Nach längeren gebrauch löst sich der Siebträger selbstständig und fliegt durch die Gegend. Gibt eine ordendliche Sauerei.Beim Wasserbehälter muß man aufpassen,das er richtig eingedrück wird.Ansonsten verliert er das Wasser und die Maschine schwimmt im Wasser.Sicherheitsrisiko.

After a long period of use, the portafilter detaches itself and flies around. Makes a mess. When it comes to the water tank, you have to be careful that it is pressed in correctly. Otherwise it will lose the water and the machine will float in the water. Safety risk.

Unfortunately after only one day giving five stars it is completely broken. We have been using this machine for a few months and I already descaled two times. However one morning water did not come and after this a blast sound came from inside the device. And a huge amount of water started to come from bottom.

Die Maschine hat bereits nach 4 Monaten Gebrauch mit einem lauten Knall und Rauchentwicklung die Funktion der Dampfdüse eingestellt. Bis dahin waren wir mit der Maschine eigentlich zufrieden, sie ist klein und kompakt , unkompliziert in der Bedienung ,der Espresso schmeckt gut und die Milchaufschäumung praktisch, aber der Umgang mit der Reklamation wegen des Defektes nach gerade mal 4 Monaten von Seite der Firma Klarstein war bedenklich. Nach 3 Nachrichten an Klarstein über Amazon kam immer noch keine Reaktion , dann bei Amszon selber reklamiert, die boten mir dann eine Geldrückzahlung über die A-Z Garantie an , haben wir dann so akzeptiert, passierte aber weiterhin nichts . Tage später plötzlich dann doch eine mail von Klarstein, bekämen 20 Euro vom Kaufpreis zuück wenn wir die Maschine trotz Mängel behalten würden oder sollten sie zurück schicken und bekämen Ersatz, also zurück geschickt. Wieder passiert erst mal eine Woche nix, dann kommt per mail eine Rechnung über 0 Euro aber keine Info wann der Ersatz denn kommen soll, eine weitere Woche später haben wir dann mal versucht bei der Kundenhotline von Klarstein Neues zu erfahren , nach über 20 Minuten in der Warteschlange dann endlich von einer schlecht gelaunten Miarbeiterin die Info eine neue wäre unterwegs. Hallelujah

Until then we were actually satisfied with the machine, it is small and compact, uncomplicated to use, the espresso tastes good and the milk foaming is practical, but the handling of the complaint about the defect after just 4 months by the Klarstein company was dubious. After 3 messages to Klarstein via Amazon, there was still no reaction, then I complained to Amszon themselves, who then offered me a money refund via the AZ guarantee, we then accepted it, but nothing happened. Days later, suddenly an email from Klarstein, we would get 20 euros back from the purchase price if we kept the machine despite the defects, or should it be sent back and would receive a replacement, i.e. sent back. Again nothing happens for a week, then an invoice comes by mail for 0 euros but no information when the replacement is supposed to come, another week later we tried to find out something new from the Klarstein customer hotline, after more than 20 minutes in In the queue, a bad-tempered employee finally informed me that a new one was on the way. Hallelujah

Supet Kaffeemaschine und leicht zu bedienen. Sie ist nur sehr leicht, dass man den die Maschine festehalten muss, wenn man den Siebeinsatz einsetzen möchte. Aber für den Preis kann man sich nicht beschweren.

Supet coffee maker and easy to use. It's just so light that you have to hold the machine tight when you want to insert the strainer. But for the price you can't complain.

Hält bisher alles was das Produkt verspricht. Heizt sehr schnell auf Temperatur ist ideal. Milchschaum wird super. Ja man muss das Gerät festhalten um den siebträger einzusetzen, allerdings kann man das für diesen Preis auch nicht erwarten. Einzig die Tassen Größe muss man beachten eine normale Kaffeetasse passt ohne weiteres nicht drunter, da man aber die tropfschale einfach entfernen kann ist das auch kein allzu großes Problem. Bin rundum zufrieden Lautstärke ist absolut moderat. Wenn Sie lange hält war das ein top Kauf.

Does everything the product promises so far. Heats up very quickly to temperature is ideal. Milk foam turns out great. Yes you have to hold the device to insert the portafilter, but you can't expect that for this price. You only have to consider the cup size, a normal coffee cup doesn't easily fit underneath, but since you can easily remove the drip tray, that's not too much of a problem. I'm completely satisfied Volume is absolutely moderate. If it lasts, it's a great buy.

Besonders gefällt mir, dass man mit der Maschine nicht nur Espresso, sondern auch Cappuccino, Tee oder Kakao machen kann. Sie ist also sehr flexibel einsetzbar und daher viel mehr als nur eine Espressomaschine. Die Bedienung ist sehr simpel und das Design passt super in unsere Küche. Der Tassenwärmer ist eine nette Zusatzfunktion. Auch die Reinigung ist schnell und einfach. Sehr zu empfehlen für Espresso-Liebhaber, die gerne auch mal andere Heißgetränke trinken möchten.

I particularly like the fact that you can not only make espresso with the machine, but also cappuccino, tea or cocoa. It can therefore be used very flexibly and is therefore much more than just an espresso machine. The operation is very simple and the design fits perfectly into our kitchen. The cup warmer is a nice extra feature. Cleaning is also quick and easy. Highly recommended for espresso lovers who would like to drink other hot drinks as well.

Wir haben die Maschine schon als Weihnachtsgeschenk gekauft und sind mit den ersten Tests sehr zufrieden. Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach, Beschreibung auch gut. Läuft leise und der Espresso schmeckt lecker. Auch die Reinigung ist easy. Verpackt war die Maschine auch sehr gut. Vielleicht behalten wir sie selber :)

We bought the machine as a Christmas present and are very satisfied with the first tests. The operation is very simple, description also good. Runs quietly and the espresso tastes delicious. Cleaning is also easy. The machine was also packaged very well. Maybe we'll keep them ourselves :)

Espressomaschine Nachdem ich Probleme mit dem wassertank hatte, der sehr schlecht rausging war ich zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis von espresso Kaffee.

Für mich ein guter Kompromiss! Machen wir uns nichts vor. Das ist kein weltklasse Siebträger, aber das erwartet für 90€ hoffentlich auch niemand. Allerdings liefert sie mehr als erwartet. Die Crema des Espressos ist recht solide. Nimmt man eine starke Bohne und stellt den Mahlgrad richtig ein, kann man auch geschmacklich einiges rausholen! Der Milchschaum wollte mir anfangs gar nicht gelingen, mittlerweile habe ich aber diesen silbernen langen Schnürpfel vorne entfernt und es klappt hervorragend. Ich hatte mich ehrlich gesagt darauf eingestellt die Maschine direkt wieder zurück zu schicken, weil ich doch relativ anspruchsvoll bin was Kaffee angeht. Dieses kleine Gerät hat mich allerdings überzeugt, zumindest so lange bis die Liquidität für eine größere Maschine vorhanden ist ;)

A good compromise for me! Let's not fool ourselves. This is not a world-class portafilter, but hopefully nobody expects that for €90. However, it delivers more than expected. The crema of the espresso is quite solid. If you take a strong bean and set the degree of grinding correctly, you can also get a lot out of the taste! At first I didn't want to make the milk foam at all, but in the meantime I've removed this long silver lace in the front and it works perfectly. To be honest, I was prepared to send the machine back straight away because I'm relatively demanding when it comes to coffee. However, this small device has convinced me, at least until the liquidity for a larger machine is available ;)
