Skytec's reliable 12" PA box is an active system which is perfect for use at medium-sized events. The sound can be perfectly fine-tuned to your personal preference, and can be adjusted to match room conditions thanks to the integrated 2-band equalizer (rear). A particular strength of this Skytec system is its versatility. In addition to stand mounting , the speaker can also be placed diagonally or stacked with other speakers to provide a truly professional on stage performance! ABS housing, guards and an accessible handle allow complete mobility and suitability for outdoor events. 2 microphone inputs and a separately adjustable microphone section provide the option to entertain at events where the focus is on language and songs - such as coaching, promotions, seminars and entertainment in the gym.

Kannte die Box schon im kleineren Mass und die große lässt sich gut mit kleineren koppeln. Sehr gute Handhabung. Voller Test erst am 27.2.
I already knew the box in a smaller size and the large one can be easily coupled with smaller ones. Very easy to handle. Full test on February 27th.
Sikerült hozzá jutnom ezen hangfalhoz 2013 őszén és megvagyok velük elégedve nagy hangerővel bírnak eddig 100 fős bulikban használtam, vagy szinpad hangosításra párban. mind a két helyen megálta helyét keverővel is , és ugy is hangosítottam, hogy csak a saját bemeneteit használtam mikrofonnal és lejátszóval. Egyetlen kis gondom az volt, hogy a magas tölcsére olyan 70 százalékos hangerőnél ki ad egy kis alapzajt, de ez csak akkor észre vehető ha 1 méter közel áll az ember a hangfalhoz, és szne teljes csend van a teremben. Nem ért oda figyelni a föld hurkokra, ha nagy teljesítményü fogyasztó van a közelben, akkor az halható ,zavaró hangot ad a hangfalból, de talán ez mindegyik aktív hangfalra igaz.
I managed to get hold of this speaker in the fall of 2013 and I am satisfied with them. They have a high volume, so far I have used them in parties of 100 people or for stage sound reinforcement in pairs. in both places, it also took its place with a mixer, and I made it louder by only using its own inputs with a microphone and player. My only small problem was that the high funnel emits a little background noise at a volume of 70 percent, but this is only noticeable if you stand 1 meter close to the speaker and there is complete silence in the room. You don't know how to pay attention to the ground loops, if there is a high-power consumer nearby, it produces a dead, disturbing sound from the speaker, but maybe this is true for all active speakers.
Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei und macht richtig ordentlich Dampf für kleine bis mittlere Veranstaltungen. Habe es zur Erweiterung meiner bisher vorhandenen Musikanlage gekauft und jetzt mal ausprobiert. Bin sehr zufrieden

Habe drei der Boxen gekauft, sie geben eine gute Power für wenig Geld her. Bei einer war jedoch der Hochtöner nicht gut ins Gehäuse geschraubt und ist in der Box herum gefallen, hat aber nicht viel gemacht. Habe die Box aufgemacht und den Hochtöner rein geschraubt jetzt sind alle einwandfrei!
I bought three of the speakers, they provide good power for little money. However, the tweeter on one of them wasn't screwed into the housing properly and fell around in the speaker, but it didn't do much. I opened the speaker and screwed the tweeter in, and now they're all working perfectly!

Robust ist der Lautsprecher schon, wie von dem Anbieter beschrieben wurde...alles andere muss man sich 2-3 mal Gedanken machen bevor man den Lautsprecher bestellt. 1100watt wie es hier geschrieben wird ist nirgendwo in dem box oder in der Einleitung zu sehen. Statt dessen werden klar auf dem Karton und in der Einleitung geschrieben, dass der Lautsprecher 300Watt und eine Maximal Leistung von 600Watt hat. Ich frage mich also woher diese 1100watts herkommt. Ausserdem gibts zuviel Geräusche in dem Box.
The speaker is robust, as described by the seller...everything else needs to be considered 2-3 times before ordering the speaker. 1100 watts as it is written here is nowhere to be seen in the box or in the introduction. Instead, it is clearly written on the box and in the introduction that the speaker has 300 watts and a maximum output of 600 watts. So I wonder where these 1100 watts come from. There is also too much noise in the box.

This is a great product, it does what it needs to do capably and does not have loads of gimmicky bells and whistles that some active speakers have. light weightgood size but not too bigInput gain controlsvolume controlbass and treble tone controlsoutput links to connect a second speakergood soundplenty of powerI host ballroom and latin dances and as events had been getting bigger my old portable amp/speaker unit simply did not have enough power. Initially I bought only just one of these speakers. It was capable of filling a room with music at a tea dance and can easily compete with 60 or so people chatting away and I can easily drowned them out if I want to.I have since bought a second unit and a small mixer rather than using the speaker interconnects. Having two speakers in stereo is always better than one speaker regardless of the quality and I was extremely pleased with the tone and quality and the speakers filled the hall with music very well. For comparison I regularly host a different event with someone else's equipment which has larger passive speakers and of a higher wattage amp but their equipment sounds quite harsh and lacks the clarity in comparison to the Skytech speakers.I do have a few minor quibbles with the product:The casing allows it to be positioned upright, stacked, on tripods, on its side, or tilted back. For this last configuration there are two triangles of plastic that stick out of the back of the casing and if you don't think ahead you can end up gouging your legs with these. I guess you only do that once and then you pick it up more carefully in the future.There is one handle on the side of the unit which is fine and is good for carrying the unit. However when setting the unit down, if you want to put it in the upright configuration you have to use two hands and there isn't really another good grip to do this. If it had a similar handle on both sides it would be better.The volume and tone controls are on the back of the unit, and it is impossible to hear what you are doing from behind the unit. You need to keep going in front to listen, then go back behind to adjust or you need to get someone else to assist you while one listens and the other adjusts. I got a separate mixer so that I could manage fine tuning of the volume and balance between the speakers from in front.Overall this is a great product I would highly recommend.
