The CAPITAL SPORTS Assimi long barbell receptacle is the ideal addition to all common racks and half racks for landmine exercises. The double receptacle is suitable for Olympic long barbell bars with a diameter of 50 mm as well as long barbells with a weight of 30 mm. A flexible joint allows for free movement in all directions and extends your exercising possibilities at the rack by numerous exercises for shoulders, back, and trunk.
Made of steel, the CAPITAL SPORTS Assimi Landmine is extremely robust and a black powder coating prevents corrosion and scratching. The robust metal construction has a maximum load capacity of 150 kg. A fixing plate with various holes as well as a clamping bracket with a 6.5 cm range, allow universal mounting at all home gyms and racks or screwing it to the ground.
