La Ditta ha voluto indietro il prodotto ma ad oggi dopo 4 mesi circa non ha rispedito perché in garanzia e non ha effettuato alcun rimborso anche dopo innumerevoli solleciti . Assolutamente SCONSIGLIATO sia come prodotto che come casa produttrice Klarstein

The Victoria hob described above after about 10 months while in use the tempered glass broke into countless splinters causing both physical and material damage. The company wanted the product back but to date after about 4 months it has not sent it back because it is under warranty and has not made any refund even after countless reminders. Leider kann man die Flammen fast garnicht bis wenig regulieren und das ist schade . Weiterhin muss man ein Reduziermutter 1/4“auf 1/2“ für Propangas dazu kaufen weil die mitgelieferte nicht in der EU bzw. Deutschland zugelassen ist

Unfortunately, the flames can hardly be regulated at all, and that's a shame. You also have to buy a reducing nut 1/4" to 1/2" for propane gas because the one supplied is not approved in the EU or Germany

Seit Jahren ein Traum, der nun erfüllt ist. Kochen auf Gas. Selbst eingebaut und umgedüst auf Propan. Leistung aber eher mäßig, deswegen rüsten wir zurück auf Erdgas. Ansonsten ein wunderschönes Produkt.
