Ich habe das baugleiche Gerät seit Jahren in meiner Laube. Das funktioniert, wie es soll. Wenn beim neuen Gerät die Heizung auf Stufe 1 steht, die Zimmertemperatur ca. 24 °C hat und das Thermostat auf 0 gedreht wird (das Klicken ist zu hören), dann heizt das Gerät einfach weiter. Wenn die Heizung auf 2 steht und ich drehe das Thermostat Richtung 0, dann höre ich auch das Klicken aber die Heizung schaltet nur auf Stufe 1 runter. Normal ist aber, dass die Heizung, egal welche Stufe, samt Lüfter abschalten sollte. Muss ich das Gerät schon wieder zurück schicken? Beim 1. Mal fehlte ein Einstell-Rädchen.

I've had the identical device in my arbor for years. This works as it should. With the new device, if the heating is on level 1, the room temperature is approx. 24 °C and the thermostat is turned to 0 (you can hear the click), then the device simply continues to heat up. If the heating is on level 2 and I turn the thermostat towards 0, then I also hear the clicking, but the heating only switches down to level 1. It is normal, however, that the heating, no matter what level, should switch off together with the fan. Do I have to send the device back again? The first time an adjustment wheel was missing.

Preis Leistung und Wärme ist gut. Nur die Lampe vom Feuer des Kamin ist nach einem halben Jahr schon defekt. Das ist schon der 2. Kamin, der so ist. Traurig.

Price performance and heat is good. Only the lamp from the fire in the fireplace is broken after half a year. This is already the 2nd chimney that is like this. Sad.

Wärmt und sieht dabei sehr gut aus. Suggeriert ein tolles Kamingefühl.

Die Verarbeitung ist hervorragend für das Geld. Die Optik besticht durch ihre Feinheiten und die Leistung ist gut. Einzig das einfache Glühlampen verwendet werden statt Leds finde ich unnötig, da Leistung und Verbrauch auch anders möglich ist. Fazit: Klare Kaufempfehlung!

The workmanship is excellent for the money. The optics impress with their subtleties and the performance is good. The only thing I find unnecessary is that simple incandescent lamps are used instead of LEDs, since performance and consumption are also possible in other ways. Conclusion: clear purchase recommendation!

Bei der ersten Lieferung fehlte ein Regler, das hätte man bei der Qualitätsprüfung bemerken müssen. Keine besonders gute Qualität. Die zweite Lieferung war ok, hat alles viel zu lange gedauert.

A controller was missing from the first delivery, which should have been noticed during the quality check. Not particularly good quality. The second delivery was ok, everything took way too long.

Der Kaminofen erfüllt total unsere Erwartung, und sieht gut aus .

Die Außenverkleidung ist sehr ansprechend, allerdings hätte ich vom Flammenbild mehr erwartet. Es wirkt sehr Zweidimensional. Das Holz leuchtet auf höchster Helligkeitsstufe zu hell und glimmt leider nicht, sondern leuchtet durchgängig. Was mich aber wirklich enttäuscht hat ist, dass in den neueren Modellen kein Quarz Heizstrahler eingebaut ist. Der hätte den riesigen Vorteil von echter Strahlungswärme gehabt. Auch, wenn man dann den leuchtenden Quarzstab sehen würde. Der Lüfter in der neuen Version ist nicht besser. Ein Kamin sollte knistern und nicht summen. Ich werde den Kamin trotzdem als Geschenk behalten. Wenn der Preis gerade günstig ist, ist das ok. Ich würde ihn aber nicht nochmal kaufen, weil der Quarzheizstrahler das absolute Killerargument gegenüber allen anderen Kaminen gewesen wäre.

The outer paneling is very attractive, but I would have expected more from the flame pattern. It looks very two dimensional. The wood shines too brightly at the highest brightness level and unfortunately does not glow, but shines continuously. But what really disappointed me is that the newer models do not have a built-in quartz heater. It would have had the huge advantage of real radiant heat. Even if you then saw the glowing quartz rod. The fan in the new version is not better. A fireplace should crackle, not hum. I will keep the fireplace as a gift anyway. If the price is cheap, that's ok. But I wouldn't buy it again because the quartz heater would have been the absolute killer argument compared to all other fireplaces.

