Five different operating modes, an eight-level adjustable sensitivity and an adjustable discrimination between ferrous and precious metals allow for a targeted search for hidden treasures and help you to separate precious items from scrap. Depending on the size of the object, the device can reach a search depth of about 20 cm for small objects such as coins and up to 2 metres for large objects. The coin depth scale makes it easier to determine the depth of the find, while the target object display provides information about the material properties - so you always know exactly how deep you have to dig and whether the effort is worthwhile. A pinpoint function allows you to find the exact location so you do not have to dig and sieve for long.
Many technically sophisticated functions such as the built-in speaker with acoustic signal and headphone connection make the DURAMAXX Dr. Jones metal detector not only easy to use, but also guarantee a lot of fun with the search - even if you are searching for the first time. Suitable headphones for undisturbed listening of the signals are included in the delivery. With its watertight search coil, the metal detector can also be used easily on beaches, banks or in bad weather conditions. Its LCD display has a small sun visor on the top and is therefore easy to read even on sunny days.
Thanks to the ergonomic design with upholstered armrest and foam handle, the DURAMAXX Dr. Jones metal detector also promises high wearing comfort, even over long periods of time. The S-shaped linkage is simply adjusted by means of spring clip mechanism to the respective arm length. The detachable construction is assembled in no time and then later easily dismantled. After a successful search, the metal detector and accessories can fit into the supplied transport backpack.
