The CAPITAL SPORTS Helix Stride home trainer promises you a unique workout experience. As a 6-in-1 trainer made of Stepper, Climber, Cardio Bike, Air Walker, Runner and Cross Trainer, it gets your cardiovascular system going and helps you to burn fat properly. All you have to do to change your individual training methods is to change your running movements - the Helix Stride adapts itself with its increments of 24 to 89 cm and the 3-articulated pedals. Thanks to its innovative technology, it is ultra-compact, heavy-duty and extremely varied in training. At the heart of the workout is the HTB-2 System, a Poly-V Belt 2-speed driving system that can withstand even the rigours of high transmission ratios. As a result, you can get the MagResist-controlled flywheel properly in motion. Its 32-level magnetoresistance always keeps the right level of difficulty for your workout, with a very low noise level.
To monitor and design your workout, the CAPITAL SPORTS Helix Stride 6-in-1 cross trainer has a high-end performance minicomputer with LC display. Here you can see your performance data such as speed, distance covered or calories burned. With the built-in receiver you can also evaluate the data from the integrated pulse sensors or a 5 kHz pulse band and use it with the four Heart Rate Recovery modes. To design your workout, the computer has a total of 19 different programmes that give you different load curves or that you can define yourself. In addition, the console features a tablet mount to enjoy your favourite series or music while training. The training computer can also be connected to your tablet via Bluetooth, and the controller can be completely transferred there via the iConsole + app. For even more variety in training, the Kinomap app integration is also available, which transfers virtual running tracks to the home trainer. The extra-large pedals ensure comfortable running. After training, the home trainer can be moved easily with the integrated ground rollers.

Der Aufbau war sehr einfach da vieles bereits vorinstalliert ist ... persönlich finde ich die gratis Software für das iPhone ok ... aber die Software für den richtigen „Walk in the Park „ Effekt kostet zusätzlich ... (und dann auch als Abo , das ist der größte minus Punkt ) es fehlt allerdings eine Getränke Halterung

Ich bin insgesamt begeistert von der Qualität des Gerätes. Falls man nicht in einem Erdgeschoß wohnt, sollte man bei der Anlieferung dafür sorgen, dass das fast 100 kg schwere grosse Paket irgendwo abgestellt werden kann - man wird es nicht durch ein Treppenhaus transportieren können! Beim Aufbauen unbedingt auch die englische Anleitung mit sichten, da bei der deutschen Anleitung immer wieder die Nummern der zu verwendeten Teilen nicht stimmen oder z.B. die Information des Duchmessers einer zu verwendenden Unterlagsscheibe fehlt. Die Aufbauanleitung wird der sehr guten Qualität des Gerätes leider nicht gerecht. Das Gerät selbst hat eine sehr gute Qualität, ist aufgrunde der doppelten Laufrollen auch sehr leise und kann daher unbedingt empfohlen werden.

The device itself is of very good quality, is also very quiet due to the double castors and can therefore definitely be recommended.