Es kam gut verpackt an. Und funktioniert auch. Was mich an dem Gerät stört, ist das laute und nervige geklacker vom Flammeneffekt. Hatte fast 20 Jahre das Modell "Boston ". Bei dem war kein Geräusch dieser Art zu hören.

It arrived well packaged. And works too. What bothers me about the device is the loud and annoying clicking of the flame effect. Had the "Boston" model for almost 20 years. No noise of that kind was heard from him.

Gut verpackt und schnell geliefert. Sehr schön und wertig im Design und Material - insbesondere um diesen günstigen Preis! Flamme schaut schön und echt aus, das Heizlüftungsgitter unterhalb gibt sehr gute Wärme in zwei unterschiedlichen Stufen. Verwende ihn als Zusatzheizung im Wintergarten, und denke der Kamin wird uns noch viel (auch stimmungsfreudige) Tage bereiten.

Well packaged and delivered quickly. Very beautiful and valuable in design and material - especially at this low price! Flame looks nice and real, the heating ventilation grille below gives very good heat in two different levels. Use it as additional heating in the conservatory, and I think the fireplace will give us many more (also atmospheric) days to come.

Ich hatte das VorgängerModel jetzt über 10 Jahre im Einsatz und es schon gebraucht übernommen. Bis heute funktioniert es toll, NUR der Lüfter hat einen Defekt. Diesen aber scheinbar ab Werk :( !! Der Lüfter ist anfänglich laut, ( Lager ?) wird dann aber fast FLÜSTERLEISE !! Zwischendurch macht er sich aber immer wieder bemerkbar, deswegen nur 4 Sterne. Denn der Rest ist super ! Ein Neugerätegeruch macht sich anfänglich breit ( Fenster auf ), verfliegt aber rasch. Alles normal. Eine Abschaltautomatik hat es nicht wirklich. Nachtrag: Ich habe das Gerät jetzt 3 Tage im Dauereinsatz gehabt und bin völlig zufrieden. Kaufempfehlung !

I had been using the previous model for over 10 years and had already taken it over used. To this day it works great, ONLY the fan has a defect. But this one seems to come from the factory :( !! The fan is initially loud, (bearing?) but then becomes almost SILENT as a whisper !! In between, however, it makes itself felt again and again, which is why only 4 stars. Because the rest is great! A new device smell makes itself felt initially wide (window open), but flies quickly. Everything is normal. It doesn't really have an automatic switch-off. Addendum: I've had the device in continuous use for 3 days now and I'm completely satisfied. Recommended purchase!

Cette très belle cheminée électrique est dotée de roulettes pour se déplacer avec beaucoup de facilité.Au demeurant,deux encoches sur les côtés permettent de la soulever aisément.La face avant est divisée en 2 compartiments,l'une qui abrite les bûches factices,et l'autre le chauffage réel.Les boutons de commande situés en haut permettent de sélectionner au choix l'une ou l'autre des fonctions,ou les deux simultanément.La luminosité des flammes ""trompe l'œil"" est réglable en intensité,et bien entendu,un thermostat permet de régler le chauffage selon plusieurs positions.Esthétiquement,c'est une belle réussite,et elle me plaît énormément.Je l'ai placée à l'intérieur d'un manteau de cheminée décoratif,et c'est du plus bel effet.Absolument magnifique!

This beautiful electric fireplace is equipped with casters for easy movement. Moreover, two notches on the sides allow it to be lifted easily. The front is divided into 2 compartments, one which houses the dummy logs, and the other the real heating. The control buttons located at the top allow you to choose one or the other of the functions, or both simultaneously. The brightness of the ""trompe l'oeil"" flames is adjustable in intensity , and of course, a thermostat allows you to adjust the heating according to several positions. Aesthetically, it's a great success, and I really like it. I placed it inside a decorative fireplace mantel, and it is of the most beautiful effect. Absolutely magnificent!

