For an effective muscle training, it is not only necessary to train with high weights, but also to offer new stimuli to the muscle in various exercises. Up to 21 training positions are possible thanks to numerous adjustment possibilities of the seat and back surfaces. Thus a wide spectrum of exercises with long and short dumbbells as well as the own body weight is being covered.
In order to perform particularly bench pressing or shackle rowing in a clean and safe manner, the back part narrows down going upwards. The foot fixation prevents you from having a hollow back at high weights on the barbell.
The weight bench is opened within seconds and is packed up again just as quickly. Due to the compact folding dimensions, the flap top can be stowed under the bed, in every corner or behind the door.

Kann meinen Vorschreiber im Prinzip bestätigen. Die Haltbarkeit des Bezuges wird sich erst in Monaten oder Jahren zeigen. Hinweis: Die Schrauben sind schon Zug-Feder-Bolzen. Sie müssen nur unter ein wenig Druck verschraubt werden, dann kann man sie im pull-Prinzip verwenden.

Die Bank lässt sich super schnell auf- und zuklappen und ist nicht allzu schwer, sodass sie schnell her und wieder weggeräumt ist nach dem Training. Ich fühle mich darauf sicher und sie wackelt kein bisschen. Getestet habe ich sie bisher mit 65kg Körpergewicht und 2 x 27,5kg Kurzhanteln. Negativer Geruch ist quasi keiner vorhanden. Alles wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Verbessern könnte man den Mechanismus zum Einstellen der Höhe eventuell noch. Da es sich um zwei Schrauben handelt, die man im zugeklappten Zustand raus nimmt, muss man bei jedem Verstellen erst für ein paar Sekunden auf- und zu drehen. Die Löcher findet man auch etwas schlecht, an denen die Schraube fixiert werden kann, sodass ich immer etwas hin- und her bewegen muss bis ich die Bank in der gewünschten Höhe fixiert bekomme.

Bietet super Stützfunktion und hält Mich+Gewichte (~150kg) gut aus. Im geraden Zustand ist der Abstand zwischen Sitz und Lehne etwas größer bedingt durch die Polsterstärke aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Zusammengeklappt lässt sich das Ding im Handumdrehen verstauen. Würde ich wieder kaufen!
