The handy and ergonomic metal detector for finding metals, jewelry and coins: searching with the Waldbeck Yukon metal detector is simple, precise and comfortable.
Four different operating modes, a five-step adjustable sensitivity and the adjustable differentiation of metal types allow a targeted search and assist in the separation of precious metals from scrap. The metal detector reaches small objects such as coins at a search depth of about 18 cm. The coin depth scale in five grades makes it easier to determine the depth of discovery, while target identification numbers in six categories provide information about the material properties. An additional pinpoint function then enables the exact location of the find site.
Many technically sophisticated functions such as the 3.5 mm headphone jack and the clear LCD display ensure easy operation of the Yukon metal detector: it is ideal even for beginners. With its watertight search coil, the metal detector can also be used easily on beaches, waterfronts or in bad weather conditions.
Thanks to the ergonomic design, the Yukon metal detector offers high wearing comfort even over a long period of time. The rod is simply adjusted by means of spring clamp mechanism to the respective arm length. The detachable construction can be assembled and then dismantled again in no time.

Ein absolut tolles Gerät!! Es liegt eine mehr als ausführliche, leicht verständliche Beschreibung auf Deutsch bei, was bei teureren Geräten teils fehlt. Die verschiedenen Modi sind sehr nützlich, die Handhabung einfach. Gute Verarbeitung. Für jeden Einsteiger die beste Wahl, aber auch für erfahrenere Schatzsucher. Der Preis ist echt günstig. Ich hatte viel recherchiert, dann zwei ausgewählte Detektoren zur Auswahl bestellt und das ist der klare Gewinner!
An absolutely great device! A more than detailed, easy-to-understand description in German is included, which is sometimes missing in more expensive devices. The different modes are very useful and easy to use. Good workmanship. The best choice for every beginner, but also for more experienced treasure hunters. The price is really cheap. I did a lot of research then ordered two select detectors to choose from and this is the clear winner!

Ich war einigermaßen erstaunt, dass das sicherlich in China gefertigte Billiggerät eine ausführliche und verständliche (!) deutsche Bedienungsanleitung hat. Es funktioniert so, wie man sich ein Metallsuchgerät vorstellt: im Suchmodus macht es büps-büps, wenn die Sonde über ein metallisches Objekt hinwegbewegt wird. Dann schaltet man durch Druck auf die Taste "PP" die Lokalisierungsfunktion ein (Pinpointer = PP) und kann das Objekt mit einem akustischen Signal zusammen mit einer Displayanzeige lokalisieren, bevor man zur Schüppe greift. Ich habe gestern im Garten Reste eines früher verwendeten Metallfolienverschlusses von Milchflaschen gefunden (https://berlin.museum-digital.de/singleimage.php?imagenr=4062), außerdem etwas Münzartiges von 2,7 cm Durchmesser. Das klappt super.
I was somewhat amazed that the cheap device, which was certainly made in China, had a detailed and understandable (!) German operating manual. It works like you would imagine a metal detector: in search mode, it makes bang-bang when the probe is moved over a metallic object. Then you switch on the localization function by pressing the "PP" button (pin pointer = PP) and you can localize the object with an acoustic signal together with a display before you reach for the shovel. Yesterday in the garden I found remains of a previously used metal foil cap from milk bottles (https://berlin.museum-digital.de/singleimage.php?imagenr=4062), also something coin-like with a diameter of 2.7 cm. That works great.