Zunächst möchte ich die super schnelle Lieferung erwähnen, ich habe das Gerät innerhalb von 18 Stunden erhalten, nur mit meiner Prime-Mitgliedschaft. Was mir bei der Kälte draußen sehr entgegen kam. Das Gerät sieht gut aus, die Größe passt in meiner Wohnung sehr gut. Die Feuerung wirkt sehr realistisch und es gibt schön warm. Mehr weiß ich nicht zu berichten, außer vielleicht, dass ich es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehle.

First of all I would like to mention the super fast delivery, I received the device within 18 hours just with my Prime membership. Which I really liked when it was cold outside. The device looks good, the size fits in my apartment very well. The firing looks very realistic and it is nice and warm. I don't have anything else to report, except maybe that I recommend it unreservedly.

Der spiegel im inneren ist in tausend einzelteilen angekommen und äußerlich hat er auch was abbekommen. Der rückversandt hat super geklappt und ich habe einen ersatz bekommen. Jetzt ist alles gut und er funktioniert zu meiner zufriedenheit. Ein optischer makel noch. Ich weiß nicht wie man bilder oder videos hier hochlädt aber die fake "kohlen" (aus kunststoff) im inneren sind nicht wie bei den anderen und sieht nicht so echt aus bzw. Optisch so cool wie bei den bildern/videos der anderen. Ich weiß nicht ob das davor auch so aussah weil es eben demoliert irgendwo drin rum lag...

The inside of the mirror arrived in a thousand individual parts and it also got damaged on the outside. The return worked great and I got a replacement. Everything is fine now and it works to my satisfaction. Another visual flaw. I don't know how to upload pictures or videos here, but the fake "coals" (made of plastic) inside are not like the others and don't look as real or optically as cool as the pictures/videos of the others. I don't know if it looked like that before because it was lying around somewhere in there...

Der Elektrokamin kam in einem doppelten Karton pünktlich 2 Tage schon nach Bestellung an. Das Gerät sieht optisch sehr echt aus mit einem antiken Flair. Die Flammenregulierung ist sehr schön durchdacht und es entsteht mit Kamin eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre.Die Heizfunktion ist für mich nicht ausschlaggebend gewesen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner neuen Errungenschaft und warte auf frostige Tage.Kompliment an den Hersteller und an Amazon für die problemlose Abwicklung.

The electric fireplace arrived in a double box on time 2 days after ordering. The device looks very real with an antique flair. The flame regulation is very well thought out and the fireplace creates a very cozy atmosphere. The heating function was not decisive for me. I am very happy with my new acquisition and am waiting for frosty days. Compliments to the manufacturer and to Amazon for the smooth transaction.

Hallo Ich Träume jeden Tag vor meinem Ofen. Ich Liebe ihn. Ich kann ihn nur empfehlen.Er hat eine sehr schöne Feueroptik die schönste von allen Öfen die ich kenne. Und ich kenne 6 Stück in unserem Beckantenkreis, und Jeder meiner Beckanten die selber einen dieser Öfen hat,sagen selber das meiner die schönste Feueroptik hat. Aber auch die Heizleistung ist einfach Grandios,einach Top, er hat eine Power sagenhaft. Ich bin rund um Hoch zufrieden. Diesen Ofen kann ich mit gutem Gewissen nur weiter empfehlen,Preis und Leistung stimmt da zu 100 % Großes Lob an den Hersteller.

Hello I dream every day in front of my oven. I love him. I can only recommend it. It has a very beautiful fire look, the most beautiful of all the stoves I know. And I know 6 pieces in our circle of Beckants, and each of my Beckants who has one of these stoves themselves say that mine has the most beautiful fire optics. But the heat output is just great, just great, it has incredible power. I'm happy all around. I can only recommend this oven with a clear conscience, the price and performance are 100% right. Great praise to the manufacturer.

