The Capital Sports Flat B flat bench provides you with the foundation for a wide variety of exercises and is indispensable in any home gym. If you need a bench to combine with a rack for barbell exercises or a free workout with weights, the Flat B is perfect for you.
The sturdy frame is made of tubular steel and is suitable for high loads up to 250kg. A black powder coating protects the metal parts against corrosion and scratching. The 58cm-wide feet give the bench a very secure footing and prevent lateral tipping even when training with heavy weights. With a height of 47cm, the Flat B is ideal for dumbbell training.
The slabs of the Capital Sports bench have 5cm-thick cushions and are covered with easy-care synthetic leather. This may be easily removed after strenuous exercise so that the bench is ready for the next user or the next day. Two hard rubber rollers at the foot facilitate easy movement of the bench.

Ho acquistato questa panca della Capital Sports per effettuare esercizi con bilanciere e manubri a casa. L'ho ricevuta in pochi giorni dall'ordine ben imballata e protetta. La panca per ragioni di ingombro era smontata ma per assemblarla sono bastati 5 minuti. Nello scatolo oltre alla panca c'era il manuale di istruzioni che tra l'altro era anche in italiano. Ho montato innanzitutto i piedi con i 4 bulloni e rondelle in dotazioni. In particolare ci sono due bulloni per il piede anteriore e due per quello posteriore. Il piede della parte posteriore della panca tra l'altro ha anche due ruote di gomma dura che permettono di spostare agevolmente la panca. Dopo di che ho fissato le due parti di sopra ossia sedile e schienale imbottiti al telaio con altri 4 bulloni e rondelle in dotazione. Una volta montata l'ho subito provata e devo dire che la struttura è davvero stabile e resistente grazie al telaio in tubo d'acciaio molto robusto. Inoltre i piedi che hanno una larghezza di ben 58 cm garantiscono una grande stabilità alla panca e non c'è nessun pericolo di sbilanciarsi o ribaltarsi da un lato. La panca è alta circa 47 cm e può supportare fino a 250 kg di peso. LA lunghezza della panca è di 130 cm e la larghezza della superficie d'appoggio 24 cm. Il peso è di 13 kg circa. Questa panca è davvero comoda e da un ottima sensazione quando ci si stende grazie all'imbottitura spessa ben 5 cm. Inoltre il rivestimento in finta pelle offre un ottima sensazione al tatto ed è facile da pulire. Panca consigliata sia per fare esercizi a corpo libero in casa come addominali o stretching che per fare esercizi con manubri e bilanciere.
I bought this bench from Capital Sports to do exercises with a barbell and dumbbells at home. I received it well packed and protected within a few days of ordering. The bench was disassembled for reasons of encumbrance but 5 minutes were enough to assemble it. In the box, in addition to the bench, there was the instruction manual which, by the way, was also in Italian. I first mounted the feet with the 4 bolts and washers supplied. In particular, there are two bolts for the front foot and two for the rear one. The foot of the rear part of the bench also has two hard rubber wheels that allow you to move the bench easily. After that I fixed the two upper parts i.e. upholstered seat and backrest to the frame with 4 more bolts and washers supplied. Once assembled, I immediately tried it and I must say that the structure is really stable and resistant thanks to the very sturdy steel tube frame. Furthermore, the feet which have a width of 58 cm guarantee great stability to the bench and there is no danger of overbalancing or tipping over to one side. The bench is approximately 47 cm high and can support up to 250 kg of weight. The length of the bench is 130 cm and the width of the support surface 24 cm. The weight is about 13 kg. This bench is really comfortable and gives a great feeling when you lie down thanks to the 5 cm thick padding. In addition, the faux leather upholstery offers an excellent feel to the touch and is easy to clean. Bench recommended both for doing bodyweight exercises at home such as abdominals or stretching and for doing exercises with dumbbells and barbells.
