Vor drei Monaten hab ich ein suesses Mädchen bekommen. Um den lästigen Schwangerschafts Pfunden an den Kragen zu gehen hab ich mir dieses tolle Trainingsgeraet zugelegt. Das Capital Sports Fusion Bike lässt sich schnell zusammen bauen und ist von seinem Gewicht nicht zu schwer so das ich es in unseren Partyraum unterbringen könnte. Es lässt sich zusammenklappen und nimmt nicht viel Platz weg. Es macht Spaß damit gg die Pfunde anzukämpfen. Die Verarbeitung und Qualität ist mega. Three months ago I got a sweet girl. In order to get rid of the annoying pregnancy pounds, I bought this great training device. The Capital Sports Fusion Bike can be assembled quickly and its weight is not too heavy so that I could put it in our party room. It folds up and doesn't take up much space. It's fun to fight the pounds with. The processing and quality is great. H can recommend it to everyone. The price-performance ratio is right here

Ich wollte nun ein paar Monate nach der Geburt meines Sohnes und der Rückbildung wieder mit Sport anfangen um noch ein paar Kilos runterzubekommen und auch einfach wieder fit zu werden. Dafür habe ich einen Heimtrainer gesucht der nicht so groß ist. Dieser hier ist handlich, nicht so schwer und lässt sich gut im Wandschrank oder hinter einer Tür verstauen. Zudem ist es cool das man sowohl im sitzen als auch stehen fahren kann und es noch eine 3. Option gibt um die Bauchmuskeln zu trainieren ( nach der Geburt am Besten erstmal mit der Hebamme oder Ärztin klären, ob das schon möglich ist). Ich nutze aktuell erstmal nur das Fahrrad, aber mein Mann hat schon den ABS Trainer benutzt und findet es sehr gut. Was besonders toll ist, ist das das Bike super leise ist und man somit niemanden stört und auch dabei zb lesen oder ein Hörbuch hören kann. Der Aufbau war auch schnell und einfach gemacht. Alles in Allem bin ich sehr zufrieden und freu mich wieder täglich mehr Bewegung zu bekommen, wenn der Kleine schläft.
A few months after the birth of my son and the recovery, I wanted to start exercising again to lose a few pounds and just get fit again. I was looking for an exercise bike that wasn't that big. This one is handy, not that heavy and can be easily stowed away in a closet or behind a door. In addition, it is cool that you can ride both sitting and standing and there is a 3rd option to train the abdominal muscles (after the birth, it is best to clarify with the midwife or doctor whether this is already possible). At the moment I only use the bike, but my husband has already used the ABS trainer and thinks it is very good. What's particularly great is that the bike is super quiet and you don't disturb anyone and you can read or listen to an audio book, for example. Set up was also quick and easy. All in all, I am very satisfied and look forward to getting more exercise every day when the little one is sleeping.