Das Thema Elektro-Kamine beschäftigt mich schon eine Weile. Da die Hersteller dieser Produkte im Netz oder bei Youtube keine bzw. kaum Videos bereitstellen, erregte dies aber zunehmend mein Misstrauen. Deshalb bedanke ich mich an dieser Stelle bei den Rezensenten Unkaputtbar und mdt1900 für ihre Videos, die mir eine objektive Sicht auf einen "brennenden" Elektro-Kamin erlaubten. Aus meiner Sicht ist der Klarstein Grenoble technisch durchdacht und zeichnet sich durch ein rustikales Design / Material aus. Dabei ermöglichen die montierten Räder und das angenehme Gewicht des Gerätes ein bequemes Handling. Der Elektrokamin verfügt über die wichtigsten Funktionen (Thermostat, Dimmer für die Helligkeit des "Feuers" und drei Heizstufen). Drei verdeckt angebrachte Drehschalter und ein fast anheimelnder Flammeffekt runden das Kamin-Erlebnis angenehm ab. Nun wird es Zeit das der Winter kommt … Fazit: Kein wirklich echtes Kaminflair – es fehlen Qualm, Ruß, Asche, das verrauchte Zimmer – aber eine echt romantische Alternative … Viel Freude wünscht Frank62

The subject of electric fireplaces has been on my mind for a while. Since the manufacturers of these products do not provide any or hardly any videos on the Internet or on YouTube, this increasingly aroused my suspicion. So I would like to take this opportunity to thank the reviewers Unkaputtbar and mdt1900 for their videos, which gave me an objective view of a "burning" electric fireplace. From my point of view, the Klarstein Grenoble is technically well thought out and is characterized by a rustic design / material. The mounted wheels and the pleasant weight of the device enable comfortable handling. The electric fireplace has the main functions (thermostat, dimmer for the brightness of the "fire" and three levels of heating). Three concealed rotary switches and an almost homely flame effect pleasantly round off the fireplace experience. Now it's time for winter to come... Conclusion: No real fireplace flair - there's no smoke, soot, ash, the smoky room - but a really romantic alternative... Frank62 wishes you a lot of fun

Der Grenoble von Klarstein kommt mit Flammensimulation und zuschaltbarem Quarz-Heizlüfter, die drei Regelungen dafür sind praktischerweise mehr oder minder verdeckt angebracht: man müsste also schon in die Knie gehen, um sie sehen zu können. Es lenkt also nichts von dem wirklich sehr gelungenem Design ab, das an einen Kamin aus dem 19. Jahrhundert erinnern soll. Heizleistung und Flammen sind stufenlos einstellbar, beides funktioniert sauber, schnell und fast geräuschlos (ein Heizlüfter kann einfach nicht absolut geräuschlos sein, das sollte bitte bedacht werden!). Der Kamin wird wirklich superschnell warm und ich bin sicher, dass man an kalten Tagen in Minutenschnelle einen ganzen Raum in Windeseile damit beheizen könnte …. mit fast 2000 Watt Leistung ist das finanziell natürlich keine Dauerlösung, aber für den Übergang bis zum Warmwerden der eigentlichen Heizung ein klasse Alternative! Und will man nur den Anblick der Flammen geniessen, so dreht man die Temperatur halt entsprechend runter und schaltet den Lüfter nicht zu …. Praktisch sind auch die Bodenrollen, das Kabel könnte allerdings vielleicht ein wenig länger sein. Dies ist aber das einzig kleine Manko, davon abgesehen ist der Kamin voll und ganz zu empfehlen!

The Grenoble from Klarstein comes with a flame simulation and a quartz fan heater that can be switched on, the three controls for this are conveniently more or less concealed: you would have to get on your knees to be able to see them. So nothing distracts from the really very successful design, which is supposed to be reminiscent of a fireplace from the 19th century. Heat output and flames are continuously adjustable, both work cleanly, quickly and almost silently (a fan heater simply cannot be absolutely silent, please consider that!). The fireplace really heats up super fast and I'm sure on a cold day you could heat a whole room in minutes in no time.... With almost 2000 watts of power, this is of course not a permanent solution financially, but it is a great alternative for the transition to the actual heating system heating up! And if you just want to enjoy the sight of the flames, you turn the temperature down accordingly and don't turn on the fan.... The floor rollers are also practical, but the cable could perhaps be a little longer. But this is the only small drawback, apart from that the fireplace is fully recommended!

