Habe diesen Sandsack gekauft und mit Reis befüllt, da ich ihn meist Indoor verwende, und mir das Verschlusssystem der inneren Sandsäcke, bestehend aus Falz und Klettverschluss, für Sand nicht wirklich abdichtend genug erschien. Mit Reis kann man aber nur circa 9 Kilogramm in die inneren Beutel füllen, weswegen ich kurzerhand noch weitere Beutel Reis mit Panzertape eingewickelt habe und in den großen Sandsack mit dazu gelegt habe. Mehr als 12 Kilogramm waren so aber auch nicht drin. Kurz gesagt: Sandsack, der bisher alles mitmacht und weder abfärbt noch in irgendeiner Weise stinkt. Nähte halten so weit auch alles aus, trotz werfen und über den Boden scheuern. Allerdings benutzte ich ihn derzeit auch nicht mit maximalem Gewicht.

Ich habe diesen Sack zusammen mit einer stabilen Klimmstange bestellt, damit mein Sohn auch noch andere Muskelgruppen ansprechen kann. Auf YouTube erhält für diesen Sack, der mehrere Griffe an verschiedenen Stellen bietet, viele tolle Ideen, was man damit trainieren kann. Aber von Anfang an: Als der Sack ankam, habe ich mir überlegt, mit was ich die vier Säcke füllen will. Die Gewichtsbeschreibung von 10 Pfund auf den mitgelieferten kleinen Säcken hat mich nicht besonders interessiert. Ich stellte mir vor, wie z.B. auslaufender Sand sich im Haus machen würde und bin deshalb auf die Idee gekommen, mich beim führenden Discounter mit 4 Buchstaben mit Reis zu versorgen. Den Reis habe ich dann sorgsam in die 4 Säcke verfüllt. Da aber noch immer viel Platz in der Tasche war, habe ich anschließend noch mehr Reis in anderen Säcken gefüllt und diese sehr hübsch und stramm in die Tasche packen können. Am Ende wog dieser Sack mit dem Reis im Inneren ganze 13 KG, was für meinen Sohn ein gutes Trainingsgewicht ist. Sollte die Tasche jetzt mal durch zu hartes Training aufplatzen, muss er lediglich mit dem Handbesen und Staubsauger Reiskörner aufsammeln, die keinen Schmutz hinterlassen. Neben der Klimmstange hat mein Sohn jetzt auch schon öfter mit dem Sandsack trainiert. Der Sandsack hat sich dabei als sehr tauglich und flexibel erwiesen und erfreut sich größter Beliebtheit. Da ich keinen Grund für einen Abzug von Punkten sehe, gibt es die volle Zahl. Kaufen!
