Ist für meine Frau. Ist super zufrieden mit dem Trainigsgerät. Habe es selber auch schon ausprobiert und kann dies nur bestätigen. !!!!

Ich hatte leider schon häufiger Rückenprobleme und mit wurde diese Vibrationsplatte empfohlen. Sie arbeitet sehr leise, was in einer Etagenwohnung gut ist. Sie vibriert nicht plötzlich und stark, sondern man kann die Geschwindigkeit leicht aufbauen. Ich nutze sie oft mit kleineren Übungen. Nur das Kabel ist etwas kurz. Für mich reicht es, aber sonst müsste man ein Verlängerungskabel nutzen.

Nachdem ich vor einigen Wochen schon einmal eine Vibrationsplatte fürs Rückentraining bestellt hatte, diese aber nach nicht einmal ganz zwei Wochen wegen eines Defekts wieder zurück schicken musste, habe ich ewig recherchiert und bin dabei über den YouTube-Kanal einer Freundin auf diese Platte aufmerksam geworden. Die Platte kam super schnell und sicher verpackt bei mir an. Schon beim ersten Gebrauch habe ich bemerkt, dass die Platte viel mehr Power hat, als die die ich wieder zurück schicken musste - obwohl beide Platten gleich viel Watt haben. Die Platte ist gut verarbeitet und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht und für alle, die sich unsicher sind, wird eine gut beschriebene Bedienungsanleitung inkl. Trainingsanleitung mitgeliefert. Außerdem verfügt die Platte über 3 Vibrationsmodi, 4 voreingestellte Programme und 60 verschiedene Geschwindigkeiten. Die zwei mitgelieferten Fitness-Bänder ermöglichen außerdem zahlreiche Stretching-Übungen und sind vor allem zur Stärkung des Oberkörpers geeignet. Auch eine Fernbedienung ist im Lieferumfang enthalten. Schön finde ich auch, dass durch die glatte Gummibeschichtung ein Training ohne Schuhe möglich ist. Andere Hersteller haben z.T. „Kugeln“ auf der Oberfläche, die die Füße massieren sollen. Allerdings führt das nach kürzester Zeit zu schmerzenden Fußsohlen. Besonders cool finde ich, dass im Lieferumfang ebooks mit tollen Rezepten von Klarstein enthalten sind. Ich habe schon zwei Stück nach gekocht und es schmeckt wirklich gut, ist Protein reich und gesund. Ich benutze das Gerät jetzt seit fast 2 Wochen, bin super zufrieden und würde es auch jederzeit wieder kaufen sowie weiterempfehlen. Nachteile konnte ich bisher keine erkennen.

After I ordered a vibration plate for back training a few weeks ago, but had to send it back after less than two weeks because of a defect, I researched for ages and became aware of this plate through a friend's YouTube channel. The record arrived very quickly and was securely packaged. As soon as I used it, I noticed that the record had a lot more power than the one I had to send back - even though both records had the same wattage. The plate is well made and the price-performance ratio is right. Operation is child's play and for anyone who is unsure, a well-described operating manual including training instructions is included. In addition, the plate has 3 vibration modes, 4 preset programs and 60 different speeds. The two fitness bands supplied also enable numerous stretching exercises and are particularly suitable for strengthening the upper body. A remote control is also included. I also like that the smooth rubber coating allows training without shoes. Other manufacturers sometimes have "balls" on the surface that are supposed to massage the feet. However, this leads to painful soles after a short time. I think it's particularly cool that the scope of delivery includes e-books with great recipes from Klarstein. I've already cooked two pieces and it tastes really good, is high in protein and healthy. I've been using the device for almost 2 weeks now, I'm super satisfied and would buy it again and recommend it at any time. I haven't seen any disadvantages so far.

Ich bin nicht ganz unsportlich, bekomme aber schnell Probleme mit Knie- und Hüftgelenken und mir fehlt auch die Zeit für regelmäßigen Sport. Um überhaupt etwas für meinen Körper und die Figur zu tun, habe ich mir jetzt diese Vibrationsplatte besorgt und bin bisher sehr zufrieden damit. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist etwas verbesserungswürdig, es wird nicht genau erklärt, wie man Programme oder überhaupt Einstellungen startet und die Fernbedieningsfunktionen werden leider überhaupt nicht erwähnt. Mit etwas Herumprobieren habe ich es aber dennoch bestens hinbekommen. Schön finde ich, dass zahlreiche Übungen für die verschiedenen Muskelgruppen vorgeschlagen werden. Das Gerät steht stabil, ist leise und läuft einwandfrei. Erst war ich etwas skeptisch, ob so etwas überhaupt etwas bringt, aber ich habe schnell festgestellt, dass der Körper durchaus ohne viel Aufwand gefordert wird, nach einer Weile kommt man sogar ins Schwitzen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Länge des Kabels ist ein Witz. Ich hätte gerne vor dem Fernseher trainiert, ohne Verlängerungskabel kann man die Platte aber nicht mitten in den Raum stellen, sondern muss direkt an die nächste Steckdose und dann an die Wand starren. In Verbindung mit der Kritik an der Anleitung ziehe ich daher einen Stern ab, empfehle das Gerät aber gerne weiter, mir gefällt es - ob es meiner Figur nützt, wird die Zeit zeigen.

I'm not completely unsportsmanlike, but I quickly get problems with my knee and hip joints and I don't have the time for regular sport either. In order to do something at all for my body and figure, I got this vibration plate and I'm very happy with it so far. The user manual could be improved a bit, it does not explain exactly how to start programs or settings at all and the remote control functions are unfortunately not mentioned at all. However, with a little trial and error, I managed to do it perfectly. I think it's nice that numerous exercises are suggested for the different muscle groups. The device is stable, quiet and runs perfectly. At first I was a little skeptical as to whether something like this would do anything at all, but I quickly realized that the body is challenged without much effort, after a while you even start to sweat. The only criticism: the length of the cable is a joke. I would have liked to train in front of the TV, but without an extension cord you can't place the plate in the middle of the room, you have to stare directly at the nearest socket and then at the wall. In connection with the criticism of the instructions, I am therefore deducting a star, but I am happy to recommend the device, I like it - time will tell whether it is useful for my character.

Schnelle Lieferung, super Preis, gute Qualität. Ich glaube nicht das teurere Geräte besser sind.