einfach kuschelig dieses Gerät-sehr schnell wärme abgebend und im Gegensatz zum Radiator verteilt dieser Kamin die Wärme auch im Fußbodenbereich (wichtg für kalte Füsse und "eisbärfellkuschler" über eine Schaltuhr wird das Gerät 1 h vorm aufstehen eingeschaltet.2 Fragen hätte ich trotzdem an den Hersteller * warum kann ich über den Dimmer nicht die Glutsimulation ausschalten? * warum muß nach der Erfindung der LED immer noch eine 25W-Lampe eingebaut werden-kann ich sie gegen eine LED-Leiste austauschen?

this device is simply cuddly - giving off heat very quickly and in contrast to the radiator, this fireplace also distributes the heat in the floor area (important for cold feet and "polar bear fur cuddlers" via a timer, the device is switched on 1 hour before getting up. I still have 2 questions for the Manufacturer * why can't I switch off the glow simulation with the dimmer? * why does a 25W lamp still have to be installed after the invention of the LED - can I replace it with an LED bar?

Gerät gefällt uns gut, sehr schönes zu dimmendes Flammenspiel. Die Flamme ist auch ohne Heizung möglich . Bis zu 9 Heizstufen, Gerät bringt bei voller Stufe sehr schnell die Wärme in den Raum. Bei voller Heizleistung ist das Gebläse etwas laut, aber irgendwie muss ja die Luft auch verteilt werden. Je geringer die gewählte Heizstufe, desto leiser wird das Gerät. Für den Preis ein toller Ofen. Sehr gute Verpackung (doppelter Karton) und schnelle Lieferung.

We like the device a lot, very nice play of flames that can be dimmed. The flame is also possible without heating. Up to 9 heating levels, device brings the heat into the room very quickly at full level. At full heat output, the fan is a bit loud, but the air has to be distributed somehow. The lower the selected heating level, the quieter the device will be. A great oven for the price. Very good packaging (double box) and fast delivery.

Comme d habitude chez Klarstein , livraison très rapide, très bien emballé (double emballage carton) Whaou très bon produit qui fait son effet, dotée de 4 petites roulettes et de 2 poignées idéal pour déplacer ce chauffage . La montée en température est très rapide, et l effet cheminée avec les braises animées est très appréciable et chaleureux, manque juste le petit bruit du crépitement du bois qui laisserai croire à une vrai petite cheminé  c'est beaucoup plus sympa qu un simple radiateur sans élégance. La face avant est en 2 partie 1 partie vitre qui reste froide avec en arrière plan les braises animées et dessous la partie qui abrite les 4 tubes qui permettent de chauffer. Tout est réglable avec des commandes discrètes (le thermostat, l intensité des flammes et le ventilateur)  la notice n'est pas en Français mais franchement pas besoin car tellement simple d utilisation. Ici il est dit 1800W max sur la notice il est dit 2000W donc bon à savoir tout de même

As usual with Klarstein, very fast delivery, very well packaged (double cardboard packaging) Wow, very good product that works, with 4 small wheels and 2 handles, ideal for moving this heater. The rise in temperature is very fast, and the fireplace effect with the animated embers is very appreciable and warm, just missing the little noise of the crackling of the wood which would suggest a real small fireplace it's much nicer than a simple radiator without elegance. The front face is in 2 parts 1 glass part which remains cold with animated embers in the background and below the part which houses the 4 tubes which allow heating. Everything is adjustable with discreet controls (the thermostat, the intensity of the flames and the fan) the instructions are not in French but frankly not necessary because so easy to use. Here it says 1800W max on the manual it says 2000W so good to know anyway

