Klar kann man damit trainieren. Die Biegung der Stange ist allerdings ungewöhnlich stark. Seit mehreren Wochen ist die Stange immer noch ölig und klebrig, nach mehrmaligen putzen.

Qualität regulären Preis schlecht, für ein paar Anwendungen hat es rostig, nicht nur an den Griffen, sondern auf der ganzen Bar. Für weniger Preis, finden Sie sie bessere Qualität. Ich würde es nicht wieder kaufen.
Quality regular price bad, for a few uses it has rusty not only on the handles but all over the bar. For less price, you can find them better quality. I wouldn't buy it again.
Nice and according to the description, but the paint of the side screws has quite some bad quality and at first feels too sticky. It seems like it was just manually painted black.

Die Stange ist leider ziemlich rau und mit zarten Händen leider nur mit Handschuhen zu benutzen; sonst ist sie super! Super Design!
Unfortunately, the pole is quite rough and can only be used with delicate hands when wearing gloves; otherwise she is great! Awesome design!
