilizzo, ma eventualmente, dovessero esserci dei risvolti, tornerò ad aggiornare la recensione.

I do find it however (yes one complaint coming up) that the inner foam roll keeps sliding out of the thing with the slightest tilt. so build quality okay, but design meh. hindsight is 20/20. who knows, maybe thats how it was meant to be

Habe die Rolle nun schon zum 2.mal ausgetauscht/gekauft .Nach max.30 mal drüber rollen, bricht die Kunststoff Rolle mehrfach. Keine Kaufempfehlung!

Trotzdem ist sie schön handlich und passt unkompliziert in jede Sporttasche!