Der Kamin Heizlüfter Grenoble sieht genauso schick aus wie auf den Produktfotos gezeigt wird. Das Gerät ist sehr schön verarbeitet und gefiel mir auf den ersten Blick gleich sehr gut! Das Kabel ist mit etwa 1.35 m vielleicht etwas knapp bemessen. Dort wo ich den Kaminofen hinstellen wollte, habe ich leider keine Steckdose in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es wurde jedoch ein anderer Platz dafür gefunden, außerdem ist das Gerät mit seinen Rollen ja mobil und kann immer dorthin verschoben werden, wo man es gerade haben will (zur Not muss man halt mit einem Verlängerungskabel aushelfen). Die 3 Regler an der Vorderseite des Heizlüfters sind optisch sehr unauffällig und die Bedienung ist kinderleicht. Man kann die Intensität des Feuer-Imitats regeln, die Temperatur und die Heizleistung. Bei nur Feuer-Imitat auf Maximalleistung (also am hellsten und schön lodernde Flammen) braucht das Gerät knapp 65 Watt - also absolut nicht viel. So kann man das Gerät abends im Winter wunderbar im Wohnzimmer aufstellen und sich wohl fühlen. Schaltet man allerdings den Heizlüfter zu, braucht das Gerät bei minimaler Heizleistung 1030 Watt und bei maximaler Leistung knapp 2000 Watt (so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben). Dass ein elektrischer Heizlüfter viel Strom braucht, ist ja bekannt. Wenn man sich einen zulegen will, weiß man in der Regel über diese Tatsache Bescheid. Wenn es dennoch notwendig ist, muss ich sagen, dass dieser Kamin-Heizlüfter ein echt schönes und praktisches Gerät ist. Mir persönlich gefällt sehr gut, dass man das Feuer-Imitat einzeln einschalten kann und das nur wenig Strom braucht. Wenn man den Raum schnell aufheizen will, macht der Heizlüfter seine Sache echt gut! Ich war erstaunt, gleich nachdem ich den Heizlüfter eingeschaltet und die Temperatur auf Maximum gestellt hatte, fing das Gerät an, heiße Luft auszublasen. Ich kann den Kamin-Heizlüfter definitiv weiterempfehlen! Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden damit!

The Grenoble fireplace fan heater looks just as chic as shown in the product photos. The device is very well made and I liked it at first sight! The cable is perhaps a bit tight at around 1.35 m. Unfortunately, I don't have a socket in the immediate vicinity where I wanted to put the stove. However, another place was found for it, and the device is mobile with its castors and can always be moved to where you want it (if necessary, you have to help out with an extension cable). The 3 controls on the front of the fan heater are visually very inconspicuous and operation is very easy. You can regulate the intensity of the imitation fire, the temperature and the heating power. With only fire imitation at maximum power (i.e. the brightest and beautifully blazing flames), the device needs almost 65 watts - so not much at all. So you can set up the device wonderfully in the living room in the evenings in winter and feel comfortable. However, if you switch on the fan heater, the device needs 1030 watts at minimum heat output and almost 2000 watts at maximum output (as stated in the description). It is well known that an electric fan heater requires a lot of electricity. If you want to get one, you usually know about this fact. If it is still necessary, I have to say that this fireplace fan heater is a really beautiful and practical device. Personally, I really like the fact that you can switch on the imitation fire individually and that it only uses a little electricity. If you want to heat up the room quickly, the fan heater does its job really well! I was amazed, right after I turned on the heater and set the temperature to maximum, the device started blowing out hot air. I can definitely recommend the fireplace fan heater! I am very happy with it so far!

Jag är så nöjd med min kamin....Den är vacker och funktionell...Den har gått nu en tid och fortfarande lika härlig att vara i närheten av när det är kallt. Den värmer bra i vårt vardagsrum. Att kunna reglera värmenivån och varmluftsblåsten är också bra eller kallare....Vill ej byta mot annat....Kan verkligen varmt rekommendera denna produkt.

I'm so happy with my stove....It's beautiful and functional...It's been a while now and still just as lovely to be around when it's cold. It heats well in our living room. Being able to regulate the heat level and the hot air blast is also good or colder....Do not want to change for anything else....Can really recommend this product.
