Die Massagestuhlauflage von Klarfit besteht aus Rückenlehne und Sitzkissen. Es gibt eine Gummischlaufe, die um die Lehne des Stuhl geklemmt wird. So verrutscht die Auflage nicht. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv. Es gibt verschiedene Arten, diese Auflage zu nutzen. Generell gilt: Zu jedem Programm kann ich Wärme zu- oder abschalten. Man kann die Massage entweder nur im Rückenbereich, im Nacken oder beides zusammen starten. Zusätzlich kann die Sitzfläche eingeschaltet werden. Für den Rücken gibt es die Möglichkeit eines ganzheitlichen Programms oder nur den oberen oder unteren Rücken zu bearbeiten. Ersteres lässt die Kugeln im Kreis laufen und so den gesamten Rückenbereich massieren.. Beim Nacken kann man die Massagekugeln genau auf die Sitzposition ausrichten, so dass kleine und große Menschen den Sitz nutzen können. Die Kugeln im Nackenbereich sind fest und massieren stark, nach zwei Minuten ist man daran gewöhnt und findet es angenehm. Die Rückenkugeln könnten meiner Meinung nach noch etwas stärker sein, evtl. hab ich aber auch nur zuviel Speck und merke diese nicht so wie die anderen. Die Bedienung ist nicht kabellos, hat aber ein langes Kabel und kann bei Bedarf auch rechts an der Seite in ein Fach gehängt werden. Allerdings ist das Fach während der Massage nicht gut zu erreichen, da muss man sich verrenken, das ist nicht ganz so schön, besser wäre ein Fach an der Sitzfläche gewesen. Nach ca. 20 Minuten schaltet sich das Gerät aus Sicherheitsgründen automatisch ab. FAZIT: Tolles Gerät, hier passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

In my opinion, the back balls could be a bit stronger, but maybe I just have too much fat and don't notice them as much as the others. The operation is not wireless, but it has a long cable and can be hung in a compartment on the right side if necessary. However, the compartment is difficult to reach during the massage, you have to twist yourself, which is not very nice, a compartment on the seat would have been better. After about 20 minutes, the device switches off automatically for safety reasons. CONCLUSION: Great device, the price-performance ratio is good here

Die Matte kommt gut verpackt und zusätzlich mit Styropor gesichert. Kaum von der Verpackung befreit, kann man sie auch schon anschließen und direkt loslegen. Hierfür schließt man zuerst das Netzteil an die Matte an und sucht sich dann die passende Stromversorgung aus. Mitgeliefert wird ein Adapter für den Zigarettenanzünder im Auto sowie ein herkömmlicher Stecker für die Steckdose. Das Kabel ist ausreichend lang, so dass man nicht zwingend neben der Steckdose sitzen muss. Die Massagematte kann dabei auf einen Sessel, Sofa oder aber auch auf einen Stuhl gelegt werden. Zum besseren Halt kann ein Gummiband über die Lehne des Stuhls gezogen werden, muss aber nicht. Fehlt nur noch die Fernbedienung in der Hand und schon kann es losgehen. Die Fernbedienung funktioniert intuitiv und ist, obwohl in englischer Sprache, dank Pfeilen und Co. selbsterklärend. Alle Massagekugeln lassen sich per Knopfdruck zusammen beheizen und geben auch dann Wärme ab, wenn die Bewegung selbst ausgeschaltet ist. Einziger Nachteil: Es dauert rund 5-6 Minuten, bis sie auf Temperatur sind man von dieser Wärme wirklich etwas mitbekommt und sie entspannend wirkt. Die Vibration lässt sich für die Sitzfläche wahlweise zuschalten (bis zu 4x nacheinander drücken für mehr Intensität), der Rest sich so ziemlich komplett nach Wahl verstellen. Die Nackenmassage ist in der Höhe verstellbar und kann sich sowohl im, als auch gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen, auch kann man sie komplett ausschalten. Beim Rücken hat man die Wahl zwischen dem ganzen Rücken, nur der oberen oder unteren Hälfte, man kann die Höhe selbst justieren oder per ""Target"" feststellen. Außerdem kann man sie natürlich auch komplett ausschalten. Die erste Benutzung war gewöhnungsbedürftig und auch ein Stück weit schmerzhaft. Die Kugeln sind hart und aus Kunststoff (?), geben kein Stück nach. Im unteren Rücken ist das super und absolut toll, im oberen Rücken schrubbeln sie jedoch recht unangenehm auf und direkt neben den Schulterblättern. Aus diesem Grund begrenze ich die Anwendung häufig auf den unteren Rücken und schalte den oberen Teil erst dann zu, wenn die Massagekugeln schon angenehm warm sind und den Rücken entspannt haben. Und dabei bin ich nicht empfindlich bei Massagen und nicht ganz schlank. