Die Weste sitzt gut und man ist durch die Einzelgewichte flexibel in der Gewichtsgestaltung. Trotzdem muss ich 2 Punkte aufgrund der schlechten Polsterung im Schulterbereich . Dort ist sie nämlich richtig unbequem. Vieles von dem Gewicht lastet auf den Schultern und liegt direkt auf dem Trapezmuskel . Das wäre kein Problem wenn der Bereich etwas breiter wäre und besser gepolstert. Ich trainiere damit jetzt für einen bestimmten Wettkampf aber danach werde ich sie eher nicht mehr nutzen.
The vest fits well and you can flexibly adjust the weight thanks to the individual weights. Nevertheless, I have to give 2 points because of the poor padding in the shoulder area. It's really uncomfortable there. Much of the weight is on the shoulders and rests directly on the trapezius muscle. That wouldn't be a problem if the area was a bit wider and better padded. I'm training with it now for a certain competition, but after that I probably won't use it anymore.

Habe die mir zum joggen geholt sehr gut verarbeitet und mit 5kg vollkommen ausreichend

Angenehm zu tragen als Frau mit durchschnittlicher Oberweite. Gewichte sind einfach zu entfernen oder reinzusetzen. Der Klett wirkt sehr robust und langlebig.
Comfortable to wear for a woman with an average bust size. Weights are easy to remove or put in. The Velcro seems very robust and durable.
Das Gerät ist gut für meine Frau. Sehr gut ist auch die Möglichkeit die Gewichte an der Übung anzupassen.

Die Weste ist dahingehend super, da ich sie wirklich eng einstellen kann. Gerade wenn man Übungen kopfüber macht, dann rutscht sie kein bisschen. Nachteil ist, dass man schlecht Übungen auf dem Rücken oder Bauch liegend durchführen kann, da die Gewichte doch relativ hoch sind (1-1,5 cm). Aber trotzdem super Produkt, vielseitig einsetzbar.
The vest is great because I can adjust it really tight. Especially when you do exercises upside down, it doesn't slip a bit. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to do exercises lying on your back or stomach, since the weights are relatively high (1-1.5 cm). But still a great product, versatile.