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass ganz schlanke bzw. fast knochige Personen hier nicht viel Spaß haben würden. Schade ist hier übrigens, dass auf Mitte der Schulterblätter schon Schluss ist - die Schultern werden aufgrund der Bauweise nicht mit massiert. Für den Hals gibt es zwei Kugeln, die in der Höhe perfekt einstellbar sind. Ich mit meinen 1.68m Körpergröße brauche in etwa die mittlere Höhe. Für eine gute Massage muss man allerdings nach eigenem Gefühl ein wenig in der Höhe spielen. Stellt man recht hoch, massieren sie den Übergang von Hals und Kopf, was durchaus auch sehr angenehm ist. Stellt man die Köpfe zu tief ein, kneifen sie jedoch auch recht schnell. Alternativ stellt man sie einfach auf eine gewünschte Höhe ein und schaltet dann ganz schnell aus, damit sie in der Höhe bleiben (was vom Timing her selten perfekt klappt) und lässt sie einfach nur wärmen. Auch sehr angenehm! Nach 20 Minuten schaltet sich die Matte von selbst aus. Nach einer längeren Laufzeit sollte man eine Pause einlegen, auch wenn sich die Anleitung über genaue Zeiten ausschweigt. Auch wenn ich ein paar Kritikpunkte habe, so finde ich die Matte für meine Körpergröße super. Mein Mann dagegen, der sich wirklich darauf freute, wurde ziemlich enttäuscht. Mit seinen 1.86m ist er definitiv zu groß, denn seine Schultern befinden sich in Höhe der Hals-Massagezone. Er kann sich nur dann (den unteren bis mittleren Rücken) massieren lassen, wenn er den Kopf vorn lässt. Nachgemessen liegt die Mitte der Hals-Zone bei ca 63cm ab Sitzfläche. Ein Sitzriese sollte man also nicht unbedingt sein. Die Sitzauflage ist insgesamt sehr gut Verarbeitet und macht einen hochwertigen und stabilen Eindruck, am besten ist es die Sitzauflage auf einen Stuhl oder eine Couch mit einer hohen Rückenlehne zu stellen um eine passende und angenehme Sitzposition zu erreichen, bei mir habe ich noch ein Kissen als stütze zwischen Sitz und Couch gestellt. Die Sitzauflage besitzt rotierende Kugeln die sich zum Teil auch langsam nach oben und unten Bewegen und zusätzlich eine zuschaltbare Wärmefunktion haben. Es gibt drei Bereiche die intensiv massiert werden, einmal das Gesäß das durch drei Vibrationsmodi massiert wird, einmal der Rücken bei dem die rotierenden Kugeln die rauf und runter gehen und bei denen man die Target Funktion zuschalten kann, das heißt man kann einen gewissen Bereich im Rücken einstellen der massiert wird. Und dann gibt es noch den Nacken Bereich, den finde ich besonders gut denn in dem Bereich bin ich am meisten verspannt und es hilft mir die Verspannungen in dem Bereich zu lösen. Die Bedienung ist insgesamt sehr leicht und schnell erlernt, und wird einfach per Fernbedienung gesteuert. Die Lieferung erfolgte zügig und die Ware kam unbeschädigt bei mir an. Im Lieferumfang enthalten waren die Massageauflage und die Stromverbindung und eine Anleitung. Die Auflage ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Die Massageauflage ist schwarz und hat Massagerollen eingearbeitet. Sie ist der Shiatsu-Massage nachempfunden und hat drei Massagezonen. Eine ist im Kopf- Nackenbereich, eine im ganzen Rückenbereich und eine wo man drauf sitzt. Man sollte die Auflage auf einen Stuhl, dem Sofa oder auch Autositz legen. Ich habe es auf meinem Schaukelstuhl probiert, aber da tat es sehr weh da ich fast drauf gelegen habe und mein Gewicht mich zu sehr in die Massageauflage gedrückt hat. Der Erfolg war, es tat weh und an manchen Zonen musste ich lachen da ich kitzelig bin. Die Massagerollen greifen wie eine wirkliche Hand in den Rücken. Es ist also besser im Sitzen die Massagen durchzuführen da man so den Druck selber bestimmen kann, im Liegen ist das etwas schwierig und man ist auch nicht entspannt. Für das Auto ist ein Kabel für die Stromversorgung über den Zigarettenanzünder dabei. Allerdings sollte man das nicht während der Fahrt machen da es ablenkt und Unfallgefahr besteht. Wenn dann in den Pausen. Ansonsten schließt man das Netzteil an die Steckdose und das Kabel, was an der Auflage schon dran ist. Dann ist noch eine angeschlossene Fernbedienung mit dabei, die kann man in eine Tasche, an der Seite der Auflage, stecken. Die Fernbedienung ist eigentlich das Basisteil, über das man die Massageauflage bedient. Sie hat für jedes einzelne Massagefeld eine Knopfeinheit. Man kann die Massagezonen einzeln oder auch gemeinsam einstellen. Ich habe die Massagezonen einzeln benutzt da mir alle zuviel waren. Die Sitzauflage hat eine Art Vibration eingebaut die verschiedene Stärken hat. Den Rücken- und Nackenbeich kann man einstellen, dass die Rollen auf einer Stelle bleiben oder sich von unten nach oben arbeiten und umgekehrt. Man kann es auch etwas stärker und softer einstellen. Was ich aber besondert gut fand, die Farben der Rollen. Hat man grün, sind sie ohne Wärme, sind sie rot hat man Wärme dabei. Das kann man extra einstellen mit dem Knopf „Heat“. Ansonsten ist die Fernbedienung leicht zu durchschauen. Es ist zwar auf englisch, aber da kann man im Notfall im Übersetzungsprogramm am PC nachschauen. Die Wörter kennt aber fast jeder der kein englisch kann. Der Massageeffekt ist wirklich überraschend gut gewesen. Ich habe auch noch meinen Partner rausgesetzt da der auch öfters Rückenschmerzen hat und der fand es auch sehr angenehm. Die meisten Massageauflagen haben ja nur eine Vibration, bei dieser hat man das Gefühl von einer Hand massiert zu werden. Beim den ersten Anwendungen sollte man einfach ausprobieren was einem gut tut und in welchen Bereichen. Da Weihnachten bald vor der Tür steht ist das eine schöne Geschenkidee. Ich empfehle die Massageauflage sehr gerne weiter und finde auch das Preisleistungsverhältnis absolut angemessen. Gern gebe ich volle Punktzahl.
